- Bharghava (10/5): Clean and pleasant - Clean NA
- Elisa (3/5): Thought it had microwave and refrigerator and did not - Close to freeway No frige no microwave
- Miriam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (8/5): - The A/C didn't work and also had issues with the TV but other than that it was nice.
- Charly (2/5): Not a good one.but Ineeded a place to crash for the night - Location Issues with booking when I first arrived. Manager had issues receiving payment from booking.com. First room 107 tub had blood like stains, crew advised it was rust. Breakfast is false advertisement no breakfast served at this facility. I definitely do not recommend or will be ever staying here again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting - The room was disgusting. I thought “you get what you pay for” applies to hotels in terms of amenities. The lower the price, the less amenities you get, like no AC, old tv, no bells and whistles. And I’m fine with that. However, regardless of the price, you should ALWAYS get CLEAN towels and a CLEAN place to sleep on. That’s the BARE minimum. This place had “clean” towels that were stained, since were brown, others black. The bed was full of long hairs, on top of the comforter, on the pillow case, inside the pillow case, there was hair in between the sheets, under the sheets. It was disgusting. The floors were sticky and if the sheets and towels (the very basic things) weren’t clean, I doubt they clean anything else. It was so bad that I walked in, saw all this, walked out, and drove to another hotel.
- Elisa (5/5): No frig no microwave and a bit difficult to book another day -
- Gabriela (1/5): Bad - Everything that they offer online is not true. None of it is true. They don’t have anything in their rooms. It is awful.
- Steve (1/5): Bad place to stay. - Really old and uncomfortable mattress.
You can feel all the coils.
Only coffee in the included breakfast.
- Miguel (8/5): Very good - Prices ok
Clean
Just parking was bad
The cashier look good person but her don't know what was asked
But was ok
- Natasha (8/5): Very good - Staff was awesome. No breakfast but they did have coffee 😁 Room seem to be being remodeled the particular room we had did not have a refrigerator or a microwave but staff offered to move us if we wanted. Dealing was leaking by the door but did not affect us
- Carin (5/5): Passable -
- Douglas (1/5): I would not stay there again or recommend the hotel to anyone. - There was no breakfast probably due to staff shutting water off. Homeless vagrants hanging out in parking lot. No extra blankets, pillows were just flat and mattress had an oversize lumpy foam pad on top. AC and Heater noisy and did not work properly. People running up and down balcony walkway all night. Hotel staff shut off all water during the night to all rooms due to a water leak in another Room, so we could not use the toilet, could not shower or my brush teeth in the morning. I felt sorry for desk clerk who had to hear all the complaints from other.
- Gilberto (2/5): - No water and smell not good
- Heather (2/5): FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - Don't be fooled! This is a motel 6!!!!
Charge on my card and the room key said Motel 6. This was a quick one nighter for me on my way to work out of town. No toiletries, no hair dryer. The room was disgusting. There was something (that I hoped was ketchup) splattered all over the bathroom wall. There was some disgusting dried thing hanging on the light switch. I was afraid to sleep in the bed because if you were going to get bed bugs, this would be the place! The floors were disgusting. I know motel 6 has zero amenities and would not have booked had it not said Radisson.
- Karen (10/5): - Everything
- Cristian (9/5): Thank you! One of our favs . Price is awsome! - Staff, location Heater didnt work
- Philip (10/5): - Qla little noisy
- Philip (10/5): - Ok
- Daisy (2/5): - Place just got a bunch of bad people come and turn the place upside down.
- Abhiram (6/5): - Rooms are too old
- Elizabeth (4/5): Twilight Zone - The room was dirty with stains on sheets and walls. We slept in our sleeping bags. There was lots of activity outside all night long, whether it was drug dealers or hookers. Definitely didn’t sleep well, and will never recommend this place especially for a family of young children.
- Y (6/5): - Recent price
- Eva (2/5): - My refund deposit they did not send within 5 days
- Sutton (5/5): Passable -
- Khalid (1/5): Bad -
- Philip (10/5): - Better then i thought, good staff
- Sweethearts4 (7/5): Good -
- Sweethearts4 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sweethearts4 (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pan (6/5): - Not what i expected no breakfast no fridge no microwave
- Timothy (2/5): - This place was awful. Radisson should be ashamed to have their name on it. Pool was empty. The only advertised amenities they actually have are free parking, wifi, and tv. No refrigerator. No microwave. No bath products. No free breakfast. Security lock was broken. Ice machine was broken. Floor was warped. Stay away
- Ioana (4/5): Disappointing -
- Holly (1/5): Bad -
- Jorge (4/5): - Even tough we were notified couple hours prior to our arrival that there was not hot water or heater they never offered a compensation for such inconvenience, it was late in the day and for us to find other place was not much of an option.
