The tile floors in our room were all popping up and had black dirty grout. I kept my house shoes on. The location is close to several restaurants and target. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. Probably would try to find something a tad nicer next time I'm in the area.
- Happiness802934 (4/5): Don’t let the updated exterior fool you - Stayed here one night while passing through town. We’re usually a fan of the Marriott brand and find their online information fairly accurate however this was not the case. The room had an unpleasant odor, and was a dated awkward layout. Several lights were not working. The bathroom door did not latch properly and the handle was installed backwards so that you could lock it from the bedroom side, not the bathroom side. Turning on the air conditioning at bedtime the unit was so loud. It sounded like there was a diesel truck running in the room, between that and the noisy refrigerator that would click on and off all night didn’t make for a good night sleep. The only positive would be the room appeared to be fairly clean.

There was no other room in the hotel and my kids slept the night on the floor. The hotel manager was not cooperative at all... the hair dryer was broke and the electric wire was exposed putting anyone into the risk of having electrical shock...

The breakfast was okay by free hotel breakfast standards. The only thing wrong was a silly $1.50 plus tax parking fee for parking in a lot the hotel shared with several other businesses. It really isn't smart to make that a customer's last impression as he checks out.

Stepped into pool and it was ice cold. Couldn't even get in but two steps in, it was so cold. Asked the front desk clerk about the heated pool and he said the heater was broken. Would have been nice if this was posted somewhere on your website.

- Karen D (8/5): Excellent Customer Service - Overall, this is a nice facility with excellent customer service. Nice breakfast and coffee options and helpful front desk. However, the hotel is WORN. Baseboards are pulled away from walls or crudely attached, lots of marks on paint from use, shower door did not fully close. The condition was extremely disappointing, but the staff made up for it!

- Jaime (10/5): Awesome - We’ve stayed in many hotels in this area and this is by far the best hotel out there. Clean from the front doors to the bathroom. Awesome staff and great breakfast. Will be back.
- tjmV9612PQ (4/5): Poor experience - We booked our stay after looking online at the good reviews and the nice pictures. I’m not entirely sure if we just got a bad room or what but we had an unexpectedly poor experience. First, they had no luggage carts. Not the biggest deal but with someone who had a disability, it definitely complicated things. On top of that, our room was beat to shreds. Blinds broken, tiles in the bathroom floor not seated properly, tv cables everywhere, and to top it off our bathroom door didn’t even shut. I’m a marriot rewards member and this is probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The one shining quality was that the staff was nice and accommodating.

- Jessica (5/5): A convenient stay along our route. - Convenient 1 of the elevators was out of service. It was very time consuming to use and it was necessary to get all of our things up and down to the 5th floor. 2 of the outside doors did not work with key card. Our room was very dark and the bed had an odor. One of the bathroom tiles was badly cracked. All this being said, the customer service was great! The hotel needs a physical overhaul.
