• Jaime (10/5): Excelente espacio en buena zona de Bogotá - Muy buen espacio, desayuno, y muy buen ubicado, estaba a dos cuadras de la zona T, que es zona de restaurantes y bares, alejada del centro pero en Uber llegas sin problema, tiene un supermercado a menos de 2 cuadras.

Desde los que trabajan en recepción (Edwin y Jasón) hasta la señora que hace el aseo, hacen la estadía tan placentera como en familia.

Los unicos aspectos son mucho ruido ya que da a la avenida y para refrescar hay que abrir las ventanas y un par de veces duchandome el agua se iba por unos cuantos segundos
• Verified traveler (2/5): Over priced and not up to standard - As an apart-hotel you would expect to be able to cook in the kitchen. However this is impossible as they don't provide you with any pots or pans, no cutlery, no mugs, no glasses, no plates. In fact nothing at all! The WiFi was fine in the day but rubbish at night. They tried to charge us tax that only Colombian citizens should pay. We refused to pay but they kept on asking and in the end locked us out of the room saying we couldn't get our stuff unless we paid the tax. Called the police and resulted in us not paying the tax as we are tourists!! Area good but there are much cheaper hotels in the area that are better than this.

• Victor (4/5): - This was supposed to be 3 stars but not much more than a 1 or even a hostile. The site is confusing to navigate. I needed four bedrooms and when I showed at the hotel the staff said I had booked 8 bedrooms and the staff said nothing could be done about it. The hotel claims to be in Zona Rosa or Zona T depending on which page of the website you are on. Actually the hotel is just out side of those areas and in such a bad place our driver told us not to cross the street because the crime is so high. The sliding glass doors would not latch and there were no towels in the room when we arrived. When I asked the front desk for more they said the cleaning staff had gone home and there wouldn't be towels ready for hours. In the room the refrigerator wobbled so much when it was touched that some glasses slide off the top and broke. The safe didn't work and the staff didn't have the code. We ordered beer from the staff and it wasn't cold. When I became irate the night clerk started laughing at me and said I was aggressive. It wasn't until after I spoke with Expedia and they contacted the hotel that she showed up with towels and acted like hotel staff should. The day we left there was a used condom on the floor outside our door.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location with a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping malls within walking distance in zona T. Nice apartments, clean and comfortable. To improve rating it is recommended to analyze installation of elevator, also renew towels.
• JesseJames (10/5): Excelente ubicación en una de las mejores zonas - Su excelente ubicación en una de las mejores zonas turísticas lo hace muy atractivo para los visitantes de la ciudad. El personal muy atento en todo momento, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Super recomendable.

• Débora (8/5): Apartamento ótimo custo beneficio - O hotel é muito bem localizado. São apartamentos confortáveis e o pessoal muito atencioso. Sentimos falta dos utensílios de cozinha (panelas, pratos, talheres...) para utilização da mesma, mas solicitamos à recepção e tivemos tudo o que necessitamos. Faz falta também um elevador para subir a bagagem. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. O pão servido estava velho. Mesmo assim ainda considero ótimo custo-beneficio.

• Melissa (8/5): Todo bien, menos el ruido... - En general estuvo ok la estadía a excepción de un par de cosas, la falta de ascensor -al hacer la reserva no fui informada- mi reservación contaba con dos habitaciones pero solo una de ellas tenía TV y justo era la que daba hacia la calle y al ser un área super transitada y con bares y restaurantes por la noche fue complicado dormir. Las ventanas deberían de aislar mejor el ruido.

• Alejandro (10/5): We’ll be back. - Very comfortable apartment with two large beds. It came with a stovetop that didn’t work, but I’d still recommend it. There was a restaurant area three blocks away, and a supermarket just around the corner. Don’t forget to visit the toy store right next door.

• Ananda (10/5): Recomendo esse hotel - A localização desse hotel é excelente. Muito próxima de lojas, bares e restaurantes. Também fica a cerca de 5 minutos de uma estação Transmilenio, um transporte que utilizamos bastante. Os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente simpáticos e nos trataram muito bem. O café da manhã foi bom. Tinha opções de frutas, pães e eles preparam ovos e sanduíches na hora se a pessoa quiser. Achei boa a limpeza do quarto e o wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente dentro do quarto. A única desvantagem era que de dentro do apartamento era possível escutar tudo do corredor, como pessoas conversando e subindo as escadas, porém não escutei barulho a noite, apenas durante o dia, então isso não atrapalhou o sono. E no hotel não há elevador, então precisamos carregar as malas pela escada, mas o funcionário do hotel ajudou.

• Katerina (10/5): Hotel con todas las comodidad - El hotel tiene una super ubicación, puedes llegar caminando a varios sitios y un Juan Valdes en la esquina de la calle. Las habitaciones super comodas, agua caliente, baños limpios y limpieza diarias. Si son 4 personas te colocan 4 toallas, 4 gorros de baños, 4 jabones. La atención buenisima. Y el precio lo maximo!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Very noisy - I stayed (not sleeped)for 3 nights at this hotel and was horrible, its like sleeping in the street, any noise outside , you can hear it in the inside of the hotel, i would never recommend this hotel for anybody.

• anthony (8/5): Location, location, location - Location, location, location. This place is right in the heart of the Zona Rosa. Great for tourists. Two full bedrooms with queen beds, a small kitchen, and good size living room area. This place can't be beat for the location, size and value.
• Steph (8/5): Very happy with the service - The overall stay was very pleasant. Nothing negative to say really. Only downside was the noise but that doesn't bother me, but maybe will to light sleepers. It's primarily in the evening, usually stops well before midnight, but starts relatively early in the morning, but I was awake when it started anyway. Room wasn't exceptional, but nothing at all to complain about at all! In fact the beds are extremely comfortable and showers are hot! You can change the channels to English if needed. WiFi connection excellent. I have to make a special mention to Jorge at the front desk. He speaks exceptional English and very helpful. He went above and beyond for me and he's such an asset to the hotel!
• Kristopher (2/5): Regret - We arrived at the hotel only to be told that there was no vacancies. They offered to give us a room at another location which was 9 miles from where we wanted to be. This is not something that you want to hear when you arrive to a foreign country such as Colombia!

• pamela (10/5): We had a great stay at Viaggio Country, Bogota - We went to Bogota to visit family in the Clinica del Country, which is in walking distance to Viaggio Country hotel. The hotel is small but clean, comfortable and the service and included breakfast are superb. The only thing is that you must be able to do stairs, no elevator, it's a four story hotel. Walking distance to supermarket, Clinic, shoe stores, restaurants, malls and parks to wander and enjoy the greenery.
