- DeCoursey (9/5): - Blanket could be a little thicker.
- Barry (4/5): -
- Victoria (6/5): - Nice and quiet until someone started buffing their car with a generator in the parking lot at 1am The mattress was very dirty and uncomfortable they charged me for a queen bed and it was only a double
- Richard (4/5): - Staff was very nice and helpful. Both ice machines where out of order
Black mold all over the ceilings and peeling paint.

- Angelica (1/5): Absolutely HORRIBLE! - Absolutely nothing!! Everything!! This hotel wasn'tat all what i had a reservation for. The person at check out asked which "floor" after I specifically stated i had a reservation for an accessible room with a roll-in shower. He looked lost & gave me 2 rooms to "check" if they had the roll-in shower. I started at that point confused & irritated. I returned the 2 keys after I "checked" and found no accessible bathroom. He then gave me 2 more keys to "check". I returned after again checking the rooms and still not finding anything at this point that was wheelchair accessible. My boyfriend is paraplegic & uses a wheelchair full-time. So far nothing was accessible for us. After about 20 min, the staff says he found the room. We entered and found a very cold dingy room with 2 beds, we thought we were getting 1 bed. And the bathroom was bleak & bare with all tile floors nothing separating the shower and no counter space for our much needed bathroom equipment. We tried the heater but instead of hot air it was blowing cold. I had to close one vent to keep it from blowing directly on the bed. And because it was so cold especially for someone who is paralyzed, I had to use the covers from the other bed. We ended sleeping in layers of clothing.
They said on our reservations it included breakfast & found out at check-in there wasn't any.
We would've left but were hours from home. Everything about this experience was just horrible & emotional. I will be following up for a refund!!!
- Robin Marshall (9/5): - The place was clean the rooms were pretty big and the people were nice. The price was good . Thank you, Robin There was nothing I didn't like.

- Gabriel (4/5): Needs deep clean and new paint and sheets - Location vending machine Dirtiness’s and stain on sheets hygiene was bad
- Kym (6/5): Not favorable . Poorly kept up. Disappointed - Located close where I needed to be No breakfast which booking.com said there was. Ice machine was broke. No water pressure at all. Tv was all in Spanish no one knew how to fix. And the air filter in room was very dirty. I was not impressed with this property at all and with it being a Wyndhams property that’s sad.
- Alicea (10/5): -

- Tawny (4/5): It was fine for a quick stay to catch up on sleep - Location Old facility. Bathroom stained, old, needed new tub, toilet. Towels, sheets old and cheap
- Jerome (1/5): As we didn’t use the 3 rooms and had to find another hotel at 2am I’d like my money back. I called the hotel and they sa - We did not stay. Placed was filthy and unacceptable. We left immediately Filthy. Disgusting
- Serhii (5/5): -
- Tallon (1/5): Too dirty to use. - It was so dirty I didn't even go back to sleep there. Lots of water damage. Dirty. Hair and spots on towel. Worst hotel I have had.
- Melinda (2/5): Crappy Place!!!!! - There were winged insects in the room, there was NO blanket nor bedspread on my bed - just a bottom and top sheet, the tub/shower was rusted and stained, the occupants in a room upstairs was moving furniture/slamming the floor at 1:30a - and the BEST part - the sign for the Motel changes at night from Super 8 to Perk-up! awe drove by the Hotel 4x before we realized it at midnight and GPS a did not recognize the address. A TOTAL DUMP!!!!!!
- sravan (1/5): - Too many bugs and no air conditioning
- Mario (7/5): -
- Bertha (2/5): - Vacant Room smelled really bad stains on walls bedframe legs looked stained
- Caroline Portia (1/5): The entire stay was disgusting and traumatizing. - The lady who worked the evening shift was very nice. We arrived at night, exhausted.
The first room had only handicapped parking nearby, and we had a lot of luggage to bring inside. It was pouring rain.
I went back to the office and requested a room with parking near the door to our room.
The second room was dirty. There were pubic hairs and a very large dirty spot on the bed.
I went back to the office and requested a clean room.
The 3rd room had no towels, and no toilet paper. I called the office and the lady brought these items.
The room was dirty. There was a beer cap, and bugs on the floor, dirty toilet and bathtub, sticky desk top, hairs on my son’s bed, my bed smelled, and my skin was itchy and got bumps from sleeping in that bed. My son was so disgusted that he slept in the car.
The heat was blasting and when I turned it off it still blasted through the fan and it was sweltering hot. I had to open the door to let cold air inside to cool the room.
