Someone’s hair in the tub on the pillows, black footprint stains in the tub, the bed didn’t even seem like a queen and there was some type of blood stain on the sheet! There was like a drug deal going on across the hallway and the whole atmosphere was dark and disgusting. Never staying there again. I need a refund 🤦🏼‍♀️

Susan (5/5): For one night it was bearable. - I did not have breakfast. There was burn holes in the cover of the bed, the fan in the bathroom did not work properly, the room had a foul odor.
David (5/5): - The room was decent - had a fridge and microwave. And a hot shower. No frills at all, but OK for one night on the road. There was no clerk at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 10 minutes or more for a member of the staff to show up. And then our room was not yet ready - at 5 pm. It still had to be cleaned. So we went to our event and came back two hours later. The room had no coffee maker (and neither did the hotel's lobby). The bedspread had a few holes in it. Not the end of the world, but disappointing for the rate I was paying.

The cable for the tv had a weak connection and the tv often didn’t work. The bed was too small. The motel was close to train tracks and my room was often loud.

The rooms could be cleaner and I dont like that in order to have a microwave and fridge you have to get a deluxe room. There arent any deluxe rooms that could be booked for the entire two weeks, that was unfortunate.

JENNIFER (6/5): - I only stayed because it was pet friendly. There were a couple of inoperable vehicles in the parking lot. There was a lot of noise from adjoining room and hallway. I needed assistance to get the door to open, the handle was malfunctioning. I will not stay there again.
Noah (6/5): It's a Motel 6. What you would expect. - The hallway corridor stank pretty bad. Like wet dog mixed with old takeout, but the room smelled fresh. The beds are older and my back ached in the morning. But overall was very clean. They allow pets which is nice, but my neighbors had two Huskies who started howling at 5:30 in the morning. They gave the standard sliver of soap but no shampoo. Luckily I had my own sample in my bag.

Best (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location and the staff was always willing on helping if they could ..... I personally love this motel out of any of them in Spokane ... Great value.... I do wish they had the pool open but that's a temporary thing I hope ..... Oh and there is no mini fridges in most the rooms ..... I feel like that is a necessity! I didn't like the mini fridge issue but it I is is Central to a lot of different fast food and places to eat within walking distance....

The laundry room for guests was fully operational. There was soap in the bathroom and plenty of TV channels to watch. Management needs to hire an exterminator and treat the mattresses themselves. Even with the entire room being spotless and laundry being completely clean, the mattress is infested with some kind of parasites. I woke up at night to the sensation that something was biting me, I didn't pay attention to it. In the morning I realized bed bugs had bit up both insides of my thighs below my private parts because I slept with an arm under the pillow and an outstretched knee across the bed. Many little individual itchy raised red dots in clusters on both thighs. Won't share photos of this for obvious reasons.
