Guest Reviews
- Jon (10/5): Great modern space, great location 10/10 - Great location, clean modern flat, team were v helpful
- Sean (10/5): - What a great find! Such a wonderful BIG flat, right in the heart of Bristol. We loved it.
- A (2/5): - They are terrible
- Macie (10/5): - Great place to stay with all the conveniences needed for a family of 4.
- Helen (8/5): - The property was in a great location but above a busy area with restaurants and outside bar area so very noisy in the evening and in one bedroom and living area, the other bedroom had all the ventilation shafts for the restaurants outside so there was constant noise all night from them. Check in was really bad. 4 buildings all close by with should be labelled clearer. We got sent an email which didn’t come through until we were in the flat so only had a screen shot of basic instructions sent on WhatsApp, a map of the area with our building marked and better instructions (the same as the email) would have been far better.
- Anthony (6/5): - Stay was fine, but could have been much better with a better eye for details. E.g. none of the communications give you an address for the property, the best you get is between shop A and shop B (with shop A actually being out of business). The property is nice and roomy but also in need to a number of repairs. The paintwork could be brighter, the stains on the sofa could be cleaned and the bathrooms could use some artwork. Great to have a washing machine.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Please improve your communication! - The actual apartment was great but the communication was terrible. Confusing messages from different directions about checking in and deposits .. if only they could get this right I would definitely stay again.
- David (10/5): Excellent one night stay in city centre suite - Excellent suite in Bristol city centre. In the middle of shops and amenities yet quiet and spacious. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Difficult to fault the facility and the service from helpful staff online. Recommended.
- Christopher (8/5): Nice, not easy to deal with…1 - Nice place. The instructions to enter the property are poor and there is no luggage store as listed.
This is rental property, not with the amenities you expect. If you can arrive at the specific times the pace is open and understand this place is over multiple sites across the city, you will be fine. I want to turn up and things to be easy. This wasn’t and I would recommend staying for over 1 or 2 nights.
Nice place. This feels like a long term rental converted to short term. I wouldn’t stay again.
- Leon (10/5): - Was massive space we loved it.like a home from home
- Rachel (10/5): - Easy check in, very clean, spacious, everything you need. Decor a bit tired, dented bins, kitchen cabinets a bit wonky etc, but for the price and location I’d definitely stay again.
- Tim (8/5): Window near Air conditioning units - Properly our bedroom window was the only one overlooking the air conditioning units, lucky for us it wasn't hot or it would of been really noisy but other than that excellent stay
- Jonathan (10/5): Great location - Great location, really cosy and warm. All the amenities were in excellent condition and the apartment was spotless. I had a lovely stay, would totally recommend.
- Richard (8/5): - Good apartment that did what I needed.
- P (10/5): Quite and close to local eateries - Excellent location in city centre. Despite been in centre the apartment was quite.
- Andrew (8/5): A well appointed apartment - The apartment was well equipped, comfortably furnished and clean. The location is right in the main Bristol shopping area and near the Hospital so was good for what we needed and was quiet in the evenings when the city centre had wound down.
The downsides: this particular apartment had no lift and was up 5 flights of stairs though I understand some of the other apartments here do have lifts, so ask for one if you need it.
The linen on the main bed was not as perfect as I would have hoped; the bottom sheet had remnants of a footprint mark and a small hole in it. The duvet itself had dirty marks and cigarette burns but fortunately this was enclosed within the duvet cover. I would probably give it 5* if this hadn't been the case.
It does not have dedicated parking and the recommended nearby carpark is expensive. I would suggest using The Galleries car park instead (still expensive but less than NCP)
Overall we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
- Gregory (10/5): - Perfect for what we needed it for.
- Simon (10/5): Central and good price - Super central location. Clean and has everything you need
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Everything you need in a property eg kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer. in the middle of the shops and dinning area.
- Karl (8/5): - Large spacious accommodation, clean and comfortable.
- William (10/5): - Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches.
A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems .
The entry instructions were great and very clear.
- Ray (6/5): - The rooms were cold. The TV network was poor and some of the channels didn’t work. However l may probably stay there again.
