- Kirsten (6/5): Only ok, some good qualities but not enough for me to come back - The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The soap and lotions they use are incredible and smell great. They offer Nespresso and refill daily. There's no safe. The bed was not a queen but a double bed. There's barely any storage despite having a lot of space. There's a small closet to hang items and a tiny drawer by the bed and barely enough for 2 people for 5 days. They only have 2 hooks in the bathroom and 2 hooks by the front door, maybe a few more so you can hang items. They also didn't tell us about a mandatory fire drill and sent a text 45 mins before it started. Then when we were asked to wait outside by the front desk girl with glasses, she didn't like where we were standing and told us to wait further away from the entrance (almost in the street) and was quite rude about it. However, there were plenty of people standing where we were. When I asked why we weren't notified the day before, she just told me she'd deal with it but nothing was ever done. It's a busy street so you'll hear traffic throughout the night

- SERGE (8/5): - 3 ascenseurs pour accéder aux étages. Chambre spacieuse. Salle d’eau un peu moins mais suffisant. La douche est grande. Jolie vue depuis le 16 eme étage. Lit et oreillers confortable. Une boulangerie avec un espace pour déjeuner se trouve à proximité. Un bon restaurant est à côté de l’hôtel. Climatisation silencieuse La deco de la chambre est minimaliste. Un mur en béton qui n’est pas peint donne une ambiance un peu froide.

- Marjorie (10/5): Confort extrême et comodités. - Nous avons réservé à cet hôtel puisqu'il était tout de même proche du Centre Bell où nous avions un spectacle. Lors du préenregistrement, on m'a offert de surclasser ma chambre pour une chambre en coin. Je ne tenais pas nécessairement à payer pour le surclassement puisque nous allions principalement pour dormir. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la surprise de voir que notre chambre avait été surclassée quand même. Nous avions une belle chambre au 15e étage avec une magnifique vue sur Griffintown. Le personnel était courtois. Il y a un stationnement en dessous de l'hotel et deux restaurants, dont un à déjeuner au sein de la même bâtisse que l'hôtel. Nous n'avions donc pas besoin de sortir avec la voiture pour manger. Gros plus, le lit et les oreillers étaient confortables +++. Les hotels Alt sont les plus confortables parmi tous ceux que j'ai pu essayer, même plus que les Hilton et Delta de ce monde. S'il faut trouver un commentaire négatif, le seul que je peux dire est que la douche serait plus pratique s'il y avait un pommeau à main en plus de celui au mur, mais sinon c'est le seul commentaire "négatif".

- Christine (10/5): Amazing experience - The property was very clean. The rooms were very nice. Bed was so comfortable and the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. We were on the 11th floor and it was very quiet and had a nice view. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Would book here again.

- Joseph (10/5): Our fave hotel in that end of Montreal! - Great room and bed. Very clean. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Super location and access to Griffintown, Old Montreal, the Port area and numerous great restaurants and cafes. Nice facilities including a gym & availability of basic breakfast/snack goods and very good coffees. Nothing.

- happyholidayToronto (10/5): Best reception desk ever. - We had two rooms both had two Queen size beds; bathroom was adequate and the rooms were very clean. We were all females doing a weekend away. My only pet peeve were the swinging bathroom doors and the fact that it was a bit impersonal. But it was economical and the location was good. Staff at front desk were outstanding. Our shower head fell off; I have never seen a group that went above and beyond to apologize and try to rectify the situation. At the end of the day the front desk were 5 plus star and my husband and I have stayed in mostly 5 star hotels all over the world.

- Alexis (7/5): Simple et efficace - L'emplacement et la disponibilité (avec frais) d'un stationnement directement dans le bâtiment sont un vrai plus. Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'y loge et le confort du lit / oreillers est vraiment aléatoire. Plus souvent qu'autrement, les oreillers (surtout) semblent tellement vieux que la rembourrure semble absente ... C'est avant tout la notion de hasard de confort qui me dérange à vrai dire !
