• Blake (5/5): Location out of downtown Jackson is all this place offers. - Location was great. Staff was helpful. The “kitchen” was a disappointment. There are place settings for four people - nothing else. It would be better to have a couch and a mini fridge and microwave versus a “kitchen” that has LOTS of empty cupboards. If you want wine bring your own corkscrew! There was a big air leak in the door and the room was cold.

• ELODIE AND MATTHIE (5/5): I wouldn't come back, just under 400 dollars a night (we stayed 3 nights) is far too expensive for this hotel and it - The location was great, not too far from restaurants. It was very noisy. People with suitcases rolling in front of the room every day. And one night a group of guys spent hours at the barbecue, drinking and being very loud. Also I had to clean the bathroom door, as it was full of suspicious stains. Our room cards were demagnetized after the first day (supposedly because of the phones... but they were never in contact with our phones!).

The kitchen/kitchenware were a life saver (a stove would have helped). The couch and bed were comfy. The room was clean and well maintained. Liked the shampoo and conditioner. The maintenance was great. A stove in the kitchen will help with cooking. The room was next to the pool, so it was noisy in the day time on Sunday.

The kitchenette in one had no silverware and in the other, a drying pad but no dishwashing soap. The price was as high as a high quality hotel we stayed in and the difference was night and day.

There was coffee, tea and water in reception area. Good swimming pool with loungers. Staff were very helpful. Room could have been bigger but ok for 2 night stay.

Sono riuscito a risolvere questo problema solo grazie alla collaborazione attiva di Booking.com: la struttura non è si è mai dimostrata collaborativa sull reclamo e non ha mai dato feed back rispetto alla richiesta di stornare l'operazione.

• Matthew (2/5): - It took me over an hour to get into a room that wasn't disgusting. The first room I was given completely reeked of cigarette smoke, I went back to the front desk and was given another room. The front desk was very understanding and informed me that the whole hotel was non-smoking, but that their cleaning staff should have caught that and fixed the issue. The second room I was given looked fine at first, until I got ready for bed. When I pulled back the sheets I quickly realized that the sheets were completely soiled and had never been cleaned from the guests before. There were multiple stains all over the sheets with clumps of hair sticking to the stains. Once again the front desk staff was helpful in getting me into another room, although they didn't have any more King rooms and had to downgrade me into a double bed room.

• Judie (10/5): - First time in Wyoming. I liked that there was a target right next door that I could walk to. Very walkable area all together with a post office and local library nearby. Staff were super kind. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped. I felt welcomed and attended to.

• Craig (10/5): - What a great motel! We have no complaints. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was so comfy! Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. We loved the flavored water and free coffee. Both delish! They have a great quiet spot for working too. Fire pit and heated pool are a nice bonus. The location is perfect too. You can walk to target and a few restaurants. Driving to the town center is less than 5mins or a cheap uber ride. We will be back for sure .

• Michael (8/5): - Room 114 requires outside door replacement. Does nor close fully, letting in cold air and outside noise. Backup door lock cannot engage. Otherwise, the rooms are a good value.
• Sabrina (8/5): - The hotel was very clean. The cleaning crew tidied up the room every day. For those that are light sleepers: the walls are a little bit thin. My husband is a very light sleeper and he would wake up to people coming and going. Our fridge was a bit loud. We ended up unplugging it while we slept and that helped my husband a ton. For basic accommodations it was great. It was down the road from a Target, McDonald’s and local restaurants. There is no “do not disturb” sign, so expect your room to be cleaned every day while you are out hiking unless you speak to the front desk.
• Clinton (8/5): For the Jackson Hole area, the price was good and location as well. New mattresses and it would have been great - Very clean and neat little place! Nothing really. Great use of a small place. However, it was very tight quarters. The mattresses were not comfortable.