- Richard (10/5): 2 day stay central Bristol - super location, two car parks within a 5-minute walk and plenty of shops and food places for all tastes. the property is in good order however the sofa and chair have had plenty of use and are not in keeping with the standard of the rest of the property, a small quibble, in what otherwise is a decent place to stay.
- Jacqueline (10/5): - The property was immaculate, spacious and central to all the shops and restaurants. It looked like everything was new in there, e.g. cooker, oven, fridge, pans etc. It also had coffee, tea and water to start you off. Would definitely book again.
- Irfan (10/5): Parking an issue - Nice sized apartment in the city centre. Parking though is a challenge. Park at Cabit Circus car park which is far cheaper than the Broadmead NCP.
- Stephen (8/5): - Well located in the shopping area and fairly easy walk to major car parks. The apartment was overall in a good and clean condition. The floors are very creaky and a bit uneven in places where the laminate has bowed. They provide a coffee machine but no pods. Could do with better / more pillows but bed was comfortable.
Overall very decent for same price would pay in hotel but get advantage of more space and living area.
- Angela (10/5): Excellent - Well what a lovely stay, apartment is excellent, very, comfortable, clean and warm, no noise, very relaxing, and plenty to see out and about , definitely would stay here again, especially if you want chill out time 😊
- Catherine (10/5): - Great apartment with everything we needed. Good location. Comfortable bed.
- Jennifer (8/5): Good in parts - The location of the flat was excellent and I loved the fact that I could actually open the windows properly without someone thinking I would jump out/fall out. However, as one of many people who worked in hotels many years ago , housekeeping used to have a checklist of 'guest irritants' to be ticked off - TV, light bulbs, heating etc. We had no broadband so only terrestrial TV, no heating and when we left a message, no-one called back. In hotels, service is what you are selling it isn't an add-on so it really isn't good enough. There were also dirty plates left in the dishwasher which looked slapdash
- CHERYL (10/5): - Great flat, spacious clean, great amenities, comfortable bed and easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.
- Andrew (10/5): Just great - Lovely place, rented an entire apartment for the same cost as a cheap hotel! I was shocked how big it was. Great location, couldn’t have asked for more. Will use again without question!
- PAUL (6/5): Mediocre - Well located, very central to the shopping district of Bristol.
It was cold the central heating was off as was the hot water.
Didn’t realise this till the morning, no hot water no showers
- Kelly (6/5): - It is a lovely apartment and the staff were amazing when we did not locate the key safe really polite and helpful. The lack of wifi was a disappointment when you are paying for a room. The roof area from one of the windows looked depressing so put some plants there maybe. Sadly Harvey Nichols was having building work on its sign. It was noisy all evening and early in the am. Its not your fault but we had hoped for a really quiet time and due to HN sign changing we had the noise of an engine running for the crane all evening and all morning. Also one of the showers does not work only cold water so I would fix. Pls sort out wi fi code as me and my sons had to use my hotspot
- Craig (10/5): Beautiful apartment perfect location - The apartment was beautiful me and my partner really loved our stay. We had one little issue which was quickly addressed. I read a review about the heating being to hot befire we went and i solved the issue. The thermostat in the apartment was set on certain days to 27.5 celcius, well i sussed that out rather wuick and adjusted it to 20 celcius for all days so the issue in apartment 2 should not arise again. 😉
- Peter laurence (10/5): - Great location you can park in the mall car park for £19 for 24 hrs
- phillip (10/5): - Fantastic accommodation, great location.
Only problem was check in, didn’t receive an instruction email and no answer when phond
- Subhendu (8/5): - The corridors appear not very professionally cleaned and have patches or spots which looks bad. I must say the inside of the property was very clean & tidy and hence the rating.
- Curtis (10/5): Bristol Weekend Getaway - Nice comfortable apartment in central part of Bristol. Quick response tp queries and easy contactless check in process. Will definitely use again
- Tom (4/5): Get what you paid for - Didn’t get what we asked for. Communication was appalling and took us an hour just to get into our apartment. Had to spend ages on the phone to reception to even find the building after being told they couldn’t even give a address, as there was only one? Despite being more than 4 buildings in the area. A disappointing start but we made the most of it.
