• Nishant (1/5): Over a bad experience - Most of the room are twin bed, Even after requesting the hotel to combine the beds no one came to help, even after multiple reminders no response, Food is also a convern, it wasn’t bad however it wasn’t good as well.

Plumbing issue in washroom . The above details are of the best room that they have we saw 5 rooms before putting in our bags .Every single room was smelling.Locals of near by area were you this hotel for a drinking and party like road side oyo . Would suggest not to waste your money on this property.Dont get taken away from the name it's a⭐⭐ property 1.Bad Food quality 2.cleanliness 3. I actually called your hotel a hidden "gem" while speaking to my friend about our stay. Well done. And All the Best. Bathroom could have been planned a little bigger. But you can't do anything about it.

• Saurabh (1/5): HOTEL BEING AN ITC MEMBER, STILL MY STAY WAS DISAPPOINTING. ITC SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THIS !!! - First of all, I am going to say is that I booked this property just because of the name ITC Hotels was associated with it, even though I got mixed reviews before visiting the property from my known ones who visited this property earlier. The stay was not up to the mark which I thought it was going to be. There were good elements as well as many bad ones too. I am going to cover all. In the coming days I would like to share my experience with the ITC Hotels as well. Good Ones: 1. The location is right at the Delhi – Jaipur highway. Very convenient. Although the Entry of the Hotel is quite elusive, I missed it the very first time. Very close to the original Old Rao restaurant. 2. Staff was Polite. 3. Size of the rooms was justified for two-three people stay. They appear to be clean with few of the basic amenities missing. But that is okay. 1. MOST HORRIBLE experience was that one of my family members got a pea size stone in his Dal Tadka. This is totally unethical and unacceptable from a hotel who is been associated with such a big name like ITC Hotels. Anything could have happened if he did not have find out it at the right time. Also, the taste of many of their items were on spicier side, which is not suitable for elderly and small children. The concerned Head Chef should keep this in mind that people from every stratum can visit their restaurant so he should prepare food with a common subtle taste, which would be liked by everybody. 2. Only the hotel area, which comprised of the rooms, restaurants, reception etc and Swimming pool was well maintained, rest of the property wasn’t well maintained as it should be. The banquets area, the parking area for the banquets, various other buildings in the property was looking like a Barren Place or something. The whole approach of the property wasn’t very pleasing. 3. The in-room services were okay okay, not upto the mark. Sometimes there was huge delay & you had to call second or third time. I found the staff lazy and laidback. They weren’t prompt enough to any of the request until that “Stone in Food” incident happened. After that they all were prompt enough and off course why wouldn’t they be not. 4. Comparatively the ROOM RENT was on a higher end. I have stayed in much better property in lesser ROOM RENT. It would have been justifiable if the amenities which they have provided were upto the mark.

Staff tried their best to manage within limitations. In room wardrobe, mini fridge are just tick box - need replacement. The within room all furnishings are age old and dusty. Almost nothing for kids' enjoyment. It seems the hotel is running only on business trips and marriage booking.
