• Michael (8/5): Comfortable stay in a very nice hotel for a reasonable price. - Not sure if there was some problem with the booking through Booking.com but to their credit they upgraded us to a much bigger, better room. Nevertheless it was was good value for money in a very nice hotel. Location is good, close to the Dalian Train station.

• KIM (10/5): The most excellent experience in China! - All of the staff are very nice and friendly. Always ready to help anytime. I really appreciated my stay. Breakfast is great, with many kinds of food. Mostly Chinese food with great desserts. I loved the dumpling soup; you can choose many toppings like salt, soybean sauce, coriander, chopped spring onions, etc. Eggs, porridge, soup, I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Located 10~15 min walk from the Zhongshan Square, it is quiet at night. Even if the main Dalian Railway Station is behind my room, there are not many frequencies of trains, no need to worry about the noise at all. Certainly, I will come back here when I visit DCL again. Highly recommend. Nothing

• Naoko (6/5): - 友好広場から近くて市内中心に行くのも比較的簡単で立地は良かった。 建物も部屋も広くて設備や備品も問題なくスタッフの対応も親切で良かったです。 個人的に一つ難点を挙げるとしたら部屋がとてもタバコ臭くて空気が悪かったので滞在中、咳が止まりませんでした。空気清浄機とかが設置されて居ればもっと良かったです。

• ddurung (8/5): 대련3일 - 총평 : 중국인중심 호텔이라 매우 저렴하지만 매우 친절하고 깨끗하고 현지식스타일 조식도 나쁘지는 않음. ♡재방문의사 있음. 러시아거리와 시내 중심가로 도보 이동이 가능함. 시설은 오래됐지만 엘리베이터를 교체했는지 빠르고 깨끗함. 객실이 넓고 창밖으로 높은 건물이 업머 탁트인 느낌과 가깝게는 러시아거리가 200m앞에 보이고 멀리 항구와 바다가 보임. 어메니티중 수건이 포장되어있어 쾌적한 느낌. 비데가 장착된 좌변기 수압과 온수 냉수가 아주 좋음. 입구가 이면도로 방향이라 복잡하지 않음. 호텔 옆에 로컬 가게가 있음. 도로방향으로 50m 쯤 걸어가면 노면전차가 운행중임. 길 건너 도로변에 발마사지 체인점 이 있는데 저렴 하고 만족도 높음. 호텔 입구 도로에 관광차들 주차가 많아 복잡. 호텔내 편의점이 없음

• Mikko (6/5): Pleasant - Location was ok, not the best, but not bad either. Breakfast was pretty good to my taste, Chinese style. Staff only spoke very little English, but all of them were really friendly and nice. The services in the hotel could include a proper bar / cafe / restaurant. The location is along a very small street with cars parked everywhere, so walking there with the luggage is not very convenient. The room I got was a smoking room, so the smell both in the room and the hallway was quite terrible.

Starbucks that is mentioned in the description is in the railway station, so rather use the one that's in the nearest walk, maximum 10 min walk. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff is friendly. I think all is good.

Large, comfortable rooms and smooth check-in. Some issues with the air conditioning meaning the room was quite hot, particularly in the mornings.

• Seungkye (6/5): - 이 호텔의 장점은 가격이다. 상상 이상의 저렴한 가격으로 stop over 할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 특히 고속철도 역에서 도보로 접근이 가능하다. 그러나 호텔 내부 시설은 다소 불만이 있다. 특히 욕실내 청결도가 좋지 않으며 amenity 중에서 샴푸와 bath soap는 일회용이 아니라 사용할 때 다소 머뭇거리게 했다. 전체적으로는 가격대비 좋다고 할 수 있지만 내부 시설을 좀 더 관리했으면 하는 생각이다.
• axckham (8/5): 大連駅に徒歩圏内 - 最近フロント周りを改装したこともあって、1階はキレイです。 しかし客室は以前のままですので、バスタブとかは汚いまま。 そういう事を気にしないのであれば、渋滞なければ、海側の高速道路から空港まで20～30分、民主広場にもそう遠くなく、駅までも近いですし、コスパは最高です。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 空港近くの清潔なホテルです。 It is clean hotel near airport. - I stayed in air transit for one night. The correspondence in the lobby is possible in English. Transportation from the airport is also free and convenient. The air port shuttle bus services from 6:00am until 9:00pm . There are convenience stores, massage and Chinese restaurants on the first floor. Guests had Chinese group members. It is an impression that there are many guests in transit rather than long stay. It was cheap for the price and the toilet and bath were very clean. The only disappointing thing was that the wall of the room was thin and I could hear the room next voice. We can hear it speaking in a loud voice.

