Brian (4/5): - Saturday night on 2/22 at 7:00 p.m. we smelt cigarette smoke coming from the air vents above our bed. Spoke with the front desk staff and could not move rooms due to hotel being full. Front manager told us that we should not have to pay for the room that night due to this. In the morning, the manager said there was a misunderstanding and would still charge us for the room. I thought this was terrible as my family had to smell cigarette smoke all night and got nothing compensated for this. The night manager would not even come to the room to verify the smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that is not accommodating to them. I would like to be compensated and not have to pay for the room on 2/22.

When we used the bathroom before we left, it smelled like piss and there was liquids all over the floor. Assuming someone did a 360.

Robin (10/5): - WE stayed here instead of stopping in LeMars while we had a wedding in Hinton to attend. Easy to get to, good access to shopping and dining as well s easy to get back to Hinton for the wedding. WE were allowed to check in early so I could press our dress clothes.

Michael (10/5): - We stayed here one night in the one bedroom suite with my girlfriend and adult son to visit family in the area. The one bedroom suite was perfect. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son and the private bedroom was nice. The full kitchen had the essentials along with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and mini stovetop. And a large table to eat at. The bathroom was nice and roomy. The only negative is the water pressure in the shower. The room was clean and perfect for our needs.
Carolyn (6/5): - This would be a fine place for an extended stay if you wanted to do your own cooking and laundry. No traditional breakfast area like a regular hotel, and lobby area is sparse. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Trace (4/5): Yuck - This place was disgusting. So dirty! I don’t know how they got 9/10 stars. The reviews must be doctored. The shower and bathroom were filthy. Black mold everywhere and the shower and floors were filled with someone else’s hair everywhere. So gross.

Trista (7/5): Expensive for what it was - The people working at this establishment are probably some of the nicest humans I have ever interacted with. Every single person there was amazing. I find it absolutely astonishing that there is only one roll away bed available for the entire place. We ended up having to bring another girl on my daughter's team with us, and they had us in a room with one bed. Went and bought an air mattress, problem one solved. Our room was right next to the stairs so all hours we could hear the door opening and closing. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. It was impossible to find a comfortable temperature.

The blinds over the window need to be fixed as this is problem with 90% hotels Ive stayed in. I do not understand way this should even be a problem with as much as I'm paying a night to stay in one the rooms.

Kristy (8/5): Clean, Friendly, Great Location. -Firm Beds - I only stayed one night. The location is close to a busy area, but it's tucked back a bit, so it's not too noisy with road & people noise. The gentleman that assisted me at check in was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, though, the recliner should be replaced. It's stained and worn. I love the full size fridge that allowed me to have left overs from Jerry's Pizza for breakfast. My only complaint is the comfort of the bed. It was too firm for my liking. I only stayed one night, so I slept "ok", however, if I were staying longer I would have had back pain. I stayed in a room with one double bed. I didn't use their pantry or laundry service. I imagine these are wonderful for those staying for a longer period of time. Additionally, there is a gas station across the street and a number of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store within a couple minute drive.

Shannon (5/5): It was clean. - There rooms were clean, and the place was big enough. The size is good too. It was close to where we needed to go and the only one available we could afford. They could have had breakfast for the price, no USB ports in the room, should have for sale if not supplied, rooms need tech upgrades with TVs, USBs etc... The seating furniture could use an upgrade as well. All in all it was ok, but not really in keeping with the cost.
