• Shila (6/5): Matig. - Ligt dichtbij het centrum Wij hadden app. D en dat stonk naar rook. De ramen konden slecht open. Het 2 persoons bed was klein 1.40 bij 1.90. Het matras was super zacht. Parkeren is een drama voor de deur. Betaald parkeren en met verschillende tijdstippen van wel of niet betalen. Wel een gele streep of niet. Meteen een bon te pakken van 50 pond. Parkeergarage shiprow is om de hoek maar dat kost ook veel geld om daar te parkeren.
• Sarah (6/5): - Location: Proximity to buses, and great eateries, as well as the beach. Bright room, modern and clean. The milk and coffee was very much appreciated ! Communication as to where the door code was hidden on the door handle. We went up and down the two flights of stairs searching, and eventually had to call. The hot and cold taps are the wrong way round on the bath. Total waste of water the first time we filled it ! You either need to swap the taps round or buy some nail varnish to show which is truly the hot tap ! Needs a new mattress as has lost all it's substance and too easy to roll off, or forced to cuddle my husband all night. Needs a chest of drawers somewhere, and preferably a bed side shelf on each side, as not easy reaching shelf behind the bed ! Could do with a pair of scissors and USB charging points

• Magdalena (10/5): Bardzo przyjemnie i sprawnie. - Bardzo ładny i czysty apartament. Udogodnienia na najwyższym poziomie. Dwa rodzaje kawy, herbata i mleko na miejscu - super. Dostęp bezproblemowy. Uwaga - trzeba znaleźć miejsce parkingowe - parking w pobliżu jest płatny od 8 do 20. Bardzo ładny wystrój. Dobre wyposażenie. Na miejscu kawa i herbata oraz mleko. Toster działał.
• Jane (10/5): Ideal location in the heart of Aberdeen! - The location was perfect for what we planned on doing in Aberdeen. The apartment was equipped with necessary items for simple cooking. Great for a short stay. Plenty of room and it was sunny - when the sun was out! The shower was a bit touchy but figured it out.
• Helene (7/5): God beliggenhet, men trenger noen oppdateringer - Perfekt beliggenhet, kort vei til alt i Aberdeen. Stort kjøkken/stue. Supert med frokostblanding, kaffe og melk på plass. Vi bodde i denne leiligheten for 3 år siden (leilighet C). Den var blitt veldig slitt, dorullholderen hang så vidt på veggen, maling flasset av flere steder, skjeve skapdører på kjøkkenet, tendenser til mugg i dusjen. Her bør utleier ta noen grep, synd at en leilighet med så stort potensiale ikke tas bedre vare på.
• Arjanne (8/5): Kort maar fijn - Het was een heel fijn appartement, gunstig gelegen, alles in de buurt (wat wij wilden dan) Wat raar was is het parkeren, we hadden zelfs telefonisch contact gehad over de parkeergarage die dichtbij was, foute adviezen etc. Veel gedoe. Was el heel dicht bij het appartement.

• Scott (9/5): Fantastic little apartment in the heart of Aberdeen's city centre. - Location was very central and perfect for what we needed in the town. The room was ground floor and we had a bit of noise from folk coming in, but overall was brilliant and would probably stay again with mates and even family. Maybe first floor? But was easy with our heavy clubs.

• Siobhan (10/5): Fantastic - We loved this apartment. Communication was excellent, we had instructions sent by email for entry with contact numbers as well if needed. Anything we needed to ask we called and they helped us staight away. There was tea, coffee, milk and cereal provided. The kitchen was well equiped. Towels were also provided. The interiors of the apartment is a minimalist kind of aesthetic which some might not find to their taste but we found it very relaxing and comfortable Great value for money. We would definately come here again.

