Viktoria (3/5): - Wir hatten ein falsches Zimmer bekommen und dann mussten wir herum streiten um das richtige Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Zimmer was wir dann bekommen haben war extrem laut. Die Toilettenspülung vom Nebenzimmer war so laut, dass man nachts jedes Mal wach wurde. Man konnte alles hören was im anderen Zimmer geschah,.... Der Schrank war so eng am Bett, dass man die Schubladen nicht benutzen konnte,...... Es war so viel was nicht gepasst hat. Ich würde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

SanWag (10/5): - Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das große Penthouse Zimmer mit großer Terrasse. Das große Bett und die Matratze ist sehr gemütlich und die Einrichtung modern. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist alles vorhanden und der Kaffee sehr gut! Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ist optimal und nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und ein paar Schritte und man ist in der Fußgängerzone. Das Shuttle Service vom Hotel zum Parkhaus ist sehr toll organisiert und praktisch. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Lampara. Wir haben nichts zum Beanstanden.

Wolfgang (10/5): Tolles Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel mit tollen Angestellten. - Diese Unterkunft kann Ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage;der Strand ist ganz nah;das „Zentrum“ ist ganz nah;die Flaniermeile mit guten Restaurants und Eisgeschäften ist ganz nah und auch ein „Spar“ ist in der Nähe.Und mit nah meine Ich 1-2 Gehminuten. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber,hell,die Zimmer groß,das Frühstück richtig gut und gut sortiert. Das größte Plus dieser Unterkunft ist aber wohl das Personal.Vor allem das Team an der Rezeption strahlt einen förmlich an,hat stets ein freundliches Wort auf den Lippen und ein ehrliches Lächeln im Gesicht,aber auch der Rest des Teams ist sehr sehr freundlich.Und auch wenn Ich das nie bei einer Unterkunft im Ausland verlange und es mir teilweise geradezu unangenehm ist,vorauszusetzen,dass jemand Deutsch spricht,sprechen alles aus dem Team perfektes Deutsch,manche gar akzentfrei. Alles in allem kann Ich die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und der Aufenthalt in Lignano war trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr sehr angenehm und Ich möchte gerne wieder kommen. P.S.:Auch die Parkplatzsituation wurde mit einem Shuttle zu einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus optimal gelöst. Es gab an der Unteekunft nichts zu bemängeln;schöneres Wetter hätte Ich mir gewunschen. 😜

Peter (10/5): Perfekt für den typischen Urlaub an der oberen Adria! - Superfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Da wir mit E-Auto angereist sind hatten wir einige diesbezügliche Fragen. Die alle zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet wurden (es gibt zwei 11kWh Ladepunkte im Innenhof des Hotels - € 0,50 / kWh). Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jeweils 100 Meter sind es zum Strand bzw. zur Fußgängerzone).

Felizitas (10/5): - Unser Aufenthalt war rundum einfach hervorragend! Das gesamte Personal ist wirklich top – stets ausgesprochen höflich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die große Flexibilität: Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt ganz unkompliziert um zwei Tage verlängern und erhielten zusätzlich ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der Chefin: Sie war jederzeit engagiert, präsent und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche. Man merkt sofort, mit wie viel Leidenschaft und Hingabe hier gearbeitet wird. Sollte einmal etwas nicht direkt möglich gewesen sein, wurde sofort eine passende und schnelle Alternative angeboten – besser kann Service kaum sein. Auch das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: Eine wunderbare Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten und Antipasti ließ keine Wünsche offen. Von Gorgonzola über Prosciutto crudo und cotto bis hin zu Parmesan, Prosecco und knusprigem Croissate – alles war frisch, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt erneut ein voller Erfolg und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt sehr gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Das wir wieder heim mussten! :-(

Parkirno mesto plačljivo, ki je oddaljeno od hotela. Če imaš srečo parkiraš pred hotelom ali v bližini in plačaš parkiranje na parkomatu. Je mnogo ceneje.

Melanie (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Auto wird in einem Parkhaus geparkt. Es war sehr toll, dass man jederzeit zum Auto gebracht werden konnte, vorallem am Abreisetag - egal wann, man wurde binnen 5 Minuten dort hin gebracht. Man konnte auch das Gepäck sorgenfrei den ganzen Tag dort deponieren. Frühstück war auch gut. Nicht zu viel, aber genug Auswahl. Das Personal dort war auch sehr freundlich und haben immer sofort dafür gesorgt, dass von allem etwas da ist. Sehr angenehm, dass das Hotel so zentral ist. Man muss nicht weit gehen um zu Restaurants oder Bar‘s zu gelangen. Der Strand ist auch direkt daneben. Das Zimmer war vielleicht etwas kleiner als für den Preis erwartet - dennoch relativ in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vorallem die Tür ins Badezimmer. Sehr laut und in der Nacht unangenehm beim Öffnen, wenn der andere schläft.

ABER Gegenüber ist eine Bar in der ist bis in den frühen Morgen Stunden remi demi und Life Musik die gefühlt in dem Zimmer ist. Der beworbene Parkplatz ist ein Parkhaus , dass sich außerhalb des Ortes befindet und extra 14,00 € pro Tag kostet
