On the second night the people who were put in the room that was connected to mine, were drunk, loud, and perverted. At one point when I was in the shower, I believe they even came into my room, somehow getting the lock off the top of the door. I believe one of the house maids was a friend of theirs. So maybe a key was used. I put my phone on video late on my last night there. I have very close to 2 hours on the recording of a no picture video. A recording of what some would call a party, the coming and going of that 2 hours. The next morning I did so again as I got into the shower. That is when I believe they were able to get into my room. I am a 69 year old woman who often has an overnight stay in the Airway Heights area and am alone. I no longer feel safe there and so will not be back.

Ever.  - Very nice and understanding employee I didn’t like how when we got into the building the whole place smelt like cigarette smoke. Including in the room. Along with other questionable smells the bed sheet and blankets were also covered in cigarette burns. Also, when we were doing a sweep through of the room to make sure our toddler wouldn’t find anything small to put in his mouth we came across what we were later told was methamphetamine in the AC unit where he could have reached it and put in his mouth if we hadn’t found it first.

The TV wasn't working. I saw lots of homeless people hanging outside.

My sink didn't have hot water and the maintenance person attempted to fix it for over 2 hours in my room while I just had to hold off what I needed to do to get ready for the day, and then didn't end up fixing it in the end so I had no hot water in my sink for the 3 days I stayed there. I also saw 2 cockroaches in my room and told the front desk about it and they did nothing. There was noisy guest on both sides of my room as well as across the hallway from me, it was non stop fighting, yelling, and people going in and out at all hours of the day and night slamming doors. And 3 different times from 3 different car alarms went off for over 5 mins each throughout the night. And there was a dog fight right outside my door that resulted in one dog going poop right in front of my door which nobody cleaned up it was there for over 12 hours.over all my stay was very unpleasant, this place could have done so much better than they did.

Linda (2/5): PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE - The best I can say about this motel is that the brand new manager of only 2 days was extremely apologetic about the rooms but was unable to change much. Where do I begin. I could actually copy the comments of many other guests because that pretty much says it all. I cannot think of a single saving grace to stay in this particular motel 6. I thought the worst I'd seen was the one in St Paul MN, but this is hands down the worst. Even with a reservation, only 2 downstair rooms were available, reason being, the motel is being used as a homeless shelter and was full. But in the first room as soon as I entered, the bedspread was either filthy or so stained it looked filthy, and I was afraid to touch it. I didn't try the facilities at that point, just went back to desk and ask for another room. Then the nice young guy told me there really was only one other room, but I could take that. And this is what I found there.... the only working lights in room although there were several, was the one-bathroom light and the hall light. The remote was missing for TV, and it didn't work anyway. No fridge or microwave. The outlet sockets in bathroom didn't work. The toilet was wonky but flushed. I went to desk to tell manager about non-working items, and though they tried to get lights working it never happened. He said no maintenance was available. So, he switched me back to first room. Then I found that TV didn't work, floor was dirty, but the lights did work. Still no microwave or fridge. Room was cold, so turned on heat. Front panel was missing, and the racket screamed like a jet engine, still no heat or A/C either. Back to desk, and manager found a small electric heater, which helped. Room stayed chilly and bed only had one thin blanket. Asked for another blanket but never came. I slept in my clothes for warmth. This motel had all kinds of trash around and halls were dirty and people appeared to be doing something strange around back doors .

Danielle (1/5): Adventurous? - The fella at check in was pleasant. After all that was poor, I was somehow able to notice the mattress was fairly comfortable. I’ve stayed in some dingy places before but I hit a new low with this one. I should’ve turned around when I noticed a fire truck and police car as I pulled in. Additionally, I brushed off the warning a couple gave me when they said “we come here because it’s cheap but We want you to know this is a pretty rough place. You might be more comfortable down the road.” I went to my room to find a bed spread littered with cigarette burns. I moved my car so I could see it out my window, when I looked out to check on it I saw a homeless man rummaging through the dumpster. Later that man was having a campfire behind the dumpster. Then some people in a nearby room were having a domestic dispute, a woman shouting to a man to “get out” for about 15-20 minutes. In the end of things I did get a few hours of sleep and nobody broke into my car so I’m considering it a win.

I had a confirmed and prepaid reservation through Booking.com, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel staff claimed they had no record of it. Despite showing them my confirmation and payment, they insisted I pay again to get a room. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay. Afterward, I discovered that this is not an isolated incident—it has happened to many other guests, and the hotel continues this dishonest practice. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam. I’ve reported this to Booking.com and am disputing the charge with my bank, but it’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way. This hotel needs to be investigated and held accountable for deceiving and overcharging guests. Avoid this place at all costs.

Yet he still wanted me to use the room. Where do you get these people who work for you. They have NO common sense when it comes to problems solving.
