I called the office several times and got no answer, so, even though I am seriously asmatic, Ihad to go up and down the stairs to the office, then I was given a room on the first floor. My mother had made the reservation for me so, although they had her email address they asked that she call and give it again. She called and although the phone rang many times, no one answered.

- Tim Andrew (4/5): - There were no cups is the room. No iron. No pictures on the wall. It wasn’t comfortable and inviting. Bed was hard and stiff and there weren’t any additional blankets to keep warm. My toilet didn’t work and when I notified the front desk, I was told I had to wait until the following day for maintenance to fix it or I could move rooms. I stayed but it didn’t even get fixed the following day.

- Erick (4/5): - It’s what you’d expect from most Motel 6’s: outdated furnishings, paper-thin walls so you’ll hear the noisy neighbors you’ll have due to the customer base this establishment will draw in. Sketchy people and activity going on in the parking lot and building. Honestly made a last minute mistake in booking here, would do the job for a single person looking for cheap lodging, but with a family with a young toddler, opt to spend a bit more to book elsewhere that’s safer, quiter and cleaner

- Christina (6/5): - Not top notch clean but acceptable. Shower had hair on tile and curtain. If it’s a small shower like we had the curtain should at least hit the floor, not hover. When the curtain got pushed even just a little the water escaped onto bathroom floor due to it being too short. Toilets should have lid covers, no exception in my opinion. Sink faucet would be better with a smooth stream, not spray. Mattress was a bit hard, made it uncomfortable on shoulder and hips after a while. Pretty quiet and parking allowed us to be close to exit and see vehicle from room. All things said, we would certainly choose to stay here again because of price. After all, you don’t spend majority of time in the hotel,it’s just the means to clean up and sleep right?

On arrival informed that there was no option to be moved to another accessibility room in a motel that have several when informed that the room being assigned did not have a working TV.

- Veronica (8/5): Good place for overnight - When we checked in, the heater was broken in the room we got. When we called the front desk they switched us to a close by room. The beds were comfortable enough. The place is older but well maintained. Overall a good experience.

The employees were great but the hotel has thin walls and you can hear your neighbors from above and on each side. It’s definitely run down and outdated but it was cheap so it was to be expected. Zek and Cassidy were excellent one other desk worker's attitude was, he could care less. Also, they have a pool, but it's empty. Don't stay here!

Going up and down was painful. The lady at the front desk awesome and very polite and said she would try and try to credit my ery unpleasant stay back to my account.

- Debbie (4/5): - I stayed for 3 nts. I had family stay for 2 nts in 3 separate rooms. No ice. Not really a tv. Poor housekeeping upon arrival. Dirty. Sticky, make your feet black floor. No housekeeping (hk) after that. When called for hk, came and asked if they could skip me due to too many to clean. Requested Extended check for 1 1/2 hr but could only do 30 min for another full nt charge. Ice machine was never fixed before I left. Disappointed.

- Carl (2/5): - When we got there Joe the clerk said he had double booked our room and so we no longer had a room. What's the point of a reservation if you don't actually reserve anything. It’s honestly idiotic. That meant that we had to drive several more hours and when we stopped on our way out of Boise at a truck stop, the clerk there told us she used to work at that Motel 6 and that was common practice for them. Just don't book this room.
- Felicia (6/5): Terrible pillows - Fast easy check in and great price for a really quick stay. The pillows are horrible the towels are small. We got a deluxe king and it only had 3 very sad pillows. I saw it was remodeled in 2021 so we gave it a shot but next time we will spend a little more to get more comfort.
