• karen (10/5): Home away from home for a relaxed atmosphere staff cannot do enough for you. Food is great. - The property is very clean. The staff are amazing close to everything. Has ATM on site which was great. Property is awesome. There was not one thing I can say negative about this property

• Ashley (5/5): It is what it is - The price per night is good value for money, and breakfast was simple but good. The curtain didn't block the light out, so your room was lit up all night, and aircon is noisy.

• Littieri (6/5): Not worth it - I can not think of one thing I’ve liked about it The Wi-Fi stops working every night about 22:30 and the reception is not willing to check, the “do not disturb sign” means nothing. The room is not quite clean and smells like mold.

• Channiago (7/5): - Lokasi hotel lumayan dekat pantai, harus jalan kaki dulu 5-10 menit. Tp harus hati2 krn banyak anjing berkeliaran di gang dr pantai menuju hotel. Staff ramah. Pelayanan cepat ketika minta sesuatu. Saya menginap 2 malam. Sayangnya kamar single sya lokasinya diujung, gelap dan agak lembab. Keran kamar mandinya kecil sekali airnya keluarnya. Hari kedua saya minta pindah kamar. Dapat kamar deluxe dengan balkon tapi harus upgrade dan tambah biaya. Lokasi hotel lumayan dekat pantai, harus jalan kaki dulu 5-10 menit. Sayangnya di gang masuk. Ke hoteldr arah pantai ada bbrp anjing yg bekeliaran. Dan ketika saya hendak balik ke hotel dr pantai, saya dikejar salah satu anjing disitu. Untung tidak kena gigit. Pengalaman ini bikjn saya trauma.
• Torbjorn (10/5): En oas, lugnt och skönt - En liten oas med fantastisk personal grupp, länge sedan jag blev så väl omhändertagen! Rekommenderar rum på nedre plan vid polen, så bekvämt. Vill du ha det lugnt och skönt då har du kommit rätt. Själva trivdes vi så bra att vi förlängde vår vistelse två gånger :) Fanns inget att anmärka på!!!

• Hayley (9/5): Quality place for a budget price and very central. - We used this accommodation for our fly out day, seeing as we didn't leave until 11pm. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is large and it's centrally located, but quiet inside that you wouldn't know you are in such close proximity to everything.

• Louis (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great. The staff were friendly. The room itself is spacious. Good wifi connection. The room wasn't very clean and the building itself needs serious upgrading as it's old and not in great shape. Overall, not recommended as there are much better options in the area for very competitive prices.
• Eric (10/5): Un séjour parfait ! - Tout, l’excellent rapport qualité /prix, tant pour le logement et le restaurant. Surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’ensemble du personnel. Rien, un wifi un peu capricieux quelques fois, mais c’est vraiment un détail.
• Albin (6/5): Absolut prisvärt o bra läge, annars inget märkvärdigt - Lugnt o prisvärt boende. Läget är även dunder eftersom de ligger en 4-5 minuter promenad från stranden. Så både nära, men tillräckligt långt bort från allt ljud! Bra pool o service! Frukosten var inget märkvärdigt men funkade, resturangen testade vi endast en gång då den inte nådde upp till standard enligt oss. Men finns många bra längs med strandgatan! Väldigt lyhört även fast vi bara hade grannar endast 1 natt. Även med ett rum imellan hördes vanliga ljud (alarm, vanligt prat).

• Ingrid (2/5): Styr unna - Hotellet og rommet er falleferdig og ligner slett ikke på bildene. Rommet var skittent med kjønnshår på toalettskålen, flekker på vsk og gulv. Det luktet muggent i hele rommet og kl 5 om morgenen luktet hele rommet eksos. Lukten var så sterk at den vekket oss.
• Ru (6/5): Lovely place to stay for the cost, clean, tidy and lovely staff. - Always a great place to stay when you land. I have stayed here for many years. Rooms are clean, place is nice and private, staff are lovely. For the price, this is a good place for a short while, usually before heading further afield. Close to everything Kuta offers. The beds are comfortable and clean. Love the staff here. For the price, nothing comes to mind. This is a great place to stay for what they offer.

