Piscine glaciale non chauffée et le jacuzzi à peine tiède, ils n'ont pas compris le principe du jacuzzi. Horaires débiles pour le sauna de 15h à 19h.

- Joachim (6/5): Gemengde gevoelens. Fijn verblijf met plus-en minpunten. - De cocktails zijn goed en betaalbaar. De kamer was ruim (binnenkamer) en het personeel vriendelijk. Late check-out om 12u is een pluspunt, net zoals de rustige ligging. De bedden zijn oké en de douche is goed. Het ontbijt is degelijk, met uitstekende omeletten, en het diner is uitgebreid en wordt telkens goed bijgevuld. Het dessertbuffet stelt daarentegen teleur: beperkt en van mindere kwaliteit. De avondanimatie is leuk voor één keer. Weinig licht en mini balkon: extra betaald voor een kamer met zeezicht, wat we ook kregen, maar kamer 1029 had weinig licht door slechts één glazen deur (geen breed schuifraam zoals op de foto’s) en een erg klein balkon (±120 × 90 cm). Het zwembad voelde koud aan, wellicht door het slechte weer, slechts 1x gebruik van kunnen maken. De eetzaal is snel lawaaierig en druk, vooral op piekmomenten bij openen buffet. We vonden het ok voor 1 keer maar zouden niet terugkeren.

Loved the restaurant and its layout. Food was excellent and plenty choice. The night time entertainment was very poor. This is our fourth visit to this hotel and the entertainment has definitely gotten worse. Not a major issue though.

- Kathleen (7/5): fijn verblijf in een 3 sterren hotel (geen 4) - kleinschaligheid, bedden waren goed, ruime kamer, vriendelijkheid personeel, ontbijt was een standaard 3* ontbijt, altijd genoeg bedjes aan het zwembad. alles is verouderd en de hygiene kan beter. gelukkig enkel kamer en ontbijt genomen want het eten zag er niet echt lekker uit. Bij het inchecken werd ons verteld dat we een upgrade hadden gekregen naar een kamer met zeezicht. In werkelijkheid kregen we echter een kamer op straatniveau, met uitzicht op het tennisveld en de parking. Alleen als je tussen alles door keek, kon je af en toe een klein stukje zee zien. De opmerking over de “upgrade” had wat mij betreft achterwege mogen blijven, want dit was toch wel een teleurstelling.

Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont assez ordinaires et sans trop de saveurs par rapport à ceux de deux autres hôtels 4 étoiles que nous avons plus appréciés lors de notre road-trip.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado. En las cenas me gustaría que incorporaran en el buffet mas pescados de la zona y incorporar jamón serrano.

- ANTHONY (10/5): Une seule envie...Y retourner ! - Personnel de l'hotel très accueillant. Lieux très propre. Petit déjeuner et dîner avec multiples propositions de plats très bons.

Bruyant le matin dès 8h. 10 euros + 2 euros par raquette pour jouer au tennis si pas pris le package all inclusive. Pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Dîner jusqu à 21h30 mais déjà à 21h presque plus de desserts et bacs de glaces vides et pas remplacés. Piscine pleine d enfants toute la journée, impossible de nager.

- Marta (7/5): A este hotel le sobra una estrella - Los empleados de la recepción y el buffet muy agradables No limpian a diario. Solo te hacen la cama. Ni siquiera pasan la encimera del baño. El primer dia, como llegábamos a las 12 de la noche pedimos la cena en la habitación y los dejaron para cenar 1/2 sándwich, 1 loncha de queso y 2 picos!!!. Nunca he visto esto en un hostal de 4 estrellas. Ni siquiera una botella de agua y desde luego con esa cantidad no se cena, y menos mis hijos de 20 años. De vergüenza.

A wide variety of food is offered, but the overall quality is low to average (with the exception of the NY dinner). For example, there is almost no fresh fruit - more than 80% is canned, which is quite surprising given the location and the hotel’s rating. The pool is crowded most of the time. The reception staff does not respond to messages sent well in advance multiple times. However, other staff members are welcoming and pleasant.