The bathroom light worked sporadically and I had to turn it off and on to get the light to work. There was no shampoo.
When I made the booking it stated that breakfast was included, but there is no breakfast. There was no fridge.
There was no Internet or cell service in the room.
The entire stay was disgusting and traumatizing.
I request a full refund.

- Brittany (1/5): Cringe very uncomfortable will never stay there again - Nothing property had roaches no microwave or icebox in room. Tub was dirty with old rust stains asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else available property had roaches no microwave or icebox in room. Tub was dirty with old rust stains asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else available
- Marc (1/5): ROACHES - Nothing There were roaches everywhere. We left after a few hours. The front desk clerk even said they had recently sprayed one side of the hotel because the problem was so bad but they had not done the building we were in. It was disgusting.
- Tanya (10/5): Very convenient location, and front desk workers are excellent. - The people are really nice have good customer service. They are helpful , accommodating and friendly. The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition in the room I stayed in last.
- Michela (1/5): They should charge $50 a night that’s all it’s worth - At first I liked it bc it was inexpensive. But after staying there and finding other motels that are much nicer and cleaner for the same price, I felt taken advantage of. It hasn’t been updated or remodeled in decades. The rooms seem like they don’t ever get cleaned, especially the filthy floors. It seems they don’t vacuum sweep or mop . I’ve stayed in a few different rooms. They give only 2 pillows, no comforter on the bed and a roach was crawling around in my sheets. They have a huge roach issue !
- Gerry (7/5): -
- SooHoo (8/5): Overall much better then I expected I plan to use there facilities. - The room was cleaner than I expected. Don’t listen from the reviews from a few months ago ago. Totally different. Much better Some of the finish work not quite up to par. Towels were very small
- Moguel (5/5): - Quiet place nice location. To small for the price , bed not Confortable .
- Larry (10/5): - Close to events Nothing
- Brian (7/5): -
- Breana (1/5): -
- Mary (4/5): Had low expectations and still was disappointed. - Polyester Sheets! Flies in the room. Towels that were very worn and tiny! Ugh! Everything!
- Jerome (1/5): We didn’t stay. We left immediately. - Nothing. We left immediately Filthy. Disgusting
- Anton (7/5): -
- Bonnie (6/5): - Only one bath towel, half a roll of tp. Only shampoo, no soap. Asked for soap, got more shampoo. Room was moderately clean. Sheets were incredibly wrinkled.
- Quintin (8/5): - The room was adequate but the courteous and helpful service stood out.
- Katharine (6/5): You get what you get for the price. - Location for the purpose of our trip was very convenient. We were there for one reason and that was to visit the Lagunitas Brewery and Taproom. It’s literally a 5 min walk from there so it was perfect location for responsible drinking.
It’s across from dollar tree so we were able to buy essentials from there like shampoo, conditioner, disinfecting wipes, air disinfectant, etc.
Customer service from the front desk was good. She was very helpful with the early check in which was possible (not guaranteed).
Parking available. Good price for a motel. The smell of the room…it just smelled like smoke and wet? I believe it’s the air conditioning that smells. The room could be much cleaner.
This used to be a Motel 6 and we stayed here before. Compare to our Motel 6 stay in true honesty the maintenance of the place has gone down. Not sure if they are remodeling or not but they need to do something about the look and quality of the building and the room maintenance.
- L.K. (9/5): -
- Stamas (10/5): -
- Christina (6/5): -
- Richard (10/5): -
- Cesar (3/5): No soap and no towels was a huge sanitation concern for me. Checked out and return my room key to a guy that was walking - Fridge, AC, tv No towels, no soap, all occupancy on one side of building.
- Stephen (1/5): - Customer service Rooms were either dirty, have roaches or broken locks
- Heather (2/5): Don’t stay here unless you have to - Not much No working ac, no hairdryer, incredibly thin toilet paper, cracked and peeling paint in the bathroom, no working ice machine, small tv, mold stains, and a small bug that ran under the door.
- Victoria (2/5): - The room was absolutely disgusting. The floor obviously had not been swept and mopped in quite some time. There were dead cockroaches all over the room from the entryway all the way back to the bathroom. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathtub. My stay was originally for 2 nights and I ended up cancelling the second night. The only reason I didn't leave right away is because I arrived so late and had nowhere to go. The following morning there was police activity on the property and random sketchy people walking around. I would not recommend this place at all.
- Stephen (2/5): - Restroom had poop smeared on the door. TV didn’t work, old run down room. Spend the additional $20-30 more and get a room elsewhere.
- Michele (6/5): - Great staff. Some of the rooms had things wrong like the tv didn't work right. Widows were cracked with screens bent.