• Paul David (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a central position. - Great location . Everything we needed was there. Could do with an air freshener and some mats or coasters. Nothing we didn't like. We found we couldn't open windows and lit a scented candle to freshen the air. Top tip regarding parking. Didn't fancy chanching the two suggested streets as they looked restricted. If you use the NCP one,then download their app in advance,and pay up, as there is no ticket machines. The nearest one is fine,but some drivers of large 4x4 and SuVs will find exits tight.

Dirt on cooker hood, floors not clean, marks on table top, tv not tuned in properly, stains on carpet in one bedroom, lumpy mattress with a dip in the middle in the small bedroom, carpet has seen better days. Dirty marks on duvet cover in main bedroom and carpet dirty. Bathroom is non describable! According to web site this is supposed to be a beautiful flat !!!

The place feels very homie and welcoming, and it was spotlessly clean - The apartment is amazing, with great amenities and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, especially as it’s close to the city centre and train station.

Fold out couch was great for watching TV in evening. Felt a little sparce in the living room.. Would have been nice to have a soft blanket or throw on couch and rug on the floor. Icecube tray in freezer would have been handy.

• Inmaculada Concepción (6/5): No cumplía expectativas - Ubicación El colchón er viejo con muelles por fuera, la calefacción solo funcionaba a determinadas horas del día y el apartamento resultaba frío buena parte del día. Pasé bastante frío teniendo en cuenta la época del año. Resumiendo. No cumplió mis expectativas según se anunciaba el estableciento.

• Roy (4/5): Pleasant enough but disappointing as the apartments have gone downhill since we last stayed. We wouldn’t stay here agai - Familiarity. Stayed before Felt tired and in need of refurbishment. Only one drying up cloth and no dish cloth to wipe around surfaces. Only 2 high ball glasses for 4 people when we arrived and no washing machine liquid. These were provided after messaging the staff but it shouldn’t have been necessary.

• Brian (9/5): - This is not my first time here. The location is excellent for me if working in Aberdeen. The flats are accessed by codes which means no keys or key cards to worry about. Clean warm and well appointed. Nice touch of cereal, milk, coffee etc all available. Quiet area too. Only thing that stops me giving it 10 is the bed was not particularly comfortable nor were the pillows.

• Paula (9/5): Excellent all round. - Everything. Excellent location and facilities. It was like a home away from home. one side of the double bed was broken, so only one person could sleep in it. A better sofa bed with a small armchair in lounge.
• Karen (5/5): - Location was excellent with blue badge parking outside. We knew the apartment was on an upper floor however weren't aware that the stairs were spiral, narrow, and very steep. Handrail on upper two spirals were on narrow side of stairs which made things even more awkward. As a result, we had to check out after one night and move elsewhere as my Mum would have been stuck in apartment the whole weekend otherwise. Apartment was nice although sofa a bit worn, one of cupboard doors wouldn't close and there were very limited channels on tv (no stv).

You'll find it incredibly convenient to access all the iconic attractions of Aberdeen. The space is impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped, featuring a washing machine that adds to the comfort of your stay. While I didn't encounter the staff in person, they are readily available and responsive should you need any assistance. This place truly offers a fantastic urban retreat!
• Miow C (10/5): Mycket bra boende, rent, fräscht och perfekt läge. - Jag tyckte lägenheten var jättefin. De färska blommorna på bordet gav verkligen lite extra "hemma från hemma" känsla. Läget är perfekt. Vi gick ut för frukost men var mycket tacksam för att det fanns flingor och färsk mjölk där om vi skulle ha velat äta i boendet. Tack så mycket och jag kommer gärna och bor här igen. Allt var toppen för mej, min dotter och vår vän. Vi stannade bara en natt men det var inget som jag skulle ha velat ha annorlunda.
• Zoe (8/5): Would recommend - clean and central to town - There was good communication and instructions prior to our stay. The property is central and walking distance to town. The property was warm and clean. We had a pint of milk and cereal left for us, there was also tea coffee and sugar which I thought was a really nice touch. They had also made up the third bed (sofa bed in living room) so we didn’t have to do that when arriving late. Although you are walking distance to town, it’s quiet and we got a really good nights sleep. We would definitely stay again. The parking outside is only for 2 hours and £6. Research and book parking before you go, we eventually parked in premier inn a short walk away for 2 nights. The property is a little dated so if you want high end luxury it’s probably not for you. If you want cosy, clean and warm you will be really happy here

