Je ne suis pas fan des buffets mais il faut reconnaitre que les ateliers et les plats cuisinés sont de qualité L'hôtel mérite quelques investissements pour moderniser les chambres et le mobilier s'il veut justifier de son positionnement prix.

Leider hat man uns trotz Wunsch ein Zimmer am lauten Pool mit fehlendem Kinderbett zugeteilt. Kein kundenorientiertes Verhalten der Hotelführung bei Problemen.

Het personeel van de receptie , obers, bediening etc. Iedereen was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was heerlijk en er was elke avond een ander thema. Oriëntaals, Aziatisch. Het hotel is kleinschalig en erg overzichtelijk. Wij hadden een mooie kamer op de begane grond met een terras. Mocht ik weer naar Egypte gaan dan kom ik zeker weer naar Club Paradisio.

L’emplacement face a la mer avec un Kite center intégré à l’hôtel et en face du golf. La possibilité de rejoindre le centre ville à moindre coût avec des tuxci, dont certains électriques ! La gentillesse du staff. Divertissements de qualité très moyenne, plutôt pour une population de retraités (allemands en grande partie Musique d’ambiance pas top. Pas de coin un peu cosy/lounge avec ambiance musicale sympa le soir. Plutôt ambiance Patrick Sébastien le soir. Les cocktails inclus dans le tarif très moyens (voir pas très bons du fait des jus de fruits utilisés qui ne sont pas des jus de fruits frais). Vins inclus de qualité médiocre aussi. L’hôtel est quand même un peu vieillot, même si bien entretenu. On s’attendait à un autre standing. Le mobilier et la deco des chambres très moyens, pas très moderne …

- Mitch01 (9/5): Séjour reposant sans prise de tête - Le personnel très souriant et gentil, toujours prêt à vous rendre service, les repas sont style buffet et il y a beaucoup de choix, pareil pour le petit déjeuner, sucré -salé, poissons, fruits, œuf etc., hôtel bien placé avec la possibilité de prendre le tuktuk pour se rendre en vile (5minutes) ou à la marina (10 minutes), nous avons toujours eu de la place autant aux piscine qu'à la plage et le personnel est au petits soins pour étancher votre soif. Dommage qu'un hôtel de ce standing propose des jus d'orange pressés à 3€ le verre au petit déjeuner car le reste est parfait - le repas soirée spéciale au restaurant Morgan à 40€ par personnes peut-être aussi un frein comparés aux excellents restaurant qu'il y a à Downtown, mais toutes prestations confondues ça reste un très bon hôtel au rapport qualité prix.

- Henrik (9/5): - Wir sind schon zum dritten Mal im Paradisio gewesen. Die Athmosphäre ist sehr persönlich (weil nicht so groß und nach kürzester Seite wird man wieder erkannt und persönlich begrüßt wird; trotzdem verläuft sich alles, sodass es eigentlich nie am Strand oder um den Pool herum zu voll wird), das Personal ist immer zuvorkommend. Der Hauptpool wird im März auch auf angenehme Temperaturen (27 Grad) geheizt, was mir persönlich immer wichtig ist. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich. Das Management denkt sich immer wieder nette Extras aus, wie Barbecue am Strand oder jetzt im März auch mal Frühstück am Strand. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

- laurence (9/5): Séjour agréable et reposant - Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du personnel de l'hôtel, la restauration, les spectacles et les activités nautique à proximité. Les cartes pour ouvrir les chambres ne fonctionnent pas bien. A plusieurs reprises, nous n'avions pas de verres ni d'eau pour le repas du soir. Pas suffisamment de mugs au petit déjeuner. Nous étions 7 et on ne pouvait pas réserver une table pour notre séjour comme cela se pratique dans beaucoup d'établissement. Club essentiellement fréquenté par des retraités allemands. L'animation est en allemand.

- Edona (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf! - Ik heb genoten van mijn vakantie hier. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, wij kregen een heel warm ontvangst van iedereen. Maar vooral van de 2 heren aan de resectie nl. Romario en Moosad, zeer behulpzame mannen, heel professioneel en geduldig! Het eten is gevarieerd en suuuuuper lekker! Voor ze het buffet beginnen af te ruimen, komen ze je aan tafel verwittigen, voor het geval je nog iets wil gaan halen, hoe vriendelijk is dit zeg. Verder heb je een grote zwembad waar muziek wordt gespeeld, maar iets verder nog een ander als je liever rustig in zon wil liggen lezen. Mooie en propere kamers. Het is daar veel mooier in het echt dan op de foto’s die ik op de site had gezien.

- Burkhard (3/5): Leider sehr herumtergekommendes Pauschalhotel - Die Lage und der sehr ruhige Bereich um den Umbauten Pool. Ich hatte kurzfristig die Suite gebucht, weil mein Rückflug gecancelt wurde. Es war keine Suite sondern ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelzimmern mit Betten, die etwas unterschiedlich eingerichtet waren. Leider ist alles sehr abgenutzt und war es auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Wände und Schränke waren voller Fettflecken der vorangegangenen Gäste. Das ganze Hotel befindet sich im Verfall. Das Essen ist lieblos, echtes Kantinenessen, aber viele Desserts, die Bedienung ist eher unfreundlich und agiert wie ein Platzanweiser auf einer Fähre. Ich habe Durchfall vom Essen bekommen.

