- Shanti (7/5): -
- Jagdish (6/5): It was good experience good parking and value for money - It was close to my work Toilet roll holder was not holding the roll properly and it was turning all around that show poor mentinace of the place
- Ann (9/5): - Room was very nice ..clean.. very happy with it all
- Jason (1/5): Unpleasent stay - The staff on check in was super friendly. The room was poorly maintained.
In the bathroom, the hot water tap in shower was broken and fell off. When I tried to put it back on and turn on the shower the shower head fell off. So therefore I was not able to shower. The toilet roll holder was also broken and not sitting on the wall. I also killed 2 x cockroaches in the main living area. I tried to call late at night to report but no answer. When I checked out at 10am there wasn’t anyone available to checkout so I left my key in the room as per there instruction. When I called them at 11.30am to discuss, the young girl who answered was very lovely and apologetic. She told me she would get the manager to call me to discuss and maybe get some form of compensation considering I couldn’t use the shower and there were cockroaches in the room. This was 4 days ago and still no phone call from a manager.

Mobility problems
- brittany (9/5): Super comfortable soft beds, great location, just needed for cleaning attention. - Beds are so comfortable, memory foam and super soft, we were pleasantly surprised. Great location , walking distance to everything you need and restaurant downstairs very good food. The floor hadn't been vaccumed properly, apart of the wall beside toilet was broken . and when our room was serviced, everything was re stocked and tidied , but we thought it was a bit odd the beds weren't made alongside this, but not a big deal. Just odd.

- Bonnie-Anne (6/5): - The reception staff were excellent and very helpful! Beds were comfy and great location for what we needed. Unfortunately, not very clean. The shower was moldy and the rest of the bathroom was dusty and floors weren't great. Also the fridge may need replacing as it was very loud.
- Despina (10/5): -
- Bill (5/5): - I liked the whole aspect of the room which I think is great value for money. There is no microwave, the shower was mouldy and the shower water handles were loose not secured you could pull them off the spindle,
And also the air-conditioner split system filters were completely blocked with dust never been serviced, I cleaned the system myself as this is my trade in order to cool down the room it was over 40 degrees when I stayed and the room was just not cooling down so I knew what the problem was and serviced it myself.
Apart from that the place is really nice it is just a real let down when maintenance is cut short in these areas of shower and climate system servicing
- Kerri (9/5): -
- Burned Keck (3/5): - Dirty
Mouldy
No windows
Noisy
- Amber (7/5): - Beds were super comfy!!
- James (5/5): Needs major maintenance - Location and food was good.
Staff excellent Toilet seat broken, Toilet paper holder loose, can t find swit he's for lights near bed.
Curtains faulty.
When another apartment used there water you could hear the pipes vibrating quite loudly
- Glynn (10/5): -
- Rebecca (5/5): - Comfortable beds. Little grotty, there was mould in our shower. Bit overpriced for the location and lack of facilities.
- Allen (8/5): -
- James (9/5): -
- Shayne (8/5): I stay here often, always a pleasant stay. - Comfortable and clean No issues
- James (9/5): - Clean. Good facilities. Bed could have been more comfortable
- Debra (8/5): Basic accommodation - Convenient for where we wanted to be but basically accommodation Hundreds of galahs in tress surrounding hotel (sounded like). Extremely noisy up until it went dark. Door had big gap around it and the wind came howling in - was a very windy night.
Shower cubicle - the tiles looked like they could do with a good scrub.
- Penny (5/5): Ok - Location suited us Too long a wait for manager to check us in (she was dealing with a function room booking apparently and other staff members hadn’t been trained). This was disappointing and made us late for other plans that we had.
- ian (10/5): -
- Travis (9/5): -
- Agni (8/5): Comfortable stay, good facilities. - Room was spacious. Very self-contained. Reception in different building. Can park just in front of the room.
Our main target was spending time at Mornington Peninsula but Staying here actually gave reason to stop in Frankston which had lovely beach-front restaurants.
Though wouldn't have been our first choice for Mornington Peninsula holiday, as everything affordable was already booked, good choice. Though the facilities were good. The location is nothing special, not close to beach, just central traffic junction. Wasn't loud but the price was the same as we usually pay in CBD for something similar, but get more spacious room. Just all budget options in Mornington Peninsula were already booked out.
- Damien Tann (10/5): -
- Tsan (7/5): -
- Allannah (2/5): - No house service other than changing towels (bonus because I asked for an extra towel on booking). No tea towel or anything to clean our cups or glasses! I had a spillage in the fridge and I couldn’t clean it up! No vacuuming over 5 days, we made our own bed (I could deal with that). No tea or coffee filled! Noise was pretty bad despite all of the signs! Bathroom was a disgrace! It ok for an old place to be ‘tired’ but the mould NO! The toilet was dirty when we got there! Obviously not cleaned! This place bottom line on its annual capital budget will cost more in the long term! We heard a gawd awful sound on one night and we jumped out of bed! It was a fan in one of the rooms we heard during the day a few days later!
The location was great! The pub needs work including every employee carrying a tattoo! It’s ok to be alternative but don’t reflect the service you’re going to get! The food needs an uplift! We had a steak at dinner and it had no love at all! I’m no snob I grew up in Glenorchy, Tasmania! It’s a great pub with sport (watched the cricket 👍)and hotel with plenty of potential right on the boundary of Frankston! Needs more professional management! See above
- Kim (2/5): Disappointed - The only thing I liked were the friendly staff. We had to move rooms as smoke alarm beeping constantly. Next room, The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. Room not very clean, dirty surface areas and shower had mould in grooves. Although a basic clean was done in the bathroom and the bed had clean sheets.
- Nathan (3/5): -
- Taulesulu (3/5): Old and not a pleasant stay - It was pretty old and run down and not worth the price per night
- Jenny (7/5): For the cost conscious - Location and cost Fortknox vibes
- Zoe (10/5): -
- Lee (8/5): The very quiet cool aircon made our sleep and stay enjoyable. The Staff were friendly and helpful. - Staff were Obliging when asked to do something like sweep out the outdoor patio area and remove unsightly rubbish We arrived at 8pm and our check in was a bit haphazard. we had to chase up stuff like breakfast we were entitled to,
- Diana (10/5): -
- Monica (6/5): It was convenient for what we needed… good location, really helpful staff… thank you!! Kids loved that their room had a - Staff were amazing and helpful. The hot water wasn’t working but they straight away called the plumber who drove 30 minutes to fix it. They also offered us a late check out so we could have our showers in the morning. The room we were in was just outside the pub which is where everyone must go to smoke…. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the room… maybe on the carpet or the walls… really disgusting. My son and I both have asthma and we noticed it straight away… maybe the room needs a good deep clean and then something attached to the outside of the door to close the gap at the bottom so no smoke drifts in from outside… just a suggestion! :-)
- Ruth (6/5): -
- Francis (6/5): Hotel room was spacious, beds comfortable , although it was Xmas the price was expensive for the standard of hotel. - Location to Franskton is very good . Beds were comfortable . Bathrooms dated and showers tiles needed a good clean. Minimal provisions , no shower caps , etc .
The verandah would b lovely if it was maintained . Overgrown weeds , and dirty balcony furniture detract from sitting outside to enjoy the area!
- Nicole (8/5): - The staff were extremely friendly and I was able to check in earlier as I arrived early. The bathroom needs are a really good scrub.
- Andrea (4/5): We would not stay there again on our first day when we returned the beds were not made no milk left in fridge they chang - It was reasonably good size room The verandah was dirty and had cigarette buts on the ground
The bathroom had mould on the ceiling and scum on the tiles
The basin was dripping water onto the floor
- Rachel (9/5): - Room was lovely and clean.
- Brendon (10/5): -
- Alexander (10/5): Very comfy - Excellent property in a fantastic location. The host was awesome — highly recommend. Not much
- Barbara (6/5): Sorry, eat and run only. - The. Restaurant was very good.great staff, excellent meals, good range and prices.
Plus motel guest discount, plus free drink on arrival, also seniors menu.
Towels were changed daily. Motel room.
No tissues, face washers.our ground floor balcony had not been swept, cigarette container had butts sitting on it. Rubbish had been thrown over the railing. Not pleasant to sit outside .
Asked to have room done, bits were still over the carpet. Also suggest you invest in a better quality toilet paper. When neighbouring unit used the shower, there was very loud pipe banging, needs fixing. Unfortunately,we had booked in for five nights.

