My family and I loved it so much that we decided to stay here again this time. In particular, I was very grateful for the excellent service provided by Mr. Vinh, the male manager, during check-in. He was kind, explained everything clearly from a foreigner's perspective to ensure I felt comfortable, and made tireless efforts to resolve every single issue I requested, playing a significant role in making our trip enjoyable. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude. Regarding the meals, I wish there were more Korean-style options, and I think it would be great to compare the breakfast menu with that of the Amia Nha Trang Resort. I was also very grateful to the NAM staff member on the breakfast team; they played so well with my 22-month-old son, treating him like their own nephew. We are planning to visit again at the end of 2026, and I look forward to your continued support.

Large walk in robe, large shower and toilet with a view. To be expected, but eating or drinking within the hotel can be expensive, but it is on par with what you pay for the accommodation, so to be expected.

While the hotel is situated on the vibrant and bustling Trần Phú street, the moment you step into the reception area, the city's energy fades away, replaced by an immediate sense of tranquility. The location is incredibly convenient—centrally located for easy access to shopping and dining, and just steps away from the beautiful sands of Nha Trang beach. Thanks to our IHG Gold Elite status, we were upgraded to a beautiful King Classic Ocean View room on a high floor. The room was impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a large bathroom and a gorgeous, sweeping view of the coast. The bed and linens were so comfortable they guaranteed a restful night's sleep every evening. We also want to extend a special thanks to the housekeeping team for their meticulous twice-daily service, which kept our "sanctuary" feeling fresh throughout our stay The main attraction at the InterContinental remains its legendary breakfast buffet. Even after many years, the quality is remarkably consistent. The selection is perfectly curated—not overwhelming, but diverse enough to satisfy every international palate. We were delighted every morning by the high-quality offerings from the egg station, bakery, and fresh juice bar. As Vietnamese living abroad, we were particularly impressed by the Vietnamese cuisine. Chef assistant, Ms. Kim Khâm does an incredible job; her dishes are authentic, well-prepared, and feature a rotating variety that kept us excited each day. We had the pleasure of meeting her and truly appreciated her attentiveness and care for the guests. The dining room staff is truly superb, and we would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Lợi ( dining supervisor) , Mr. Nam and Ms. Linh Thảo for their professional and gracious service. The InterContinental Nha Trang remains our "go-to" hotel in the city. After all these years, it still upholds its reputation as a true 5-star destination. For us, it is a peaceful retreat that welcomes us back every time we return from the lively "hustle and bustle" of downtown Nha Trang. We can’t wait for our next visit!

The ocean view room we had were spacious, clean and well appointed. The club lounge was the highlight of the stay, it sits on the 18th floor overlooking the ocean with amazing views. The staff take well care of you and always with a smile and professionally. Thung, Nga, Nyugen and the entire team were amazing. Food was great in the club and at the restaurant on the main floor. This property is a great InterContinental hotel.

The service there was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and consistently excellent. To top it all off, the view overlooking the beach was absolutely breathtaking. Whilst it might not be the newest hotel in town, it is the staff which make this hotel the best place to stay in Nha Trang. We never fail to be greeted and made to feel welcome by staff that remember us from previous visits, with some even remembering our personal choices. Whether it is housekeeping, food and beverage or the activities staff, even the front office all go out of their way to ensure you have the best stay possible. We selected a room with Club Lounge access overlooking the beautiful Nha Trang beach and we highly recommend taking Club access if your budget allows. The Club Lounge is delightfully managed by Ms Nguyen and her very capable staff of: Ms Han, Ms Nha, Ms Nhung, Mr Phu, Ms Trinh, Ms Thú, Mr Phuc, Ms Hieu. The team would constantly go out of their way to ensure that we were looked after including meeting my unusual dietary requirements. You can enjoy a quiet intimate breakfast in the Club Lounge or indulge in the variety and wide array of local and western selections in the bustling Cookbook restaurant. We would like to thank Ms Thao and her wonderful assistants, Mr Nam and Ms Mi for assisting us with our daily choices. We continue to return because of the service and professionalism provided by the staff and their warm and friendly natures. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was kind, however, the level of English for some of them was limited, which occasionally led to confusion. At breakfast it was always hard to choose something for the kids, since most of the specialities weren't international, mostly asian food was served. The balcony door wasn't well insulated, so we could hear the wind at night.
- beob2020 (4/5): Bad service and inexperienced staff - Normally I would stay at Sheraton but this time I tried Intercontinental as my bizz partner stayed there as well. Front desk could not register my key properly, no shaver in the room, bed is not comfortable, no working table. Breakfast place was jus a chaotic place and the staff couldnt handle it. Took them 3 mins to explain about the table card to get food delivered to your table but the kitchen bar refused to do it. Ordered coffee and the staff forgot about the order. Give them 2 stars as the bellmen were OK. Next time back to Sheraton which is next door.