• iiruu (6/5): 足回りの良いホテル - 大連港や大連駅に近く、建物も大きいので遠くからもよく目立ち見つけやすいホテルです。ただ古いので、玄関は立派ですが、室内は古く汚れも目立ちます。ただ、コストパフォーマンス重視の方はおすすめです。ホテル内に観光案内所もあり、気軽に応じてくれます。旅順行きのバス乗り場も大連駅の北側にあり、アクセツに便利です。 烟台行きの船の乗り場までも、大連駅から連絡バス（無料）もあり、大連駅から近いことがこのホテルの一番のお勧め理由です。部屋の窓から大連駅を出発する列車が見え、列車の汽笛も聞こえてきます。港も見え、ロシア街に歩いても５分ぐらい、付近に食堂、レストラン、ラーメン店、スーパー、コンビニ、たくさんあります。大連みやげはロシア街で買えます。
• マッキー (4/5): 清潔感ないホテル - 立地条件は駅からすぐと問題ないですがホテルは清潔感に欠けます。値段相応と言うところです。滞在中にホテルで昼間休んでいると、勝手にスタッフが鍵を開けて入って来た事は驚きました。恐らく外出していると思っていたと察しますが、どの様な目的があったかは不明。解せぬ行動不快な思いをしました。セキュリティボックスはないので毎回貴重品は持って外出していました。
• Moutyuu (8/5): 大連駅から徒歩５分、友好広場・勝利広場からも近い - 先週、１泊利用しました。 場所は少しわかりにくい場所にありますが ホテルの客室・セキュリティなどは中国の平均以上だと思います。 またなぜか当サイトで予約したのですが当日行ってみると予約されていませんでした。 このサイトを利用していて初めての経験だったのですがスムーズに対応してくれました。 なので☆+1しました。

