- Vivienne (4/5): Perfect for location for boats to Nusa Lembongan and for arriving late and leaving early - Location was great for boat to Nusa Lembongan This was our main reason of staying at this accommodation so we were sufficed with location comfortability and cleanliness. Rooms were less than average of cleanliness. Pool was very murky and looked unclean. Shower and toilet facilities were unclean cobwebs in all corners of the room and bugs everywhere on entering the room for the first time.

- Hugo (1/5): Avoid this hotel! Dirty room and unfriendly staff - Great location close to Sanur port. The staff was very unpleasant from the moment we arrived. The room was smaller than expected, the sheets were dirty, and the pillows had large stains. The toilet flush was broken. We asked if we could relax on the sun loungers after checking out, but the manager refused outright.

- Joy (4/5): - Location near the port The room, linens and towels are not clean. When I asked for the linens be replaced, the housekeeping staff seemed angry. The three staff that we met when checked in were not so friendly, unlike all the other stays we had. The check-in staff even made me pay upon arrival. When I checked the app, I saw that I already paid, so I asked for a refund, upon checking, he admitted that he was at fault because he just followed the previous shift's staff's notes and didn't check their computer records and promised that they will refund the duplicate payment the next day at checkout and inform the next receptionist. Upon checking out, it turned out that the next shift staff was not informed. At first, the staff on duty kept on insisting that I didn't pay online. I reiterated that the previous shift staff already checked and asked him to check again, and it took us minutes going back and forth with the conversation before the said staff checked the computer and agreed we already paid. Didn't even receive an apology from him unlike the previous staff.

- Kristina (5/5): Für eine Nacht ok, Nähe Hafen - Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt das sie günstig (14€) und direkt in der Nähe zum Hafen war. Für eine Nacht war es ok . Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, warmes Wasser. Der Innenhof mit Pool sah sehr schön aus. Bad war sehr dreckig mit vielen Haaren im Waschbecken und auf dem Boden. Bettwäsche hatte auch einige Flecken.

- Chris (4/5): Goed voor 1 nachtje - Het opgegeven adres klopt niet. De badkamer is vochtig en de kamer ruikt. Heel veel straat geluid via het verluchtings kanaal. Het ontbijt is zeer primitief. Je krijgt wat je vraagt maar dat is het dan ook maar. Betaald aan Booking en nog eens moeten betalen in het hotel. Goed voor 1 nachtje.

- Mathilde (3/5): Prisen var billig - man får hvad man betaler for. Ikke noget jeg vælger igen. - Det var nemt med en enkelt overnatning der, inden vi skulle til lufthavnen. Ligger meget tæt på færgerne. Det lugtede af fugt overalt på værelset. Sengetøjet havde pletter. Da vi kom ind, stod der en pose med pomfrit bakker fra de tidligere lejere. Poolen så beskidt ud - vandet var grumset og vi kunne ikke se bunden. Generelt meget urent over det hele. Borde og stole i fællesarealet stod rodet. Personalet gav inden information ved ankomst. Hverken om der var mulighed for morgenmad eller hvad tid vi skulle tjekke ud igen. Hotellet ligger meget øde fra butikker og restauranter.

- Michael (1/5): - It was close to the harbor which was good. The room was terrible, the AC was beeping uncontrollably the whole night and we were not even able to turn it off, there was make up on the pillows and the bedsheets were incredibly dirty, the bathroom was filthy.