Сказать, что прям плохо, нельзя, но хвалить не за что - ожидал лучшего. То, что действительно заслуживает порицания - кофе на завтрак, просто отвратительная жижа из автомата. На фоне того, что подают в местных кофейнях, пить это невозможно. Ну и еще - низкое качество алкоголя в баре. Коктейли пить можно, то явно делают из дешевых ингредиентов.

- Debbie (10/5): Great location on the beach, spotlessly clean hotel with good facilities. - Great location on the front line to the beach and within easy walking distance of everything! Great views to the sea from our 19th floor Club room. Fabulous breakfast in the main Cookbook Cafe. Spotlessly clean and really well appointed rooms with an ace bathroom and the best shower. Wonderful and very pleasant staff. The basement entrance was my first impression on arrival and it’s very underwhelming compared to all the other hotels around. The main entrance is the first floor which is better. The Club room lounge itself was disappointing and in my opinion not worth the extra money. You get a limited menu and small amount of choice of food. Yes it had an al-la-carte menu but it wasn’t like other club rooms I’ve been in, it lacked any vibe and felt in-personal . Staff were so lovely and super attentive to the point of being intrusive as they try so hard to please you. The pool loses the sun very early around 12noon due to the high rise buildings, the beach is your best bet for the sun. Limited sunbeds so get thee early or be prepared to wait for someone to leave.

On arrival into a very underwhelming entrance that looks like an entrance to a multi story car park, you go up to a 1st floor reception area where the lobby, bar and restaurants are and it improves from there. (The Sheraton hotel is opposite and their entrance is just stunning so our first impression was not good but we got used to it.) We had a club lounge room so were taken to a separate check-in area high up on the 18th floor where the actual club room is located if you want to use those facilities. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour with canapés is served there. It’s a lovely club room with amazing views but it is lacking in atmosphere and the selection of food is very limited - it feels sparse of choice. There is an alacarte menu with a few dishes to order but not very inspiring. If I was staying here again I would not use the lounge. It was a lovely location at the top of the hotel but not enough going on food wise to keep me using it. The staff are so lovely but are over-attentive to the point we felt uncomfortable with it as the were constantly coming over. Sone people might like this but we didn’t. The bedroom we had was on the 19th floor and it was just fabulous with amazing views. It was spotlessly clean and huge. The bed was super comfy and pillows fluffy and if we didn’t like them there was a pillow menu (we were happy with ours). The bathroom was ace and the shower the best we’ve had in Vietnam. The hotel itself is right across the road from the beach with a small private area for the hotel. They have a few sunbeds (not in the best condition) and towels, which is all great. The beach is lovely. All in all we’ve had a pleasant and comfortable stay

- Elsinore_69 (10/5): Excellent service - We were rerouted to Nha Trang at short notice due to flooding in Hoi An. Our agent suggested Intercontinental Nha Trang and we were not disappointed. We stayed in Club floor with access to Club lounge. Room was very well appointed with ocean view. Staff were excellent. Service exceptional. Breakfast in main dining room and club lounge was very good with great food choices. Dinner ( included) had limited choice and no atmosphere in dining room. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails in Club lounge were our favourites. Particular mention to Nguyen and Nga for their attentiveness. Nha Trang city itself has little to recommend it. This was an unplanned detour and the R&R was welcome in this excellent hotel. However, we will not be back to Nha Trang.