• Jaime (6/5): Agradable pero no estaba preparado para 4 personas. - La ubicación estaba muy bien, era bastante amplio, todo estaba muy limpio y ofrecía muchas posibilidades. Por otro lado, lo que podría destacar a nivel negativo, sería que nos prepararon el alojamiento para 3 personas, pagamos para 4 personas pero tanto el kit de toallas, como el resto de necesidades personales, estaba reducido a 3 personas cuando pagamos una estancia para 4 personas.

• Douglas (10/5): Ideal property in ideal location - Combining location, ease of transport, comfort, facilities and price, this might be the most optimal booking I've ever made. Great apartment: clean, comfortable, super kitchen. Simple door codes to enter the property and then the room. Large fridge and freezer for the haggis, along with big frying pan. Bus connections to/from the airport and to all around town are steps away at pretty Castlegate square. Plenty nearby pubs & restaurants. Full-service Morissons grocery a 9 minute walk or two bus stops. Pictures shown include the cliffside view from the bedroom window, and a night view up the street from the property to Castlegate. Used a First Aberdeen day pass to get all over town, sitting front top of the modern double-decker busses. • Sabine (8/5): Very nice and central apartment where I would stay again - Very central but still quiet, clean, very cosy; kitchen facilities were good. Temperature was easy to regulate. Enough plugs available. Also the little reception area with the old photos was very nice. All in all I would stay here again The shower was quite complicated to figure out how it works (maybe put an instruction there - better: get rid of it and get a proper one) and the shower hose was too short.The drains all need a good cleaning as the water took quite some time to drain and the faucets a descaling, as one is drenched when one turns the water up higher. Also bedside tables would have been nice. Shelves in the wardrobe or a drawer (maybe in the bedside tables) for clothes one can`t hang would be very handy. Some minor things like a wobbling toilet roll holder or the door under the sink which doesn`t close properly need fixing

• Ross (4/5): - The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the photos on booking.com are misleading, we had an exposed mains plug socket hanging off the wall which would be extremely dangerous for small children. The location was decent, there was a really musty smell upon arrival.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città Appena siamo arrivati, nel WC vi era una bella sgommata e questo poi ha messo in dubbio l'intera pulizia del bagno stesso. Non proprio il top. Molto difficile arrivarci, google non vedeva l'appartamento e quindi non è stato facile arrivare

• David (6/5): Don’t arrive before 6pm, horrible for parking otherwise. Flat is good size but stairs make hard to access - Quite a large flat with many inclusions including fridge and washing machine. A large kitchen/dining/ living area. Bed was comfortable enough. Parking is not supplied and parking in general in that area of Aberdeen is awful. It is expensive and even the council car park which is a significant walk from the flat is restricted. Most levels are 4 hours only and the top levels are for up to 14 hours. If you drop off the car at 4 pm you’d have to pick it up at 6 am. On the street most parking is for 45 minutes only, some for 2 hours. You can park after 6 pm until 8am if you can find a spot. Our flat was on level 3. Horrible steep narrow staircase which is very difficult to drag your suitcases up. Hard to locate as Google maps directs you to Castle Terrace for some reason. Once you know where it is it is not so bad.

• Vagia ioanna (7/5): It was good for a short stay in Aberdeen center. - The location of the property was really central and close to the train station! Also, I liked the kitchen, well equipped with the essentials and the heating was appropriate :) Cleaning was ok but not thoroughly done. There were some spider nets on some ceiling lights and some spots on the bathroom. Also, the hairdryer once it was turned on it stopped working.
