Mark (10/5): Just what we were after for a few days of relaxing and unwinding - We stayed Sunday and Monday night so it was nice and quiet as far as guests being there. Very relaxing and all of the staff were great. Will definitely return. Only little thing we noticed was the pillows on the bed were large and a little bulky but besides that no complaints.

Nothing was too much for them and they were always initiating friendly conversations. The hotel itself was beautiful and the outdoor space exceeded our expectations. This is great value for money and we will definitely be returning! Nothing!

The attention to detail in the lush pool area was impressive, from fresh cold drinking water to lots of nice towels and space to lounge. The rooms are adorable with excellent linens and bathrobes and thick towels and quality produce and little extras. The staff is there to assist you in every way and the little breakfast and bar service and cleanliness are of high standards . We have a new favorite place in Palm Springs and this one is it 👍🏻

It was so nice we could order breakfast and eat it in the courtyard each morning. The food was fresh and delicious. Staff was helpful and nice when we had questions. We had such a blast! I would definitely recommend this place.
merche2026 (10/5): Chic and fun hotel that is the perfect spot to relax - Had an absolutely amazing time at the Dive last week with my wife and some friends. Love that it's no kids, and the small intimate setting meant we could spend time together without anything ruining the vibes. The hotel is this cool mixture of mid-century design plus vintage decor and furnishings. It's truly one of a kind and nothing like any hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. Loved the mattress, unlike most hotels it was plush and not super hard. It is a little bit away from the main drag, but for me that's a bonus. No drunks making noise late into the night etc. A great spot to recharge and relax.

We had heard good things about the venue after a friend had suggested Dive to me. So I took A flyer. I am so glad I did. What a great, quiet hotel with (I am going to try some slang) such a vibe. We had a great time in the pool, had a GINORMOUS charcuterie board and the room was clean, quiet and an amazing AC! I truly enjoyed being cold in the desert! I will definitely come back on my next trip to PS.
623kirstenf (10/5): Laid-back luxury - My husband and I came back for another kid-free weekend, and it felt just as special as we remembered. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and so easy to relax in. You get the sense that every decision was thoughtfully made from the pool and grounds to the stylish rooms. Everything feels so thoughtfully done that it feels almost like a film set. The staff was warm and attentive, and the whole place has a rare mix of laid-back and luxurious. We will be back!

Dmonster18 (8/5): Shame that one staff member spoilt our experience - Quirky and cute hotel in Palm Springs with lovely pool area. It was a little further from downtown than expected and not really walkable in the heat but only a 5-6min taxi. We loved room 13, accessed from outside the property with a private outside seating area. We had to walk through room 11 & 12’s outside seating areas to get to our room so it wouldn’t be very private if you were staying in one of those. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with fluffy towels and dressing gowns although the overhead shower didn’t have great water pressure. Check in was smooth with regular contact from the hotel should we have needed it as the desk closes at 6pm. The token breakfast wasn’t great but having a coffee in the beautiful grounds while watching the hummingbirds was a real highlight. The main negative of the hotel was the member of staff who was there each morning at breakfast. The first morning she appeared rude and sarcastic which we gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe we had misunderstood her. The second morning however she was blatantly rude to my husband but then sickly sweet to me for some reason. Her attitude tainted our stay, so much so that we wouldn’t stay here again and couldn’t in good faith recommend to others. The hotel is not cheap and we feel like we paid a hefty price for not feeling like a valued customers.

721deborahr (10/5): Deb&Lil Roselin - We were fortunate enough to DIVE into the best boutique hotel 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. From the moment we entered the Dive Palm Springs we were greeted with a glass of champagne and a very warm welcome from Michelle and Robert. We new at once, that we loved this "GEM" of a resort. The rooms were fabulous, not to mention the pool, lounge chairs, hot tub, sauna and cold blunge (I just left the cold behind me.) So, I passed on that. The grounds are spectacular and the service above and beyond. Oh! Did I mention the breakfast was delightful (and included). The vibe is pure relaxation and the staff truly amazing. Don't think twice...DIVE into the Palm Springs resort.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel very warm and personal. The property itself is beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated with great taste. The heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge were absolute highlights, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. I'll be coming back for sure. From the incredibly helpful staff, infrared sauna, cold plunge, free breakfast, welcoming staff and comfortable/ clean quarters. Book this place.

terry (5/5): This is a fun place with wonderful people but I won’t be back - The people were exceptional going above and beyond to be helpful to me. This is a very 40’s Hollywood vibe which is fun Couldn’t get hot water out of sink. Bedside tables, attached to wall, and too far from bed for me to reach from bed. A/C made repeated grinding sounds for 10 seconds or so several times an hour. Location of plugs made charging devices difficult. while pet friendly, there was no real accommodation for my dog.

joseamorelo (6/5): Solid Motel But Overpriced - This was an upgraded motel with nice rooms and small pool. It was hardly a french hotel boutique experience. Customer service was not responsive after hours. The most disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee was filled with grounds from french press and not drinkable. Croissants looked and tested like Costco’s. It’s not bad but priced like something special. It’s not.

Huntley (10/5): Exceptional Boutique Hotel - This place is special. There is everything you need and a cozy cool VIBE in the rooms and in the very private poolside courtyard. They provide everything like cabanas, dry sauna , cold plunge pool, snacks and drinks by the pool for no extra cost. The rooms are decorated perfectly retro and they provide luxury amenities inside. HIGHLY recommend!! And a great and quiet location.
A5148IOlindah (10/5): Very Special Hotel - We loved our short stay at Dive Palm Springs. We plan to stay longer next time. They have thought of everything for your pleasure and convenience at this hotel. There are so many included amenities like a very private courtyard with a pool, cabanas, comfy chaise lounges, ice water and coffee and even a popcorn machine for an afternoon snack. I loved the dry sauna and the cold plunge pool that is all included. The rooms are adorable and all so very clean and tidy.

