- Walter (9/5): - Die Lage ist zwar zentral in der historischen Altstadt. aber der Bahnhof und andere wichtige Einrichtungen sind in der 4 km entfernten modernen Unterdtadt gelegen. Ein kompliziertes und schlecht gekennzeichnetes Shuttlesystem fungiert als Verbindung.

Ottima posizione Le nostre camere erano al piano -1 anche se avevano una bella finestra con vista ed erano di nuova ristrutturazione, avevano una puzza di umido e muffa tremenda. Inoltre il frigo bar era completamente vuoto, non c'era neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in camera. In camera non c'è il telefono per chiamare la reception. C'erano dei capelli nel letto

Impossibile trovare parcheggio, all’arrivo ho fatto quattro volte il giro dell’isolato tra viuzze strette per trovare un posto. Il giorno dopo un altro dramma con oltre un ora di attesa per volta… alla fine non ho più preso l’auto fino alla partenza. Camera matrimoniale all’ultimo piano con tetto basso da un lato. Un impresa aprire la finestra del bagno. Braccio doccia che non tiene su il soffione. Al mattino scopriamo che la colazione non è inclusa: due caffe’ e due mini cornetti pagati 8€. una vergogna, dopo aver lasciato 80€ a cena per 2 piatti di pasta discutibili, una tagliata e quattro arrosticini. Bottiglia di vino arrivata già aperta al tavolo, mah! 4 stelle solo sulla carta.

- Marie (1/5): - Dans le centre historique - 20 minutes à attendre à la réception avant que quelqu’un vienne - chambre humide +++++++ (moisissures au mur avec traces d’eau, air humide) - il y avait encore un savon des précédent occupants de la chambre dans le porte savon de la douche - les draps et la nappe de la table étaient tachés Et nous n’avions pas la chambre economique ! Alors je n’imagine pas l’état des chambres standards! Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas les quatre étoiles !!!! A fuir !!!!! Le pire hôtel de nos 15j de vacances en Italie (et nous avons changé tous les soirs!) Ps : retirez le parking de votre annonce!! : L’établissement signale un parking qui n’existe pas. Une galère pour se garer et quand nous avons enfin trouvé une place… la voiture avait disparu à la fourrière le lendemain !!!

- Luca (5/5): Anonimo - Posizione centrale Hanno confermato arrivo ore 16 circa senza comunicarmi che le vie per raggiungere hotel erano chiuse a causa del carnevale storico, di conseguenza ho dovuto aspettare in macchina per circa due ore, bastava avvisare sarei arrivato dopo le 18, ovviamente, come disse il vigile al blocco, sapevano benissimo che era impossibile transitare. Menefreghismo.