We asked for extra blankets which they also said was not possible.
- Hakeem (9/5): Main office was very nice and even changed my room, just so I can watch my football games. Only issue I had was with the - The location was very convenient and easy to find. My tv was not working because it was shattered so I was unable to watch my NFL games. Maintenance worker was very rude when he was explaining smoking in my room.
- Elghazaly (6/5): - Easy parking
- Abidja (4/5): - No AC, pest, zero service for 5 nights, noisy. Plus location close to freeway.
- Teri (2/5): Disappointed - They didn't have one Room has live cockroaches running around. Heater blew cold air. No breakfast and no coffee
- Juchien (4/5): - Bath tub has 2 large black spot
- Robert (4/5): False advertisement - I am very disappointed with this advertisement for a hotel. It shows you views of the rooms being nice and their old rooms. False advertisement. This is a motel 6 that has not been upgraded yet to Radisson. But yet they show pictures of the runes being this way and they're not even what they advertise.
- Anthony (10/5): - Staff was nice
- Jessica (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HERE I HAD TO PAY HERE AND ON SITE AND AFTER A WEEK THEY HAVE STILL NOT SENT ME A REFUND
- Lisa (1/5): Never again - Not much The room was filthy. Then there were cockroaches coming out from under the fridge in the evening. I went to ask the front if there was anything they could do. They said not this late. So we ended up sleeping in the car. On the way to the car a rat crawled on the fence by the room and jumped down.
- Karell (5/5): If you just need a bed and bathroom it’s ok , I really didn’t like that the room smelled so bad! - Room smelled like smoke and moldy. The ice makers weren’t even working.Very low class, was worried about how safe it was.
- Lisa (1/5): Bad - The location is fine The room was filthy. Dead roaches on the floor. The floor needed mopping. The bedding was dirty. The bathtub had rusted chipped away pieces.
- Daisy (9/5): I slept great. The staff give great customer service. - The place it’s in The people staying there a bit suspicious about the other people staying felt like one of them on the other side of the room I got was a loud and bad intentioned people
- Nickolas (2/5): - Bed bug on my pillow. They did move me to a clean “accessibility” room for the night and charged me for the night. This was my first experience with bed bugs.
- Shannon (8/5): Very good -
- James (6/5): had a conference nearby, saved money by staying at Motel 6 - easy reservation, polite staff mattress was saggy, needed at least rotation, shower curtain was loose, other minor maintenance, small room, no in-room coffee maker,
- Cutrona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jessica (7/5): Good -
- Roxchell (10/5): - Only thing I didn't like about this property was the parking The parks are too far away from the rooms and there's about 12 handy cap parks that's just empty and no one uses But other than that The hotel is a good stay and the people are very friendly There's a white guy that's security over there he is such a sweet heart 💜 I would have stayed longer but like I said the park is not cool Love this motel I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for somewhere quiet and a peaceful serene environment Also there's a 711 that's right there connected to the back of the hotel Gotta love that
- Pieter (4/5): Okay for a night or two with basic needs. - The shower/tub has PLENTY of hot water. The room was very clean and the sheets were very clean. The staff was very nice. The man in the office returned a container I had left at the desk. It is just off the freeway so convenient to find. The room has a lot of taxes added on so the price posted on the website I used was a little misleading. Then the room was right off a busy street right off the freeway. If you're not totally exhausted, it might be too noisy to get to sleep. Be sure to ask for one away from the road. The blanket is almost as thin as the sheet and there was no bedspread. Bring a quilt like we just happened to, thankfully. The door was hard to deadbolt.
- SANDRA (2/5): - Thermostat was broken, room did not look cleaned. Hair on the bed and floor. Stains on bed skirt and window curtains.broken bathroom tiles. This property is very outdated. You need to turn off and turn on heater throughout the night as it is not automatic.
- Wendy (10/5): - Very friendly staff
- Edgar (10/5): - 👍
- Irma (7/5): Good - Left early
- Sepuloni (8/5): - Property is in a good location. The staff was kinda sassy but okay. A lot smoking around the rooms.
- Craig (5/5): Passable -
- Richard (8/5): Lumpy - The bed was lumpy.