- Matthew (6/5): -
- Simon (8/5): - Clean and quiet budget accommodation
- Scott (8/5): - Roomy, big shower head, good food. Grout in shower was black in many places, king bed consists of 2 singles which you can feel through mattress.
- Sarah (9/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms close to the meals area all meals I have had have been exceptional and you can get room service 😋
- Caliste (10/5): -
- Zahra (10/5): -
- binhui (4/5): No good - Good location Too much noise at late night from the bar in the next building
- Catherine (10/5): -

- Anthea (4/5): Way overpriced for facilities, lots of noise throughout the night. - The bed was comfortable, the food in the bistro was reasonable The customers of the pokies and bistro were making noise around the rooms until 3.45am! Then you could hear the cleaners from 6am!
The shower had a fair bit of mould in it.
No free wifi code
The cost of the room did not match the facilities, nor did the photos match the vibe of the hotel.
- Linda (10/5): Convenient, comfortable and accommodating - Very Clean. Extra room items were offered if requested. Beds were nice and comfortable. Room service was available.
- Shantelle (5/5): If your a heavy sleeper would be great - Room was nice and had a comfortable bed venue next door had great food. People leaving the pokies and bar next door were really loud multiple time throughout the night and we had banging on our door at 4am from a drunk.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Cynthia (4/5): Nothing too special, comfy enough for sleeping. - The room was neat and tidy. The towels were changed everyday and so was the bin. Was nice to have a mini fridge and tea and coffee. Soap, shampoo and condition were nice too. There was no microwave. I had to go and ask for cutlery and crockery from the restaurant and the lady seemed annoyed when I asked for it. It was quite noisy at night, the people in the rooms around us stayed up late chatting and laughing and we could hear them quite loudly (thin walls??). The beds are on wheels and when I sat up in bed to lean on the wall behind me, the bed would move.
- Patricia (7/5): - Cheap and comfortable