- KUMI (10/5): 全てがすばらしいのに、お値段がお得。 - スタッフがきびきびてきぱき、歯ブラシをお願いしたときも、ドライヤーの調子を見に来てくれたときも電話したらすぐに来てくれました。お部屋はシービューで、浴槽もあり、ベッドも快適。ティッシュもスリッパもありました。備え付けのシャンプーも品質が良い。朝食は評判通り大変種類があり、おいしかった。 良くない点はありませんが、早くニャチャンに到着する飛行機だったため、早めにお部屋に入らせてくれたらよかったが、当日のチェックアウトと、お掃除都合だから仕方ないかな。朝食のパンコーナーが離れていてわかりづらい。果物はあまりおいしくないからディスプレイだと思って。オムレツは焼きすぎ。いろいろ書きましたが、12点満点のため、マイナスしても10点。他のホテルのぐんを抜いてる。コスト面でもお得。

The hotel is a beautiful modern hotel with every facility you need. Above all the staff make you feel your the only guest at the hotel from the moment you walk into the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly professional staff who go that extra mile to ensure everything is perfect, their enthusiasm is amazing from every person working there. The club lounge on the 18th floor is a lovely oasis with excellent food and if you ask for something not on the menu, it always appears shortly with a smile. Especially Club Lounge on 18th floor is the one you shouldn't miss. There will satisfy you with Luxurious space preparing free / quality drink and meal. The space is always enough chill and calm so that you can spend rich time. And all the service staffs are very flexible and relax while be professional. I had some amazing experience at the hotel but if I choose just 1 reason to go back there, it'll be Club Lounge.

- linakikimimijc (8/5): Top location - Location: 45 minutes from the airport. Right in the city center, with a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and spas at the doorstep. Facing the sea. Reception: Decent welcome, but the staff speak little English, even in the lounge. Dining: Breakfast is delicious and varied. Room: We stayed in the 96 m² suite on the 14th floor — spacious, clean, and well maintained. Negative points: • Improve the staff’s English level, which is not sufficient for a 5-star hotel. • Crossing the road to reach the beach is dangerous, even at the pedestrian crossing; no assistance is provided. • On the beach side, sun loungers and towels are no longer available from 4:30 pm — everything is put away too early. • Not enough parasols. • Noisy at night: earplugs should be provided for guests. Tip: • take a Grab from the airport, it will be cheaper • The 4P’s Pizza at the Sheraton is excellent. Make sure to book in advance, or order takeaway. • For a manicure: Miso Nail Bar.

It was assigned to the 18th floor with a club lounge, so it was easy to use the lounge. I am very satisfied with the friendly reception, the staff who always try to help me without being excessive, and the fantastic view. The coconut drink is delicious, too!

A heartfelt thank you to Nhung, and Club lounge team whose attentive and thoughtful service made us feel genuinely cared for. The oceanview room itself was beautifully appointed, featuring welcoming box of macarons, grand mini bar and luxurious Byredo bath products that added extra layers of indulgence on our stay. The concierge team went above and beyond to ensure our expectations were met for local tour. On departure, the hotel arranged a wonderful private car service to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

- EVELYN (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, we encountered a minor issue on our second day regarding breakfast. When we came down for breakfast, we were informed that it was not included with our booking, despite my wife having called the front desk the early morning to add it to our room. We then waited for 15 minutes when we came down because our names were not on the list. While we eventually enjoyed breakfast, the initial confusion and wait were a bit frustrating since we never received confirmation that our names had been added. We headed out for activities and I sustained a minor injury while participating in activities, and when my wife called to request an ice pack for my foot, the staff immediately offered to send someone to our room to assist with patching up my leg and arm. Within 15 minutes, a young gentleman named Vinh arrived. He was incredibly polite, professional, and caring as he attended to my injury. Just 10 minutes later, his manager, Hoang, also came to our room to check on me and offered further assistance, including arranging a visit to a nearby doctor if needed. He also kindly offered a complimentary breakfast to-go the following morning, knowing we had an early checkout. I truly appreciate the staff's attentiveness and care. This is what I consider superior service, and we will definitely be returning for our upcoming trips.
