Breakfast buffet was tasty and had lots of variety. The showers were a bit chilly- but I honestly needed that with the heat :)

Marion (3/5): Bitte nicht dieses Hotel.... - Das Hotel war mit dem Taxi schnell vom Flughafen Soekarno Hatta zu erreichen. Bei uns war die Decke des gesamten Flurs mit schwarzem Schimmel überzogen. In meinem Zimmer hing die Klimaanlage halb runter. Mochte ich aber sowieso nicht nutzen wegen der Schimmelsporen. Im Pool habe ich noch einen elektrischen Schlag bekommen, den hat man sogar außerhalb des Pools gehört. Desweiteren gab es Bier aus Tassen. Die Begründung war wegen Ramadan, andere Gäste am Nebentisch hatten allerdings Bier aus Flaschen. Das fanden wir befremdlich.

A experiência nesse hotel foi horrível, paguei antecipado no cartão pelo booking como sempre em todos os países e sempre chego nos lugares com tudo certo nunca tive um tratamento assim incluse a recepção ama que eu já deixo tudo certo, mas esse hotel foi puro golpe, não paguem antes pelo cartão porque eles falam que não acham o pagamento sendo que o próprio booking confirmou meu pagamento, eles me fizeram pedir cancelamento gratis pra pagar novamente lá pessoalmente mas na hora deles aceitarem o cancelamento o hotel relatou que eu não compareci o que foi uma mentira insana, eu estava lá esperando pra entrar no quarto que estava pago e eles negaram a entrada, isso era meia noite meu voo sairia cedo o que me custou muito tempo, após uma hora eu tive que fazer um novo pagamento porque a recepção insistiu que não achava meu pagamento loucura né estava todos os comprovantes reservas comprovante de pagamento e o próprio booking me confirmou por telefone que estava PAGO NO CARTÃO, então eu tive que pagar de novo e resolver isso de reembolso depois, o hotel me fez pagar de novo a reserva lá pessoalmente, então se você vai com crianças ou com o dinheiro contado não indico esse hotel não indico pagamentos antecipados, é um risco deles não deixarem vocês entrarem pra descansar são golpistas total. O café da manhã péssimo não tinha nenhuma opção só comidas indianas e super fortes pela manhã, se você é americano ou latino esse não é uma boa opção não tem frutas, pães, queijos, iorgutes granola e não tinha nem ovos omelete, nada do que geralmente tem em hotéis, eu fui no primeiro horário do café e não tinha nada pra um café normal, acabei tomando só um latte, foi o pior hotel do mundo na minha opinião recepção super golpista e grosseiro, não valeu nenhum pouco meu dinheiro. Em 48 horas o booking me reembolsou meu dinheiro, obviamente o hotel era um grande golpista, cuidado viajantes não gostei de nada, se pudesse seria nota 0. Shirley (2/5): Waardeloos! - Kan hier niks goeds over vertellen. De locatie was verder dan aangegeven je moet zeker nog 20 minuten met de taxi. Wij zouden opgehaald worden en hebben uiteindelijk een uur moeten wachten en 3 keer moeten bellen waar ze bleven. De kamers waren mega smerig vooral de badkamer. Overal zat schimmel en de douchekop was zo smerig als je het aanzetten kwam er amper water uit door de kalk. Verder was het mega gehorig en je hoorde iedereen op de gang. Het bed was ook heel erg hard dus we hebben amper geslapen. Ook als je ergens heen wil met de grab word je bijna niet opgehaald, omdat ze dus alleen ritjes willen hebben naar het vliegveld en na 45 minuten gewacht te hebben moesten we ook nog is de volle mep betalen, omdat bijna niemand de rit aannam. Zou het niemand aanraden om hier te verblijven, wat een ramp.

