• Norman E Gomez (1/5): Pésimo hotel NO RECOMENDABLE - Las 2 únicas cosas buenas fueron la ubicación del hotel a unas cuadras de la catedral, 1 cuadra de la plaza de las rosas y que incluye el desayuno (aunque es muy básico y no tiene opciones) La habitación super incómoda, ultra pequeña, apenas cabe la cama matrimonial, con un solo buró, la puerta de entrada apenas y abre de que no hay espacio con la cama. La habitación no correspondía a la QUEEN ROOM que aqui se ofrece de 16m2. Apenas era como de 7m2. Pero lo peor de todo fue la atención pésima de la persona en recepción Joaquin Moreno, prepotente y grosero y sepuestamente no se encontraba nadie de gerencia aun cuando era sábado y según la Lic. Michel (gerente sin apellido) se presentaba hasta el lunes. Aun mostrando la reservación realizada y la habitación de 16m2 a esta persona en recepción no le importo y solo decía que esa nos fue asignada y que nada se podía hacer, que ni se podía comunicar con gerencia, cero tacto y atención a cliente. El peor hotel (3 estrellas si) en el que hemos estado. La cama super incómoda y vieja, las almohadas pésimas, no hay toalla de mano, no colocan ni siquiera jabón, solo un frasco pequeño de shampoo, las toallas terribles, delgadas y y viejas. Se escucha todo de los otros cuartos.

• Selomith Merari (8/5): Primero debe ser el cliente. - La recepción fue desagradable, tenían problemas de corte y en vez de darnos las habitaciones, nos hacen esperar, pregunté por el estacionamiento y afuera ya la patrulla y en recepción como si no pasara nada!! Creo que primero está el cliente, no dijimos nada, pero no está bien ese tipo de actitudes

• Lourdes (8/5): Safety - The service was great but there were a few safety issues: no bathroom rug in the bathtub and it was slippery, no banisters on the stairs, and you have to switch the light on yourself on the stairwells. But the hotel was spotless and the location was great.

En el restaurante ni los buenos días te daban, llegaban automáticamente a darte el platillo que había sin dar oportunidad a que uno preguntara por opciones. El ruido era mucho, se escuchaban los demás huéspedes, el personal de limpieza gritando, etc…

El problema principal fue que nonhubo agua caliente en la regadera, esryve marcando a recepción y jamás contestaron, tuve que vestirme y bajar para comentarlo, me dijeron que estaba fallando la caldera y que la iban a prender, que les diera 10 minutos; pero jamas hubo agua caliente.

• Ruth (7/5): A European feel, very nice city. - The size of our room was good. There was hot water. The WiFi was good. We got fresh towels every day. It was a short walk to the main Avenida and there were many choices for dining, and also nice outdoor cafes and parks.The neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of blankets to keep warm at night. We were at first directed to an interior room which was not what we had booked. After some time we were moved into a balcony room. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The room did not have furniture or hangers designed for taking your clothing out of the suitcase. (No drawers) My husband did not care for the breakfasts. I thought they were ok. The orange juice was fresh and the coffee was very good. You also got fruit and a Mexican style entre. We had expected heat in the room but the entire hotel was unheated. It is standard throughout the city.

I did not like the breakfast that they served. I think if they going to offer breakfast, they should have a variety of choices not a fix menu because at the end the customer end it up paying for it.

• Alejandro (6/5): Bad wifi service and low water pressure - The room was good enough for the purpose of the stay however since we was at the top of the building the wifi was consistently dropping off, also the water pressure was so low that it take a lot of time to remove the shampoo and soap while taking shower.

• David (4/5): No recomendable Quality plus Morelia - El hotel es sencillo, tiene buena apariencia exterior, sin embargo las habitaciones sencillas son incomodas, pésimas almohadas, las ventanas no tienen cortinas y permiten el paso de luz toda la noche, no cuidan el ruido a altas horas de la noche y para el colmo el. lugar del desayuno incluido es pequeño insuficiente, tienes que esperar mucho tiempo, esta mas grande el área de espera, mal el wifi,cajones de estacionamiento insuficiente. NO es recomendable

• Martha (2/5): - No tuve una buena experiencia con expedia debido a que en la notificación que me enviaron por mensaje de texto decía claramente que no tenia que re confirmar mi reservacion, al llegar al hotel no estaba hecha mi reservación y el joven de recepción me dijo que ellos no tenia reservaciones por internet. Me comuniqué con expedia para lo del reembolso y me dijeron que en 72 hrs me daban respuesta y lo peor fue que esa noche no tuve donde dormir porque no pudieron ayudarme a realizar otra reservacion. Muy mal servicio, realmente me decepcionaron. Hoy en la mañana recibí un correo para decirme que no han podido contactar con el hotel para lo de mi reembolso, deberían decir claramente que solo fue una estafa.

• Monica Judith (10/5): Ubicación y comodidad - Hotel muy bien ubicado tanto para turismo como para visitar oficinas de gobierno por trabajo, pues hay varias dependencias cercanas al hotel, cuenta con estacionamiento, el desayuno incluido, es aceptable, los cuartos están muy limpios no son muy grandes pero están bien y sin cómodos.

Could hear all voices and noises from the hallway and all the way from the reception area even if your room is all the way the other end and on a higher floor! Bed cover looked dirty! WiFi was good! Very minimal amenities and towels!

• josevT8640JZ (8/5): Good & well located Hotel on a Budget - We stayed in this hotel for its location and Price Rooms very clean a bit small,The Staff is Friendly ,very close to everything even a multi- screen movie theater. The Area is very safe for walking even late at night. EXPEDIA Booking had mistakenly overcharged our Room rate and the manager Mr Fernando Herrejon noticed the error and he personally informed us about the issue This made us extremely Happy and I thank him for their Honesty The difference was more than 60% less . The next day my wife went shopping again!! Morelia city is Protected by Unesco for its Beauty We will return in the summer. J Vazquez
• villegas family (2/5): Very close to downtown the purpose that I pick - People in the desk front very rude I ask for couple towels they said you have what you need in the room was no hot water I call the front desk they said let the water running tooked 20 minutes you expidia advertising with garages is only 5 spots if you come late in the night no space you have to park in the street expidia advertising with breakfast is one little fruit cup beans and eggs every day so I don't think I ever use expidia for my trips any more
• bryan D. (4/5): Nice location, nut small bed for a couple. - We are both close to 6' tall and the double bed was too small. Price was good. Bed was hard. Room was clean nice breakfast. I will pay more in the future for comfort and a larger bed.
• Krystyna39 (4/5): Disappointing - The lobby looks welcoming but the rooms are small, smelly and overpriced. We only had one plug in the bathroom to charge our phones and pc and the wifi signal was poor. I did find one cockroach but the room appeared clean overall, just worn and tired. Hotel definitely needs to invest in itself. Except for the breakfast which was decent and included in the price, there was nothing special about this place and I would recommend going elsewhere as there are nicer more affordable places nearby.
• jakubk870 (6/5): Average & well-located hotel - We stayed at this hotel during a trip to beautiful Morelia. The lobby is nice, rooms are clean but a little bit old-fashioned, staff very kind. Location is great, just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Breakfast is not bad (à la carte), but the breakfast room is so tiny that we had to wait about 20 minutes to get a free table. However, I would recommend it to all the budget travellers.
