- Miguel (1/5): A CUALQUIER ANTRO SE LE LLAMA HOTEL - Nada Lo único medio bueno es la ubicación. Digo medio bueno, porque el centro es muy amplio, y no recomiendo para nada este hotel por ubicación. Seguro que en otras zonas céntricas o incluso en esta hay hoteles mucho mejores. Del desayuno mejor no hablar. Pésimo y muy escaso. En definitiva, hemos estado una semana repartida en Roma, Florencia y Venecia. Sin duda, el peor hotel de los que hemos estado, siendo el más caro. Una vergüenza de hotel. No suelo ser persona de poner reseñas negativas. Pero en este caso, no puedo dejarlo pasar y permanecer callado.

- maryam (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das einzig Gute fand ich die Lage. Auch das Personal war ziemlich freundlich. Hand- und Badetücher gibt es, sowie Shampoo und Seife. Das Badezimmer ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig. Beim Duschen hat es ziemlich lange gedauert, bis das Wasser warm geworden ist aber danach war alles ok. Es gab ein Problem mit Toilettenspülung; nach der Spülung lief Wasser die ganze Zeit. Wir haben das Problem gemeldet, aber es hat sich nichts geändert. Das Frühstück ist sehr basic. Aber ok. Man muss jede Menge Treppen hochgehen um die Rezeption und danach das Zimmer zu erreichen. Mit Koffern ist es schon nicht einfach.

El personal en recepcion muy amable A tener en cuenta que son dos pisos por escalera para entrar. Las mantas son antiguas y tenian un poco de olor a humedad. Cuando pedi la factura en recepcion no me la pudieron dar y me dijeron que la pidiera por mail pero nadie responde los mails

- Livia (8/5): A quaint hotel in the center - We had a brightly-lit room with a lovely terrace overlooking the roofs in Venice. The facilities are dated but functional; breakfast is basic but good. Fresh juice instead of boxed would improve it greatly. The staff is lovely. We will stay here again.

C'est un lieu idéal quand on veut découvrir et visiter la ville. Les portes-coulissantes de la salle de bain pourraient être fixées en haut et en bas pour éviter de faire trop de bruit en l'ouvrant. Et les stores exterieurs de notre chambre étaient à réparer (le réceptionniste a cependant été très réactif)

I could stay in mestre for free but then it would be a long way to travel to Venice everyday and its much more comfortable when you can jump in your room to change clothes or to take a short rest during the day. So despite the warning reviews i desided to reservate this hotel and i dont regrat. Its absolutely fit the description and perfect match for this price in center of Venice. Also Venetian architecture foresees high stairs, so it was absolutely not an issue. Im being positive also cause we had a beautiful terrace with a view on the city and ability to have lunches and drinks on it The bathroom was clean also the room and the towels/blankets * we hade a double room with our own bathroom. The cleaning could be done much better - when we entered and during all our stay the ashtrey on terrace was full and stinky. Wondering, how it could be missed... The duvets were very uncertain - for the hosting it has to be something more convenient and representative.

La colazione, molto scarsa. La disponibilità dello staff, ho dimenticato la mia federa in seta e ho subito contattato il mattino stesso la struttura per avvisare perché avrei ritirato i bagagli quel pomeriggio, chiedendo se gentilmente potevano farmela recuperare in reception. Non mi hanno mai risposto alla mail e per telefono hanno negato che ci fosse in stanza la mia federa.

Un olor súper fuerte a insecticida y humedad en la habitación. Tuvimos que pedir que no nos la limpiaran para que no echaran producto. Al dejar abierto nos entraban mil mosquitos. Se rompieron las calderas que daban agua caliente a las duchas. Paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo, gente hablando de madrugada, tacones pisadas, conversaciones de la recepción. Todo eso pagando un dineral.

Shower was Brocken you can’t stand inside to make shower. There is no remotes for ac And tv . Price is too high for that kind of Place I would want refund and to be full refund. The staff only was nice but they have no choice because place is disgusting 🤮. Nit recommended for anyone to stay there you may get sick only from being in the this room.

Stanze un po' piccole, l'acqua con poca pressione, le scale senza ascensore, per raggiungere il piano delle stanze ci sono due belle rampe. La colazione solo dolce , manca la possibilità di avere alternative al cornetto, però buona.

A dos minutos del puente Rialto y a 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos El hotel esta muy antiguo y muy dejado. Las escaleras son muy empinadas y sin ascensor. El lavabo es una habitacion aparte, hay que salir al pasillo y abrir con llave otra habitación. Estuvimos dos noches y la primera habia mucho ruido en una especie de patio interior

No tiene ascensor, colchón muy malo, mando de la TV no hay, mucho ruido por la ventana y no tiene persianas, entra mucha luz y no se puede dormir, personal muy poco amable, baños fuera de la habitación tienes que ir por el pasillo con los de más huéspedes por medio, muy muy caro para la pensión que es por que de hotel nada, eso es una pensión.

- Radim (8/5): Super lokalita se slabšími snídaněmi - Skvělá lokalita v samotném srdci Benátek – ubytování se nachází jen pár minut chůze od ikonického mostu Rialto i slavného Náměstí svatého Marka, takže máte všechny hlavní památky doslova na dosah ruky. Zároveň je okolí příjemné a ideální pro večerní procházky úzkými uličkami a podél kanálů. Velkým plusem jsou také velmi pohodlné postele, díky kterým si po celodenním objevování města skvěle odpočinete. Menší nevýhodou může být větší množství schodů, což nemusí být úplně komfortní zejména při cestování s kufry nebo pro méně pohyblivé hosty. Snídaně je spíše jednodušší a méně pestrá, takže pokud očekáváte bohatý výběr, může působit trochu zklamáním.
- Leticia (7/5): Recomendable por ubicación y limpieza - La ubicación es buenísima. El personal muy agradable y es fácil comunicarte con ellos y la limpieza muy bien, no tenemos ninguna pega. Nos dejaron mantener las maletas en el hotel tanto a la llegada que llegamos antes de la hora del check in, como para irnos que hicimos el check out unas horas antes de dejar la ciudad. Las maletas se dejan en la recepción del hotel pero no hay problema en tema seguridad. La habitación demasiado pequeña para 2 personas con 2 maletas... Hay que ir con la certeza de que hay que subir dos plantas de muchas escaleras cada una hasta llegar al hotel jajaja Las almohadas, tal y como he leído, son demasiado finas pero son individuales y si la pones doble no hay problema, la verdad es que descansamos muy bien ambos.
- Sara (3/5): - Једино што је добро је локација која је у самом центру Чистоћа је на лошем нивоу, соба за двоје је доста скучена, и пуна је комараца. Кревет није баш удобан и покривачи односно ћебад делују прљаво, као и купатило.
