We are devastated and because we asked for a little time to get the money for our room from my boss at work she yelled, "Uh-Uh can't do that, you guys gotta go" we asked for a late checkout so we can pack and she yells, "Oh no put them on the do not rent list" for no reason She kept our deposit and double charged our room. It was $69 online and she charged us $110. Her customer service is beyond me, and I'm fairly disappointed and highly dissatisfied with Motel 6 for letting the Management treat people so horribly and her verbage was not enticing. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB as well, I refuse to be treated this way by a business we have supported so long. Nothing at all. We were treated so poorly by the management. The room key didnt work to access the pool. The location was sketchy. When i went inside the gate to find the room there were multiple people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot staring at me as i took stuff into my room. It made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable taking my kids there or staying over night. We ended up staying somewhere else.

- Mercedez (5/5): Wasn’t the worse, but the roaches are a problem! - Right off freeway that’s it! Having to park my box truck outside a security gate, having to then walk through a security gate for the cars, because the doors are broken! As a driver this is wild! Then having to kill roaches!

- Samantha (6/5): It was fine - Room smelled of cigarettes upon check in. It was a non smoking room… so either someone didn’t care and smoked in the room anyway, or the smoke travels through the vents.

- Chris (3/5): Aside from the very nice staff this place is in great need of updating! - The price was good. The gated parking gave some semblance of security. Housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail when it comes to making sure the room is clean. There is dark smudge spots on bathroom door which was also falling apart.

- ordonez (7/5): Very relaxed and chill stay - The staff is very friendly,they mind there business and respect the privacy of their guest ,they went out of there way when i let them knlw my shower was dirty they gave us a visa gift card to eat out while they recleaned and gave all new linens ,the manager is very informed about the operation of their hotel No smart tv in my room