- Omar (8/5): Basic clean hotel - by the sea. - The room size, comfort, and the view were not that bad either. The hotel is basic and straight to the point - exactly what you need in Gouna. The staff were friendly, and check-in/out was easy. Also hotel is close to downtown Gouna. The location was very far from Abu Tig Marina, Fanadir Bay Marina, and all other Gouna activities (the old side of Gouna). The hotel is too basic compared to the price paid, but this is probably because it was high season (NYE).

- Sophia (10/5): - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Club El Paradiso in El Gouna. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, die Zimmer sauber und die Atmosphäre entspannt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Essen, das uns täglich überzeugt hat. Ein großes Dankeschön an Romario Ayad an der Rezeption für den hervorragenden Service. Er war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar einen kostenlosen Late Check-out ermöglicht. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!
- Pauli (10/5): - The staff is very friendly. Mina took good care of us. We felt very very safe and comfortable. The location is great. I am usually not a huge fan of buffets, but they have a GREAT one (10/10). I totally recommend this hotel and honestly I think it'll be hard to find a better place at a similar rate. The shows in the evening were amazing. They had external dance groups. The animation team always organizes great shows in the evening and it's absolutely worth it to attend them.

- Didier (10/5): On a hâte d'y retourner - L'hôtel est exceptionnel, propreté proximité avec le club de Kitesurf. Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée avec Romario qui a été à notre écoute pendant notre séjour. Les buffets sont de très bonnes qualité et l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin. La salle de sport beaucoup trop petite et seulement un vélo de salle et 2 tapis. Beaucoup trop juste. et lorsqu'il y a plus de 4 personnes cela devient très difficile de pratiquer.

- Sylvie (10/5): De très belles vacances, même en solitaire. - Les repas étaient excellents, l'ambiance très bonne, le staff adorable. En fait j'appréhendais initialement de me retrouver avec une clientèle environ 95% allemande et j'ai vraiment beaucoup aimé. Si on va à la Mer Rouge, il faut renoncer à se retrouver avec des latins (sauf au kite, super fun). Mais j'ai vraiment beaucoup aimé le comportement poli et respectueux des Allemands. L'équipe d'animation était vraiment super, les spectacles d'une grande qualité. J'ai déjà séjourné dans environ 12 établissements de la Mer Rouge et celui-ci est mon préféré. De plus, le centre de kitesurf (Osmosis) est mon préféré sur les 7 que j'ai testés entre El Gouna jusqu'à Marsa Alam. Le propriétaire, Sylvain, est Genevois, super sympa et a un excellent staff local multilingue. La chambre que j'ai eue initialement était communicante avec une autre, donc j'entendais le mondre bruit des voisins. La réception m'a changé sans problème. Ils m'ont même fait visiter trois chambres différentes et j'ai pu choisir ma préférée (au rez-de-chaussée, loin de la piscine avec animations, dans une partie super calme). En fait ils sont vraiment super professionnels dans cet hôtel.

Viele Freizeitaktivitäten möglich, da Kitestation und Tauchstation im Hotelkomplex In den Zimmern gab es zur Balkontüre kein Mückenschutzgitter. Liegestühle wurden von den lieben Gästen jeweils schon um 0600 reserviert. Wir waren schon in Hotels, in denen das verboten war...

- Gamze (9/5): A nice hotel for those who enjoy quietly hanging out on the beach and doing kite surfing. - The food was really good when I compared it to the other all-inclusive hotels I'd been. Our room was spacious and clean, and it was very quiet. We want to give special thanks to Romario at the reception - he was really helpful through our check-in and check-out processes. There are too many staff members walking around the beach trying to sell tours, massages, or photo shoots.

- Lauren (10/5): Beautiful hotel and nice food - The quieter pool was absolutely gorgeous, and is a great space if you want a more relaxed time with less noise. The lunch and evening food was delicious with lots of options - we only tried the main restaurant. The reception and pool staff were very warm and welcoming. Great location if you need to be in El Gouna - we were staying for 1 night between a live aboard and flying home, with early arrival and late departure, and the staff were very accommodating. The room was nice but we had requested a double room and were given twin beds which was a shame - however it was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff in the main restaurant would always speak in German first which we don’t speak, and didn’t seem as friendly/warm as other staff.

- Hagar (10/5): - The place is amazing! We went there as 4 women alone, it was super safe, super friendly, super fun, and overall an exceptional experience. The staff in the restaurant were so great and friendly, as well as attentive to our needs throughout the whole stay. This also goes for the wonderful animation team, bar staff, reception staff, and pretty much everyone involved. Not to mention the food was truly outstanding, 5 star quality, different items every meal and everyday. I would absolutely recommend staying here to everyone I know!! Looking forward to going again!! :)