Explorer27462938878 (10/5): Great Solo Stay - I had an amazing solo trip mid week. Beautiful, quiet and clean. The bedding and bed were so comfortable. I especially appreciated 21+ and quiet hours after 9p. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Deborah (9/5): Great little boutique hotel for a short stay in Palm Springs. - This was our second stay. This time in a suite. The room size was nice and I liked having the day bed area to lounge in. The breakfast is adequate, nicely served on a tray around the property. We used the jacuzzi, which was warm. Although the jets were a bit weak. I liked having L’Occitane bath products. It’s close to downtown Palm Springs within a 10 minute drive. We ordered “avocado” toast which is extra. I think it was more like thin guacamole than avocado. We could have used some paper plates and utensils for the room so we could enjoy our snacks.

Kris (10/5): - What a happy surprise! This small boutique hotel surpassed my expectations. It had great decor, beautiful landscape, excellent amenities, and a nice breakfast! The staff was helpful and responsive. I used the pool and hot tub and the cold dip the most as the sauna took too long to heat up. It was a romantic little get away, and I really appreciated it being adults only so the pool was quiet and serene instead of a hot mess of screaming and splashing kids. I wish the sauna had been turned on as soon as we booked our last minute reservation.

767arianeb (10/5): Darling Palm Springs Boutique Hotel - Dive is charming. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous, tranquil, inviting. The robes were luxurious. I loved the sauna and cold plunge, and then sitting by the fire near the sauna. It’s a wonderful place to begin and end a day in Palm Springs. The hotel is fairly close to everything you want to see, and if the weather is good you can walk to shops and restaurants.
tarabA4682PF (10/5): Cutest Hotel Ever - The CUTEST hotel ever! Such a lovely place to spend a few days in Palm Springs. We stayed in the Orchard Suite and it was so worth it...loved having a private hot tub to soak in after a day hiking in Joshua Tree National Park! The private putting green was also a fun way to unwind with a drink before heading to dinner. The location is fantastic and the amenities are great! Loved having a small breakfast (included in the cost of the room) delivered to us just by sending a text. We forgot an item in our room when we checked out, and didn't realize it until we got back home to Atlanta. I emailed the hotel, and they are shipping it back to us. The service is above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and stay here! It's perfect.

Rooper (2/5): Stay Away If You Have Kids (Ages 20 and Under) - My biggest issue is the sheer disappointment and frustration that resulted from the hotel's flawed booking system and check-in process. My daughter and I booked a trip to Palm Springs. I found this place via a Google search for boutique hotels and booked a room directly from the availability link. This completely bypassed the main page stating this is a 21+ property. The hotel is undeniably cute, the location is adorable, and the staff we initially met were friendly. The Problem: My daughter is clearly under 21. I was allowed to check in online (it only asked for my ID). Upon arrival, we were allowed to settle into our room. They offered us aglass of wine at check in, o which I responded "I'll have one but she isn't old enough." They showed us to our room, and we were relaxing on the patio while I drank a glass of wine. When then went out by the pool for a few minutes and stopped to talk to the staff. It was not until we walked off the property that one of the staff ran out after us and said it was a 21+ facility. They explained they had called the owner and she said we had to leave immediately. They instructed us to gather our things and leave, but the owner said we could stay at another place she owned and offered a 20% discount. If a strict 21+ policy is enforced, the booking system must require a date of birth for all guests, or at minimum, issue a clear warning during the booking and online check-in process. The gate outside should also have it posted. Being allowed to check in and settle for an hour, only to be forced out, is unacceptable and ruined the beginning of our trip. The other"hotel" we were sent to is a motel, not at all comparable to the other location. Not at all what I had planned. There are so many ways this major disruption could have been prevented.

arimS616OO (10/5): The dive is my go to hotel in Palm Springs. - Went to PSprings and stayed at the Dive Hotel. The hotel itself only has 13 rooms which are quite unique. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and staff is super friendly. The location is essential to everything and Parking is amazing. You really need to stay here and check it out.
Susanne (10/5): Ein sehr tolles kleines Hotel, dass liebevoll geführt wird - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Angebot geht über ein normales Frühstück hinaus und wird im Garten serviert.👏👏. Man wird schon bei Ankunft mit einem Gläschen Sekt begrüßt. Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und wird auch so geführt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden es bei Gelegenheit nochmal buchen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

Katlyn (7/5): Great quiet getaway! - The property was gorgeous, it was like your at a secluded resort. The staff was nice, It was really quiet and the rooms were clean and spacious. Really loved the atmosphere. We stayed in the suite with the private spa and unfortunately were not able to utilize it. At first when we mentioned it wasn’t working the front desk said it appears to be broken then the next day it turns out the settings were not correct so it did work but by the time it finally warmed up we had to leave and were not able to use it. They were very apologetic and gave us a late check out but even with the late checkout we couldn’t stay that late because we had to get in the road. We booked this room and paid the extra money to enjoy the spa and for it not to be ready or be able to use it was really disappointing. Another small problem we ran into was the hot water in the shower, you have to get the knob in a certain spot to get hot water, if it was moved you would get cold water. Not sure if this was just an issue in the suite we stayed at or in all the rooms.
