And breakfast was good enough .Also they give you a time and place to put your stuff in the hostel after you checked out :)) The bathroom in the room was comfortable however the rooom was so crowded.The bases did not have a headboard to rest your head on.

• Brigitte (8/5): - Nettes Hostel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr ansprechend, schmutzig und etwas heruntergekommen. Aber im Hostel ist es schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und geben Tips für den Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

• Rachel (10/5): - I loved how everything that you needed was provided. We had rooms with designated room key swipe, clean bedrooms and beds, clean bathroom to share with the people in your room. The staff were so friendly, always willing to help, and I met one of the owners Alberto on the day I was leaving. He was telling me the history of Hostel Mancini and how it has been running for 30 years. I think they have made such a cosy and solo traveller-friendly place to stay. When I come back, I'm coming here. I don't have anything bad to say.

• Pedro (10/5): Un poquito de Argentina en Italia - En el Hostel Mancini me sentí en casa. Ayuda mucho que Marisa, una de las empleadas, sea argentina y me haya recibido con mucho cariño. En cuanto a la ubicación, más allá de que jamás me sentí en peligro, lo feo de la zona se contrarresta con lo cercano que es a la estación de trenes. Fue un placer llegar tan rápido a dejar mis cosas (porque sí, me dejaron guardar mi equipaje antes del horario de check-in, por suerte). El desayuno incluido es espectacular, super variado y está disponible desde las 8 de la mañana. Es un golazo por donde lo mires. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero funcionales, con buenos lockers y el suficiente espacio para estar cómodo. Los baños, compartidos por sectores, son baños de una ducha, un inodoro y un lavamanos, pero nunca tuve problemas de disponibilidad ni de limpieza. Además, proveían shampoo y jabón. El staff es súper amigable. Me dieron recomendaciones buenísimas sobre dónde comer, qué hacer y adónde ir. Todos son un diez. Como dicen otras reseñas, hay horarios en los que hay que desalojar las habitaciones, pero es algo que te avisan de antemano y nunca fue un problema para mí. Recomiendo mucho este hostel, me pareció que cumplía con su propósito y me dio un poco de hogar. La zona del hostel, como dicen otras reseñas, es cierto, no es muy linda. Como argentino, no me sentí en peligro real, pero es cierto que es feo caminar por ahí de noche. Nada demasiado preocupante ni grave, igual. Los espacios comunes eran pocos y no tan grandes, entonces quizá no era tan fácil, por ejemplo, hablar por teléfono sin molestar, pero no me resultó particularmente incómodo.
• Josiene (10/5): Agradável e satisfatória. - A localização não é bonita é suja com pessoas estranhas, mas Nápoles pelo que vi é assim mesmo, mas você se surpreende positivamente ao entrar no hostel. Muito limpo, arrumadinho, boas instalações, funcionários bem simpáticos. Café da manhã bom, eu amei meu quarto. Se voltar a Nápoles me hospedarei novamente aqui. Nada a reclamar.
• Falcon (1/5): La peor experiencia de Booking que tuve en toda mi vida - Me robaron dentro del hostel y nadie quiere proporcionarme nada de ayuda. Todos se lavaron las manos y encima tienen el descaro de cobrarme 3 euros una toalla cuando me robaron 400 dentro de la habitación. La peor experiencia de mi vida en Italia, no vuelvo más. El señor que atiende parece drogado. Todo no me gustó.

Bom café da manhã, boas roupas de cama, chuveiro muito bom. Bem próximo da estação central de onde sai o ônibus para o aeroporto e os trens para outras cidades. A localização em si é um pouco assustadora… suja e com pessoas estranhas (meio barra pesada 😂) eu tive dificuldade em achar o hostel mas os comerciantes locais já imaginavam que eu procurava o hostel e me mostraram e me orientaram a tomar cuidado com o telefone.

• Carlos (9/5): - It was just one night but the staff was warm and kind, welcomed me quite late but willing to assist all the time. The rooms and beds were more than I expected, even with a nice balcony. They have QR codes to facilitate the traveling experience, especially if you are a solo traveler. The street can feel insecure but is really close to Garibaldi station. Besides, you can walk a bit to be in the centric part of Napoli, so it was good.

Cuando vi el elevador al entrar me sentí aliviada. La zona es perfecta, solo se ve un poco obscura por fuera de noche y eso puede confundir un poco, pero una vez dentro todo es sensacional.

As a result, I was forced to cancel the booking and he kicked me out. I felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious during this experience. Luckily I found another hostel right away with more affordable rate and was located in a safer area. I also found that he put rubbish inside my passport after I left there. His attitude was terribly aggressive and disrespectful.

• Elina (10/5): I’m your fan! 😂❤️ I told about Hostel Mancini to all my friends who are going to go to Naples! - It was my first time in Naples and I am very happy that I stayed here. The atmosphere is very friendly, I was welcomed as a family member, the staff told me everything and showed me. I dreamed of seeing Vesuvius so much, and it was thanks to the hostel voucher that I was able to get tickets on the same day along with the transfer! The breakfasts are wonderful, everything is very fresh and delicious. The cleaning is beyond praise! There is everything you need near the hostel: shops, supermarket, train station. I am very happy that I found you! I left Naples very happy! I look forward to the next meeting! ❤️❤️❤️
• ASM Sohidull (10/5): - The location was great. Very close to two train stations and old city. The staff was really great and they gave a really detailed and organized list for eating and sightseeing locations. The free breakfast was a great bonus! The hostel itself was a great place to stay even though the surrounding area may give another idea. But it was pretty safe.
