- Rickey (10/5): If you're in Pecos for work or just passing through, its a solid place to stay. - Amazing staff that were very friendly and helpful! The noise from the Loves truck stop next door can reach excessive levels.

- Mary (1/5): I will not attempt to stay at the hotel or use booking.com again. - When I went to check in, they were attempting to put us on the 3rd floor. Their elevator was not working, I told them we couldn't stay in the 3rd floor because my husband has difficulty walking. The staff member said they didn't have any floors on the bottom floor & she said she would cancel the reservation. I noticed that the reservation was not canceled via booking.com the next day, so I ended going back the next day to make sure I would be able to cancel for free; I took my husband's handicap placard to show them as proof since my husband wouldn't get off the truck. I was told again by the staff member that the reservation has been canceled by them. Siince it seemed that there was an issue between the communication between the hotel & booking.com, I requested a free cancelation via booking.com. I got a call from booking.com on 12/2/25 & I thought the issue was cleared up but it hasn't been.

- Willie (5/5): Aggravating - Location First, I booked several rooms. The elevator was broken. When I booked the rooms I checked I would pay at the property. Everyone would pay for theirs own room with their own credit card. The woman at the desk was new so the woman at the back did not speak to us and she went ahead and charged the rooms on the card used to hold the rooms. Then she came from the back and said the card was declined on a room. I asked why she put the rooms on the card when all rooms were under a different name . She gave an half ass excuse. This is the second time there was an issue with billing. The breakfast was horrible. The so called French toast was hard as a brick.

- Lisa S. (7/5): I could see myself staying here for a few nights - Plenty of parking with Love's right next door - can't beat that! The stuff, location, and the hotel itself were great. A solid option for a hotel stay for a day or few. If I'm being super picky... For vegan options, they only had coffee and flavorless oatmeal. For non-vegans, they had eggs, yoghurt, some types of meat and milks. I think they had oranges/apples but not sure. The bed was alright, I would expect it to be more comfortable, but it wasn't too bad. I didn't like paying extra for the amenities I wouldn't have time for or would not want to use. I wish I was offered a price for just needing to sleep for a few hours.

Room was dirty, not vacuumed, found garbage and a cheerio on floor; TV remote didn't work; bathroom door would close completely because it hit the jam; shower floor was dirty, white powdery look; bath counter had glob of soap or toothpaste on it; noisy all night, individual in room above stomped around all night.

- Mary (8/5): One night stay while traveling. - Beds were comfortable. Room had stains on window seat cushion...probably from a kid. Not much area info for dining offered. This is an area where oil rig operators stay while working. By the time we made it down for the breakfast all the muffins and breads were gone. I asked for more and bagels were brought out. Very friendly staff.

- suegg1822 (10/5): Perfect in every way - Our stay exceeded expectations. We are passing through and needed parking for our 38 ft trailer and truck. I was a walk-in requesting a ground level room and easy access to the trailer. Moses, front desk staff, assigned us a wonderful suite. The Loves truck stop had our favorite Checkers Chicken for supper. Ari did our checked-out. Sally was the staffing the desk and well stocked breakfast. She even made fresh coffee for us. Being a Wyndham Rewards member really pays off.