- Adam (8/5): - Room was good. Location was perfect. Well stocked room. Walls paper thin, could hear everything next door.
- Stephen (8/5): - Good amenities and clean property. Location is very convenient with supermarkets and bus stops nearby. Urgent hotline and staff were helpful. But but but an expected experience during check-in. The receptionist not yet appeared for an hour after the as-said manned time.
- Thilaka (10/5): Dr Thilaka Ratnayake - The stay was more than I expected for the price. It was amazing. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and fantastic location.
- Catherine (10/5): Perfect! - These apartments are absolutely perfect for a weekend in Bristol. The location is amazing, directly across from Cabot Circus and 5/10 mins walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. We booked a 2 bed apartment which was really spacious, there were 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen/lounge area. The beds were really comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. Loved the Elemis toiletries. Great location.
- Frances (4/5): not again - The property was not at the address quoted and was difficult to find. It was lacking some essentials and had only two towels for two guests staying two days. Would not recommend.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent apartment. A fan in summer would be better - It was decent. It was summer and a fan in the apartment would have been made life easier. Had to leave the balcony door open in the night. But that means I had to sleep with constant seagulls cawing. Not a peaceful sleep.
- Elaine (8/5): Summer in the city - A stop-off on the way to a family holiday- this apartment was in a good location, it was well equipped and comfortable and the member of staff who greeted and checked us in was friendly and courteous.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely and clean, spacious and quiet, with everything we needed.
- Johanna (10/5): Amazing stay - Very clean, great location, good service!
- Spahr (10/5): Great apartment-sized space for a low price! - We had some difficulty finding the check-in desk and ultimately had to ask a local authority who remarked about the lack of signage and how no one could find it, and then pointed out a nondescript door with no markings (!?). Once we did locate it, we were greeted by a helpful and polite clerk, then taken to our room which was really more of a full-sized apartment located down the street and up two flights of stairs. The confusion/inconvenience aside, the room was fine. Not brand new, but clean and large with separate bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen areas. There was even a small balcony. Many amenities including washer/dryer, full stove/oven, and a decent sized refrigerator (no freezer). Private, with lots of light and space, an absolutely fantastic value for the price. Located in a large shopping district with any needs within walking distance. Also right next to a beautiful park with canal.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Slept poorly, too hot. 1st night the heating was on all the time, 27oC inside with no way of stopping it. 2nd night still too hot and couldn't sleep. The joints in the bathroom floor tiles were loose, the washing machine would not stop when programmed and was always at 50oC +, the coffee machine leaked and the dish washer didn't clean the dishes. Also, no bbc channels on the tv, poor reception. All-in-all disappointed.
- clare (10/5): FABULOUS - Fab. Lovely apartment. Clean, shiny and great location. Great staff. We had everything we wanted. Thank you
- Maria (10/5): Nice apartment in a good area - Good welcome at check in, apt had everything I needed including good coffee and bottled water so thank you. Comfy bed, fluffy towels yay. overall very good and highly recommend
- Gregory (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely apartment, perfect perfect location! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great apartment in great location - Fantastic apartment right in Bristol Centre by Cabot Circus. Everything about the apartment was 100% with the exception of inadequate coverage of the reception (few hours daily!) and being left out in winter cold during check in! However, the pros of the apartment compensate for shortcomings of the Reception.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was too difficult for me to find out the reception..
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is amazing and we loved it 👍👍👍🎂🎂🎂🎂🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Apartment was lovely. Check in is a bit of a palava.
- SHUK FAN (8/5): - Reception staffs are nice. The apartment is comfortable and has everything we need. Will stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall very good. Great location and very smart. Bit cold. Is there WiFi?
- Michelle (10/5): - My daughter and I accompanied my husband on a business trip, and this 2 bed/2 bath apartment met our needs well. It was clean, bright, spacious and very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and there were other nice touches (paper towels, dishtowels, dishwasher and laundry capsules, etc - things that are not always present when you rent an apartment). Excellent location in shopping district with restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Felt very safe as main door was secure, although would have been helpful to have staff there for more of the day. Had not originally planned to stay in this part of the city, but would definitely consider staying again.