- Clinton (4/5): - Staff was polite and the room was clean, but the deferred maintenance issues put this on the no-go list for the future. It was good for a comfortable bed on a short overnight stay, but honestly wish I'd paid a bit more for something better.
- Paula (2/5): - No Wifi, breakfast item or ice (ice machines didn't work). There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the front door was stuck (had to push hard on it to close and open), there was a smoke/burnt mark on the head bed, and only one small pillow on the bed. The toilet seat was missing a screw, it was very loose and a catastrophe to use the toilet. Only ONE tiny bar soap to use at the shower and sink (wash hands). The room was also totally outdated.
- Craig (2/5): - Infested with cochroaches.... I would like a refund and this property should be closed until it is properly fumigated and mold issues are taken care of... I have pictures of roaches coming from all lights above the bed and smashed on the wall.... Completely disgusting and I'm surprised that Wyndham has its name attached to this property as I expect better
- chuck (6/5): - We stayed one night when going TO our destination, and one night on our return. The first night our room
1- had NO REFRIGERATOR (for which staff gave another room)
2- when going to take a shower late at night there was NO HOT WATER
3- there was only a sheet and THIN blanket; we asked, and staff provided additional
4- the sink was STOPPED UP and gave only a VERY SLOW DRAIN
5- the ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK
6- even though it is on the website and one reason I chose this motel, there was NO "BREAKFAST"
7- the room LIGHTING was VERY POOR
CONCLUSION: I AM ASKING FOR SOME REFUND AT THE VERY LEAST!!
- Robert (10/5): - Good
- Daneen (4/5): - The rooms were so old, needed refurbishing. 1 night was enough.
- Sunia (8/5): - Room is just right.
- Steven (10/5): -
- Tammy (2/5): - The property did not provide what was advertise and the main reason for picking this place was to have access to a pool, but the pool was not open during the weekend
- Debra (10/5): - I had no complaints.
- Matthew (4/5): - Property is old and needs to be updated. Room smell like cigarette even though no smoking is allowed. Bathroom is worn and bathtub is rusted. Air conditioner did not work and only put out heat. Both ice machine were broken.
- Jeovany (2/5): - Bathtub not working! Hair in blannkets and pillows,
- Nancy (1/5): -
- Charles (10/5): Great stay in a affordable room with great house keeping and sweet front desk women it’s worth the money and has many th - The front desk was amazing staff cleaned great and so many parking spots great food across the street Nothing
- Cindy (6/5): - Floors were not swept or mopped. Small cockroach on the bed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Staff was great - Staff was really helpful and resolved everything when it came to checking! Great pricing and nice location.
- Ann (1/5): Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life and I am 52 years old and have stayed in some questionable hotels in the past. - Nothing Did not end up staying there the room was full of cockroaches and most likely bedbugs. Had to book another hotel room for the night. I am waiting to hear back from booking customer service about a full refund. If not, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
- Robert (2/5): - The location was fabulous. The room I had room 108 at pieces of drywall missing in the bathroom and overhead where the bathroom sink was it is though the place had lacked any type of maintenance and painting in the bathroom pre-bathroom area. But let me hand it to you. The bed was one of the most comfortable. I have slept in in a variable long time. He stayed three night nights and found it impossible to get somebody to freshen up our room even after requesting it it still wasn’t done. The manager bless her heart said it was my fault for having such a bad attitude. I think I think we started off on the wrong foot cause she was the one who checked me in and I really wasn’t getting out welcome welcome here, sir vibe it was almost like she was doing me a favor checking me in. Yeah she’s your employee not mine.
- Garry (6/5): - Sink drain clogged and the room wouldn't warm up. Slept under my sleeping bag
- Stewart (4/5): - Not goog
- Sunita (1/5): See #3 - NOTHING. The front desk staff was nice but the manager Amanda Right? was agressive, careless and incosiderate for her job and the guests as she was drunk on the job. She abused not only us but other guests also. The property was filthy infested with roaches, no fridge, no microwave,AC smelled, garbage under and around the bed. We had no choice of relocating due to our plans, we had to buy stuff to clean the room ourselves. The sewage stench came from the drainage system into our room. The pool was a swamp...ENTIRELY DEVASTATING EXPERIENCE. IT WAS NOT SUPER 8. IT WAS SEWAGE 8. RENT AT YOU OWN RISK.
- Peter (2/5): - This place is so filthy.