Nadine (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Auffenthalt mit wiederkehr Charakter - Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Lokalen und Internationalen Gerichten, einige davon frisch zubereitet. Die Cocktails werden frisch zubereitet, die Preise in der Menuekarte sind für ein Hotel als günstig anzusehen. Die wege vom Flughafen hin 15min und zurück 7min mehr als annehmbar. Es gibt auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle Transfer vom Hotel zu vorgegebenen Zeiten. Zur nächsten größeren Einkaufsmall PikAvenue Mall sind es mit dem Auto ca.20min Der Massage Bereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine kleine auffrischung gebrauchen.

"تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت للأسف سيئة للغاية ولا أنصح به أبداً، خاصة للعوائل أو المسافرين العرب. النقاط السلبية: الاستقبال: الموظف المدعو (Fikri) وقح جداً وأسلوبه مستفز وغير محترم مع الضيوف. الغرف: يزعمون أنها غرف فاخرة (Superior) وهي تفتقد لأبسط المرافق مثل (الثلاجة)، الخزنات معطلة ولا تعمل، والنظافة في الأدوار المنخفضة سيئة جداً ورائحتها رطوبة. التلاعب: حاولوا وضعنا في غرفة سيئة جداً في الدور الثاني بحجة طلب غرفة تدخين، رغم أننا دفعنا مقابل غرفة بمستوى أفضل. الفندق لا يستحق السعر ولا يمثل معايير شركة (أكور) العالمية. ابحثوا عن بدائل أخرى قريبة من المطار لضمان كرامتكم وراحتكم. لن أكرر الزيارة أبداً.

Chris (6/5): Unfriendly charge policies for early check in. Rooms not properly planned, and bathrooms not comfortable. - Near the airport, has a free shuttle included. The pick up and drop off was in an area that charge drivers for entering. Everytime I grabbed into and out of the hotel, I was charged the fee. Bathroom water pressure was low. Room fridge was taken away, but the frame blocking the area under the table was still there. They charge for early check in, even when they have rooms available.
keepyercool (1/5): DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They have a severe black mould problem. - Airport pickup worked well after getting a Bahasa speaker to coordinate it for me with the hotel. But once I got to the hotel, the real trouble started... The worst hotel I have ever seen for guest health and wellbeing. My first room had severe black mould on the ceiling outside and inside the room. After changing rooms, the second room had black mould covering the back of the washbasin area, only 1 meter away from the bed. After a stay of 20 minutes with no resolutions forthcoming from the hotel, I checked out and demanded a refund. So far, the hotel has ignored my request for a refund. In the meantime, my advice to other travellers: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

The check in process took about less than 5mins and yet i've received all the informations v well.. the staff ms. Fira, was so helpful and polite and handiness. the food and the drinks in the restaurant was pretty good, the staff was very helpful also, thx for taking care of me and my fams during our stay.! will defjntely come back

Douglas (8/5): Convenient for transiting - Breakfast buffet was good. Bar was good but limited in selections. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Shuttle service to terminal 2 was on time. Dinner buffet was fairly sparse with only 4 entres. Shuttle service from terminal three had to be arranged and we waited over an hour.

Ronald (1/5): Poor quality for an exclusive high price. - The quality of the mattress was fine. The booking says: "Free pickup" but not where. Nobody from the hotel waited at the exit gate. When I contacted by WhatsApp I was sent from the international gate to the domestic gate (30 minutes walking). But here also nobody waited at the sign 'Hotel Pick-Up Zone'. Local people called the hotel and it appeared that the car was waiting at the exit gate. I asked the driver and the receptionist from the hotel why the driver waited at the exit domestic gate and not the international gate. The stupid answer was: "We always do this sir". Breakfast was very poor for this extremely high price. Little Indonesian choice and no western bread. Just a lot of side dishes and desserts but few choice for main dishes. The coffeebean machine was turned off. The 'swimmingpool' wasn't for swimming but a kids pool for walking in the water. Free transfer to the airport must be booked many hours in advance and could only at 6am, 7.30am, 9am, 10.30am, 12am, etc. Moreover, the airport transfer bus was suitable for a museum. Even local buses in Jakarta are of better quality. For this high price I would expect great service, a good buffet breakfast and nice swimmingpool. But the opposite was delivered.