- Jaime (10/5): Excellent service, comfortable stay - Very good service, customer service was mostly beyond attentive.
I would definitely come back here again.
- Curtis (7/5): Good -
- Maria (10/5): It was amazing - The front staff desk lady was amazing Nothing
- Crystal (8/5): - Staff is super friendly, large comfortable beds good cable TV in room , 7- 11 right next door..
- Kimberly (2/5): Disaster...unsafe....dirty! - The adjoining room door was broken and dis not lock..they was another person staying in that room not with us! The room was dirty, bedding stained, tv/tiny fridge/microwave all plugged into one plug. Other plug was barely attached to the wall. Worst of all, they were MICE! They moved us to an upper room because it was so late but that room wasn't any better AND the furnace did not work! We checked out and went to a Best Western.
- David (10/5): - I don’t wanna be disrespectful, but it is a Motel 6. It’s absolutely fine for the money that I paid. The staff was more than accommodating and the grounds are what you would expect for a Motel 6.
- Cherri (1/5): Bad -
- Carolyn A (6/5): - Property has seen better days. Room seemed generally clean but floor was sticky (I did like that it was (faux?) wood, not carpeted). We had a non smoking room but there was a pronounced odor.
Front desk staff were great. Pretty sure they would have switched our room if we had asked but we were just there to sleep. I put my nose under the covers and did fine.
- Connie Jean (8/5): - Everything was nice the hotel staff was great we had no problem checking in even though we checked in late
- David (7/5): Good -
- Sylvester (7/5): Good -
- Cherri (1/5): Bad -
- Brian (2/5): - The heater in the rooms doesn't work. The man at the front desk doesn't speak English.
- Anonymous (7/5): Ok - Location Hard mattress, heater did not work on a very cold night(46 degrees)
- Eric (2/5): - The room was filthy and we found uncaped syringes under the mattress! Will never stay there again
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - Staff very helpful
- Elisa (8/5): Ok for restful night to sleep - Close to freeway All ok. No complaints
- 8orn2ack (8/5): Very good -
- Carleen (8/5): My Go To Spot -
- Erik (10/5): - Friendly manager
- Vincent (10/5): - Excellent
- Jayceeee (5/5): Passable -
- Jayceeee (5/5): Passable -
- Tracy (8/5): - The room smelled so badly of cigarettes but was clean otherwise. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. I stay here several times a year and always a pleasant time. Could you please consider putting a signal booster on your wifi router??
- lance (10/5): - Clean room!
- Deb (4/5): -
Cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bed. I wont go back. Also neither ice machine was working. Had to pay 10 bucks for a bag of ice at 7-11 which I used a small fraction of. The rest of it and my money went down the drain...literally.
- Dellar (2/5): - Stay away from this place. I get that the Motel 6 is not a 5 star hotel but I'm pretty low any way. I had a Doctor appointment in the morning so I just needed a place for the night. I was told a room with only one bed has no microwave and that is just a lie. The mini fridge was dirty, towells were not washed with bleach and had stains on them. The laminated floors looked nice but would have looked nicer if cleaned with a swiffer mop. Bathroom looked like it was not clean. Just poor condition. My mom cleaned motel rooms and took pride in her work. The "housekeeping" person or whomever was dirty and wore no shoes. Very unprofessional. The front desk person can barely understand or speak English. This is NOT a racist statement but the whole experience is poor. I want a partial refund. I should not have to have someone in my room after 6pm because it was not cleaned properly.
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancy (4/5): - I was given a room already occupied 😱
When l finally got a different room, the heat didn't work, many lights didn't work.
- John (10/5): - It was great! :D
- Cheri (7/5): Decent stay. - Room was clean. Wifi was okay. Good parking for my handicapped mom. Noisy upstairs neighbor. People loudly laughing/talking outside till after midnight.
- Amanda (10/5): It was chill, safe and no bugs - I was worried at first about staying here cause I saw hella bad reviews about roaches and bugs and it being noisy. This wasn’t the case when I stayed there- no bugs or roaches, room was chill it’s motel 6 so you got the bed, TV, desk, and bathroom but it was nice. It was super quiet. It’s right next to a 7eleven and some other spots so convenient location. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Found a few hairs in the room but that could be missed anywhere like lodged in the bed sheet. There’s no fridge or microwave they said 3rd party bookings list it even tho they don’t have them for single bed rooms, which is fine they apologized about the inconvenience-I didn’t end up needed one anyways. I got good sleep, it was safe, staff was friendly.