- Victoria (2/5): Bad motel stay - It was the worse experience, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke and mold it was a non smoking room. Cockroach and bed bugs, turned the sheet down and blood on mattress, the night clerk was nice trying to help give me another room but it was in the computer clean and ready but when I opened the door it was occupied with clothes etc. By this time it was late and gave me another room the towels were dingy and smelled I had to buy towels . Floors dirty in corners. In the morning I went to discuss it with the manager and she was very rude and could at least cut the rate for the discomfort. I had surgery the day of checkout not being able to rest for fear of roaches.
- TUPOU K (2/5): Super 8 needs inspections - The room I was staying in had insects from the ceiling to the floor. The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom
- Iwan (6/5): - All fairly average
- desiree (2/5): Roach motel - I stayed in 2 different rooms. Dirty, dirty and roach infestation. Property reflects it used to be an old motel 6, bad shape. Sheets had stains, dirt/stains of something on walls, floors, everywhere. Smells like smoke inside. Appears people live there fulltime, homeless just needing a room for the night. I didnt even stay the 3rd night, left early, just didnt want to share my pillow with another roach. Sorry, didnt stay long enough to take photos. I did have a friend stay at the Quality Inn about a block away, they said it was very nice and very clean. I will be trying them next week.
- Sabrina (2/5): ROACHES! - This hotel is infested with roaches, the workers know this and they still let people stay here! Checked into the hotel at about 5pm, I was given a second floor room and asked if I could be moved to a floor level room as I was traveling with my daughter who is only a year old and I didn't want her to disturb anyone below us. I explained this situation to the gentleman during check in and the other lady spoke up and said "oh if you have a kid you'll definitely want to stay on the second floor. We are having issues with the bottom floor and are waiting on maintenance" Hindsight is 20/20! I assumed it was plumbing or electrical as the gentleman proceeded to look at his map and note down the room were were in and what was under us and states that he would make sure he didn't put anyone in the room under us. We go to our room, drop our luggage and head out to meet up with family for the evening. We return after dark and prepare for bed. I got up to brush my teeth and there is a roach crawling up the wall in front of me! Turn the rest of the lights on in the room and there are more crawling on other walls! Needless to say we attempted to check our and get a refund and the front staff would not issue us a refund since we booked online. So we had to spend ages on the phone. Absolutely horrendous service. I cannot belive the staff is aware of the roach problem and instead of being honest, knowing I have a young child with me, they let me check in and subject us to roaches. Despicable.
- James (3/5): Never again. - No blanket on one bed. One bath towel for two people. No soap. No waist can. Cold at night, no heat
- Rebecca (8/5): -
- Kristina (2/5): - The AC was broken but front desk was very nice!
- CRYSTAL (2/5): - Place was dirty, no towels in the room so I asked for towels at the front desk. When I was given towels they were wet and stained.
- George (4/5): - When we arribed our room didnt have towels, washcloths, or soap. The sink backed up, the bathroom door wouldnt close or lock. There were roaches in our room, and no one came to clean our room while we stayed there. There were people smoking weed outside the office in a no smoking area and no one stopped them
- Andrew (2/5): - Dirty room — found several cockroaches throughout the stay, shower had unappealing residue on the floor, and the vent above the sink leaked constantly
- John (2/5): The poorest hotel experience I've ever had - To start with my overall experience and disappointment in Wyndham hotels specifically the super 8 in Petaluma California was a disgusting affair. Between the air conditioning not working, the two ice machine being broke, however the second night they did have one machine back working. cockroaches in not one but two different rooms. I went to sit down and a chair that was in the room and promptly ended up on the floor because it was broken. Considering I've had back surgery multiple times this did not make me feel very comfortable at all. Insufficient lemons for two people asked and was told didn't have any they were being washed. Overall appearance was very discouraging. linens that were in the room and on the bed were dirty obviously hadn't been changed. All the floors were dirty. Water dripping from the ceiling out of one of the registers. I honestly can't say anything good about this hotel and if this is what I have to look forward to with Wyndham properties I will not stay at another one again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - One of the worst places I've stayed and that's saying A LOT. The condition of doors, walls, plumbing fixtures, I mean everything, was in bad shape with extra wear and I guess water damage. The mattress was super old and lumpy in a way that didn't even make sense. There were no towels, no remote for the TV etc. It was pretty dirty too. But I slept well. And the customer service was fantastic!
- Daniel (2/5): - Cockroaches, 0 towels, smells like smoke and drug addicts in the parking lot
- Rainier (2/5): - Place is so old, I understand it’s a budget hotel but the AC doesn’t work. The fan vents are filled with dust and home to many bugs. Cockroaches behind the mirror and between the walls. Never again.