• Fumiko (8/5): Great spot, kids loved the pool, staff were friendly and helpful. - Excellent pool. My teenage kids loved it and enjoyed playing there. They loved the deep pool and said this was the best pool! There was no one else there so they had it all to themselves. The aircon in the room was great, bed was comfortable. The location of the room wasn’t great, there was no balcony over looking the pool as advertised.

• Milos (7/5): Nice place, but there are things to consider - Good and the bad so you decide. Good - 1. Close to the beach in Kuta and the Beachwalk mall, walkable distance. 2. Rooms and batrooms are really big compared to other Asian destinations and you also get a balcony. 3. room cleaning every day. 4. There is a very nice pool to enjoy. 5. the restaurant can deliver food to your room, double burgers are great Bad. - 1. The sink is clogged so the water does not flow well, so when you shave or wash hands it get filled quickly. 2. the bathroom drain also isn't working well, and since the shower is not separated from the rest of the batroom, after you shower the bathroom floor is filled with water. 3. the traffic is crazy in Kuta so getting back to the hotel after you take a day trip will take you an additional hour only to get by in the traffic in Kuta.
• C (3/5): I was tricked into booking at this place thinking it was "Grand La Walon" on a non-refundable basis - Relatively clean. Hotel operator misled me into thinking that hotel was somewhere else. They put the hotel location at the "Grand La Walon Hotel" in Kuta when they are "La Walon Hotel" to charge me a higher room rate at a second rate location. Also, I had booked this under a "non-refundable" basis so I got scammed into staying at a different place/ location to where I thought I would be and would not be able to get my money back. Hotel is located directly opposite one of the largest construction site in Kuta and is operated by one of the largest construction firms in all of Asia being TATA Group. Don't expect any peace and quiet.

• Izumi (10/5): いつも快適なバカンスを満喫してます。 - 過去に何度も利用してるので、いつもと同じ内容になってしまいますがとても快適です。ビーチまでは徒歩圏内で大型ショッピングモール、レストラン、ローカルレストラン、両替屋やコンビニやランドリー等、なんでも揃います。ホテルの建物や部屋は老朽化はありますがとても清潔にしてあり、スタッフさんがいつも廊下やプール周りなどを清掃してる姿が見られます。 プールはとても快適で、のんびりとくつろぐ事ができます。 相変わらずシャワーの水捌けが良くないかな？あとは今回は2階の部屋だったからか排水口の匂いは気にならなかったけど、前回は3階だったからか少し気になりました。それはとても小さな問題です。
• luke (9/5): fantastic staff, true authentic local balinese vibe would highly recommend even just to visit the restaurant - swimming pool was well maintained had a good little sized shallow end with a wall to seperate the deeper end and was cleaned every night, grounds were always spotless, cleaning staff did an amazing job daily and were so friendly the joining restaurant has ice cold beers which is some times hard to find, good selection of alcohol soft drinks waters and the food was amazing, breakfast was included in our stay which was a big hit (none buffet) but delicious. had an Atm out the front which was also convenient as well as a convenient store across the street. also had a mini spa on the grounds which also offered massages and hair braiding. rooms aircon worked well 👌 the whole staffing team across the whole board were amazing and fantastic with children and made you feel incredibly welcomed. The property in general was quite outdated and slightly run down for the price compared to some other hotels around in the area. the street was very narrow and all one way streets can take a good 25mins to to get around the block in a car.

• Nicole (6/5): Stayed a week last year and nine days this trip, sadly won’t be back after this visit. - Pool is great, rooms are clean. Cocktails are great from the restaurant. We booked three rooms which had the same room name as last year when we stayed. The rooms we were given this year were VERY different; much smaller, smaller beds, older bathrooms. The bathrooms need an update and a DEEP clean. We had issues with the aircon in one of the rooms and for three days we asked for it to be looked at. Each day they told us it had been repaired but there was no improvement and was still blowing out hot air only. We had no hot water for three days in all three rooms, not a big deal being in Bali but still would have been nice to shower the children in warm water.
