The flooring at the foot of the shower as soon as you walked out had rotted & was covering a hole only by the vinyl laminate. Also for a "non smoking room" I could swearJoe Camel had been there😉 It wasnt anything devastating or traumatizing but definitely details tge property iwner should address.

• Reinaldo (5/5): - I arrived an hour before 3:PM and they told me what I had to pay $35 per che-in early. I left and came back at 3:pm and had to wait 15 minutes for them to attend me. The hotel was empty, it is ridiculous to be asked for $35 for the che-in ahead of time.

• Eddette (4/5): Disgusting - This place houses a lot of the homeless population and Ukiah california. That's not the problem. The problem is the man's attitude towards everyone the lady his partner he calls her is very sweet he is very rude and wants a dollar anyway he can get it. I booked the same room for about 11 days in two different bookings. In the second booking of the very exact same room, he charged me $44 extra dollars for the fridge and microwave in this very exact same room I had just hadn't paid less than. He tried to overcharge me, extort money acting like he was helping, and was talked very condescendingly to me and my party the entire time we were there. This place is awful. Do not go here definitely do not go to motel 6 North in ukiah. Isn't it very very interesting that every convenience store and hotel motel has been snapped up by easterners? And they are also very rude... They think smell taste and act like they are so much higher than us... And he charges $4 for his piddly ass washer for a little laundry, not including drying. He told me that I had more people in my room that had. He's just rude the man is very very rude. $4 for a goddamn Rice krispie treat. The man is disgusting the lady is sweet she was scared of him his partner was afraid of him. That's disgusting I'd like to beat his ass The attitude of the man who owns the place. He thinks he's better than everybody else he talks condescendantly to people he overcharges and he escorts money and his partner is afraid of him. As a woman the way she spoke with me it was clear she is afraid of him

The bedding looked like someone had sex on it and they never changed the sheets. The bathroom sink was broken. There was melted black tar looking substance in the shower and the shower head was dirty and calcified. The remote was missing to the tv. The latches on the doors to secure the lock from the inside looked like someone had kicked the door in and was missing. You could also hear someone having sex loudly throughout the night shaking the walls and heard the banging of the headboard for hours.

• emily (2/5): - The room claimed to be non smoking but clearly it was. The room itself had weird holes in the walls that were filled with dust, like open vents that needed covers. The sink had hairs in it. The towels were thread bare. The non smoking alone was really not cool.
• Hilker (10/5): - The front counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. My 8 year old and I enjoyed swimming in the pool. Great location, between Be-Bop's Diner and Sunny's (24-hour!) Doughnuts with bagels and boba. Awesome value for our money. In Ukiah, we escaped the overcast Bay Area and had a fun time in the sun. We also checked out City of Ten Thousand Buddhas while we were there. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Manny (6/5): Very unprofessional lead manager, the guy is an all around ass - The pool was nice. I also liked the privacy that the location of my room provided, I had the whole backside of the property to myself. I liked that my dog liked it there. All the staff members were very nice at first. Then another manager came after I guess being off work for a couple days. He ruined the entire experience. Motel 6 needs to do a better job hiring. I guess anyone can manage a hotel 6. I wont ever rent a hotel from them again. It's not worth the very small amount of $ you might save.

The lights, TV's, outlets & multiple other things are broken, management refused to give us a new room with a working tv, pool is dirty, there many different kinds of very creepy bugs including a massive black widow on the pool chairs with it's web covering everything in that area & wasp nests full of wasps, pincher bugs in the blankets, no drinks in the vending machine chunks of plastic & other disturbing objects Frozen In the Ice Cubes! Also a bunch of weird drunk & drugged out people making noise all night!

• Kevin (4/5): I will not book this hotel again! - Reception person was rude and abrupt when I arrived. Apparent homeless people where in their cars in the parking area. I was in Ukiah for a cycling event, and needed a fridge and microwave for my early morning meals - there was none (apparently I should have noted this when I booked - I must have missed the small print). The room was basically clean, but pain was peeling off the wallas and door panels and there were holes in the walls. I guess you get what you pay for! I will not return there.

Had over 10 individuals come to my room asking for $ Dogs barking constantly at all hours! Drug use was rampant! I never ever would stay or recommend this property! Their corporate offices should be made aware of what goes on here!!

It did give a false description when advertised room aminities stated it had satellite tv and premium channels it barely had 10 local channels and it's also stated tub shower combo nope just a single small stand up shower stall no tub at all rooms roughly small as well nice pillows and the room was freshly painted so that was decent and the heat and air conditioner worked well did have a microwave and a refrigerator in there so that was Best Plus

  k with homeless? Wandering around and sitting in parking lot. They recommend using deadbolt on the door and I did, but was worried about someone wanting to break into my car all night. Do yourself a favor and book any other option. On the one positive note, the front desk staff was pleasant.