- Deborah (8/5): - Good location. The sign at the entrance door could be a bit more visible. Also, there are no plug points near either of the mirrors in the living/dining areas! I had to use the one outside the bathroom to dry my hair!
- Daniel (10/5): Excellent propertt - Fantastic location and room. Did a night in on holiday because of this property and sitting room. Will definitely look at returning.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location! - Welcoming staff, excellent location (right in the middle of Cabot overlooking Brasserie Blanc. Apartment was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Great for an overnighter :-)
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice Apartment Close to Shopping Centre - It was very nice however in the ad it asked for a 250 deposit and upon arrival we were required 350. Other than that it was a great location close to cabot circus.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Hotel was very nice and clean and tidy with everything we needed and added to being in the perfect location
- Patricia (10/5): Central holiday Apartment - An ideal holiday apartment in the centre of Bristol.
- Dixnie (10/5): Home from home - only tidy! - PIcked this place last minute and was not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised - I usually stay in the Marriott - but from now on this will be my first choice. My room was lovely and clean - there was an outside area right by my door (I don't smoke but if you do then its ideal - not the usual 2 mile trek for a cigarette!. It was somewhere I could go and relax.
Don't rock up here if you need your room service but it you like some home comforts in a nice clean apartment in a lovely central area then this is a true gem. Sainsbury 100 metres down the road and little restaurants and lots of shopping just a stones throw away. And to top it all a REALLY comfy bed :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location and well kept apartment.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable hotel centrally located and close to many shop and Resturants
- Bristol (8/5): bristol apartments. - very nice, noise was quite bad with the windows open.
- Patricia (10/5): A gem - A well equipped apartment in an ideal area for shopping and sightseeing.
- Dave (8/5): Great location great place to stay - The place is hard to find. There was a leak on the stairs. Great rooms and all you could ask for. Great location. Price is not cheap.
- David (6/5): very basic - very basic, not one of the better apartments
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great
- Verified traveler (8/5): Cabot Circus Apartrment - When we arrived had to phone for the key. Got directed to the wrong apartment, which was a mess. Then got another apartment. Th entrance mechanism to the block was pretty bad.Almost went home but perceived, in the end the apartment was clean and spacious.
- Justin (10/5): Fantastic Central Bristol Location - Was a little concerned when I had a phone call to say that the reception desk would be closed. However the arrangements were easy and straightforward and the key was available at the apartment. Fantastic location - great for shopping and Cabots Circus restaurants. Very nice to have the extra space that a seperate living room provides and being able to make a decent cup of tea in the morning makes it more of a home from home. Highly recommended and will stay here again if the price is right.
- Not Provided (8/5): Good - Apart from a little issue checking in, all was good
- Deborah (10/5): Excellent - Went for a weekend loved the convenience of the apartment big, clean and comfortable definitely use again
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location
- Dave (6/5): Nice space but impossible to locate - Well appointed apartment but directions as to how to find it from the car park really need to be provided. When you're carrying bags after a long days work you don't want to have to aimlessly wander around Bristol with some phone instructions based on local coffee shops!
- Laura (8/5): Spacious apt in great location - Great location for shopping & restaurants. Spacious & comfortable accommodations but would not have stayed here if we'd known we were on the top floor with no lift as we had a lot if luggage. Would stay again in the future with less luggage to take up the stairs.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Graduation trip - Had booked a room for our daughters graduation in Bristol. Because the ceremony was at 3 we needed an early check-in - when we arrived there was a room ready for us. Staff were friendly and efficient and the apartment was lovely. It was located right in the centre of Bristol - near to shops and some nice restaurants. Would definitely book again.
- Maria (8/5): Nice apartment - Nice apartment,in a good area, near to shops, restaurants etc, one downside tv poor signal.
- Adrian (10/5): Great location for weekend away with friends - Perfect location for a getaway with friends, great location, exceptionally clean and great facilities, thank you very much!
- Dominic (8/5): Brilliant location. Nice apartment. - Perfect location. Easy to check in and sort keys.