• あしながおやじ (8/5): 大連駅から近くのホテル - 場所は、最初は少しわかりにくいが、大連駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、空港からの地下鉄の駅も近く、周りに食堂、商店も多く便利である。ホテルの外観は高級ホテルだが、古い分料金は安価で、バスタブ付きの部屋もあり、日本人には嬉しい。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 일월담(日月潭) 호텔 - sun lake hotel을 찾아 헤맨 시간이 길었어요... 아무도 알지 못하더라구요... 그런데 알고 봤더니 중국사람들은 일월담(日月潭)으로 통했어요... 그래서 공항에서 택시타고 다른 곳에서 내려줬고... 힘들었어요. 막상 찾아간 일월담 호텔은 깨끗하고 친절했어요. 주변음식점도 맛있고요...그런데 우린 다롄에서 경유하느라 하루씩만 머물러서 주변 관광을 하지 못했어요.. 공항에서 전철도 가까운 곳까지있었는데 그것도 모르고... 좀더 자세히 조사하고 움직여야겠다는 생각을 했지요.... 그래도 호텔이 가격대비 매우 마음에 들었답니다.
• Takeshi (8/5): 三つ星なのにウォシュレット - 2016年1月22〜24日に利用しました。ウォシュレット（中国メーカー製だけど）が装備されているのはポイント高いです。また、コンビニ、レストランが近く、価格もリーズナブル（約2500円/泊）でした。オススメのホテルだと思います。
• kato (6/5): ホテルの老朽化は避けられないが、客先志向に沿った設備等の改善が積極的に行われている。 - チェックインに際して、先ず予約が入っていないとしながらもエクスペディアで予約済の確認書写しを提示 したところ、エクスペディアなら大丈夫とのことで、直ぐにチェックインさせてくれた。殆ど時間が掛からす、 スムーズチェックイン/アウトが出来た。 また、ホテルの部屋について、昨年11月に宿泊した際にはバスルーム内の目地にカビが酷く、エクスペディアへ コメントを提出した。今回1月下旬に再度宿泊。仕事は雑ながら目地補修がされていた。日本ではこの目地補修の仕上がりでは絶対に了承されない雑な仕上がりではあるが、ホテルなりに客の要望に沿って改善されたことを高く評価したい。
• UZAWA (8/5): 駅に近く便利な街中ホテル - ２回目でしたが、予約票を印刷持参を忘れたためチェックインでトラブったが、後で調べますとしてチェックインしてくれた。チェックアウトの際には予約確認済みとのことで問題無かった。 受付担当が１名の為に混雑時の対応に問題有りと思う。部屋は値段の割には広いし快適だったが、時々何か作業中なのか音がし、少し気になった。クローゼットが古いのは仕方ないとして、剥がれていたりしている部分は見た目不快感があるので配慮して欲しい。
• KATO (6/5): 大連駅に近く行動するには非常に便利。 - 設備の老朽化は否めないが、部屋は清潔。但し、トイレの水流れが悪く、又、壁はカビがこびりついており改善が必要と感じた。部屋は広く長期滞在でも問題無し。
• 旅人ｕ (4/5): 駅に近い安価なホテル（安近短） - 女性スタッフで構成されているのは良いとしても、接客態度において、丁寧さや親切心が全く感じられない。 日々の業務に対して改善努力が見られない。中国人気質と一言で片づけてしまえばそれまでなので、改善意欲を持ってほしいと思う。
• TG (8/5): リーズナブルなホテル - 勝利広場等繁華街に近く、部屋も清潔、さらにバスタブもあり、これで3000円/日以下で非常に満足しています。日程的に11/22~24と連休を少し外したからかもしれませんが、次回も是非利用したいです。
• Verified traveler (4/5): - チェックイン時に外国人だからか予約を探すのに時間がかかってました。 二日目観光から帰ってくるとカードキーが使えなくなってました。 お風呂場にはバスタブがありましたが、お湯に浸かると体が痒くなりました。 水の流れが悪く栓を抜いても全部流れるのに30分くらいかかっていました。 朝ごはんは美味しかったです。
• 大阪の旅人 (6/5): 価格相応、我慢出来る人なら！ - Expediaさんとの連携が出来ていない。 日本語を話せるスタッフが1人もいない。 チェックインでの２００元の預かり金について書いていない。 愛嬌がない。仕事が雑。 朝11時に無理やり起こされる。 日本円から中国元への両替の手数料取り過ぎ！ 部屋の清掃は頼まないとしてくれない。 エレベーター内スイッチで静電気が来る。 水が茶色い、鉄さびが出ている 近所の安い中華はまずく、お腹こわします！
• てつ (8/5): 駅に近く快適 - 駅に近くホテルの周辺は食事する所が多数あり便利。もちろん中国版コンビニ超市ありです。 部屋の設備は古いが清潔で十分です。
• toru (4/5): 立地は、最高。 - 駅の近くで移動、買い物、食事に便利な場所 ただ、ホテルの壁が薄いのか隣室の話し声がうるさかった。
• Tadaharu (6/5): やっぱり中国のホテルはこんなものなのか… - 予約した部屋(写真に対して)が違い、慌てて中国人の友人にホテルと話をしてもらった。話の中で最初に予約した部屋が空いておらず！最終的には友人の交渉のかいあり、更にワンランク上の部屋に値段変わらずで3泊宿泊。最初のチェックインの際も予約状況が曖昧で、部屋に行くまでは不安だった。部屋を見て案の定て感じでした。今後正確に予約出来るなら宿泊しても良いのだが、不安が残ります。
• Yasuo (6/5): 駅から比較的近い - 部屋は一応清潔でベッドは堅めでした・・浴槽はちょっとカビ跡あり。２１階の眺望は奇麗で夜景も楽しめました。 テレビは５１ｃｈもあり、５１ｃｈは日本の内容を日本語で放送して居ました。 暖房はまだ１０月中旬でしたが、ちょっと利きが悪く、暖かくはありませんでしたが・・布団も薄めで短パンでは風邪をひきそうになります。
• Verified traveler (4/5): 何も対応してくれないホテル - 「近くにおいしいものを食べられるところありますか？」と近隣の情報を聞いても、顔も上げず（自分の仕事をしているのか?）教えてくれない。部屋が寒いので、暖房の使い方を聞いても、「壊れているから。」といって対応してくれない。 部屋の掃除のおばさんのほうが　いろいろ教えてくれた。 だれもあまり見ないので　気にならない人もいるだろうが、ベットの下はペットボトルや紙くず、ほこりの山！（たまたま床に物を落としたので見てしまった！）床のフローリングは髪の毛などからまったまま。
• 中国を楽しんだ旅行者 (8/5): - ホテルスタッフは親切、ベッドメイクもきれいだが、髭剃りカミソリが３泊４日なのに、初日分以外は補充がなかった。 それにトイレが臭く、バスルームはタイルに黒カビがあり、飲料水用の蛇口は水漏れがあった。 これは是非とも改善して頂きたい。
• Mark (6/5): Dalian駅に近く、どこに行くのも便利 - 部屋は古さは否めないが、広くて問題ない。 英語のできるホテルマンがほとんどおらず、これは不便。 また、荷物を持つポーター、ドアボーイもいない。 値段で我慢。 部屋は，ウォシュレットは無いが、バスタブとシャワールームがある。
• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location old hotel - Hotel location is near the train station. Room is in very bad condition, smelly and not clean
• Mick (8/5): Great place, right by train station and centre... - Great place once I got there... But the map on Expedia here was wrong. It is slightly south west of the train, not north on the park. So check closely on Google maps and try and get the name/address in Chinese. Close to train, tram and Zhongshan Square. Good hotel but overall in Dalian, there is too much construction right now in the city.. beaches, everywhere (as of May 2014) and the metro is running yet, so can't say I enjoyed it all that much. Shenyang was better in Lioaning.
• A traveller (8/5): Convenient Location but a Little Noisy - The front desk staffs are all very friendly and location is great, however, the room is a little noisy. The train tracks are right behind the hotel, so I can hear the broadcast from the train station, as well as from the trains. Also, the room is not sound proof to the next rooms or to the hallways. I can hear everything people in the next room or in the halls say. The room has few plugs, so I had to pull out the TV plug just to charge my phone. Also, the toilet was really hard to flush. Otherwise, the hotel is decently clean and have really friendly staff.
