• Abhishek (7/5): Good value for money - The apartment is spacious with very cosy and tidy rooms. The location is excellent and the view from the room is great. Good value for money. -The water heater in the room is an old heating system which meant that we struggled to get hot water for showers for 4 nights which is not acceptable. -There was a minor leak in the kitchen sink as well which was not cool.

• Valentin (9/5): - A fost aproape de plaja și de zona centrala.personal amabil Telecomenzile de la aerul condiționat lipseau din apartament, așadar a fost destul de frig noaptea, ferestre vechi din lemn. Pentru o noapte de tranzit a fost ok cazarea, raport calitate-pret. Se cere depozit 100e pt garanție, fapt care mi s a părut ciudat.

Имаше недуразумения и нямаше как да се изяснят, защото от рецепцията нямаха достъп до информацията по Booking. Като капак за всичко ни таксуваха с +50 евро. на нощувка. Апартамента е добър, но със сигурност избирайте минимум втори етаж, тъй като има заведение на партера и понякога компанииите са доста шумни до малките часове на ноща.

• Francesco (1/5): 3 giorni da incubo - Nulla, ma di quale struttura parliamo?? visto che ci hanno spostato tre volte Siamo arrivati a Casa Vacanze Maiori gestita da hotel Panorama (Maiori) e ci hanno assegnato un appartamento non corretto in quanto abbiamo prenotato per un appartamento vista mare e ci hanno assegnato un tugurio tra due palazzi, abbiamo trovato delle formiche e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente alla recepción ci hanno spostato in un’altra struttura (residence Angelina) sempre da loro gestita. Anche in questo nuovo appartamento abbiamo trovato molte formiche e siamo tornati alla recepción a farlo presente, nonostante le continue lamentele il personale si è rivelato completamente inadeguato ridendoci in faccia e offrendoci due monolocali distanti tra loro come soluzione finale. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare 3 appartamenti nei 3 nostri giorni di quella che doveva essere una vacanza, accontentandoci delle soluzioni offerte da loro che non erano assolutamente congrue all’appartamento gold da noi pagato profumatamente.

Ho aspettato 3 ore prima di entrare in casa perché mi veniva detto che non era ancora disponibile la stavano pulendo,dopo 3 ore sono entrato da solo e senza nessuno che mi avvisava e l'appuntamento era vuoto e molto sporco,i pavimenti luridi e pieni di capelli di donna,lo staff impreparato e con poca serietà,quindi per questo lo sconsiglio alle altre persone.

Abbiamo usufruito del posto auto coperto, essenziale per la zona molto affollata e dagli scarsi parcheggi. L'appartamento era molto pulito, grandi stanze, grande bagno. Disponibilità di televisione in ogni stanza oltre che nel soggiorno. Le coperte un po' vecchie

• John (7/5): - Nice location right on the seafront. Own indoor parking. The first floor of the building. There's a store nearby. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and good linens. Almost well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The key collection and check-in process was a bit inconvenient, likely due to the winter season. The requirement for a 100-euro security deposit was surprising. There were no decent wine glasses and good kitchen knives. The kitchen range hood was missing a connection above the stove.

• Bart (10/5): The location is great but what you get as an apartment is lacking quality for money. 2 bed with bathroom and kitchen (no - It was first line on beach front. Little bar outside building offering coffee pastry pizza slices and drinks. The area is stunning and close to all amenities with easy access on boat, bus and car. And I suppose it’s like for any other property in area. The little bar noises are noticeable at night as one of bedrooms is overlooking it. Would be good to upgrade glazing to cancel noise out. Kitchen was poorly equipped and dated in looks (scratched cupboards etc) as well as the apartment with little bit dirty walls. Needs refurbishment and refresh paint. Bathroom is dated as well and would be good to look at is as well. TVs are not smart tvs so no joy. The parking on street is available and paid by hour or by day. The hotel offers parking but paid as well. No free parking available anywhere around area unless with accommodation provided as standard.

We parked our car in underground parking under the house for extra money and used public transport. The apartment itself was ok, clean and nice with the sea view, a bit noisy because it is near the main street along the promenade. I would appreciate coffee machine and bigger coffee mugs.

• Nicole (9/5): We would stay again if we could get an apartment with a balcony. We live Maiori - It was a great location and nice and clean. The check in staff were super helpful and friendly. That we were on the ground floor, other apartments had a balcony, it would have been lovely to have that outside space too.

La ubicación fue la mejor de todas, justo frente a la playa con vistas al mar. Me arrepiento de no haber pasado más días ahí, todo fue perfecto, nos sorprendió porque el precio es exelente. El pueblo es bellísimo y muy tranquilo, quisiera volver!!! Todo fue maravilloso!!!

The person in the reception gave us wrong the address, and we lost time, carrying all our bags again. -The wifi in the apartment didn’t work, we called for support but reception just sent a person and didn’t do anything.

• BERNARD (10/5): Magical Maiori Memories. - Clean, comfortable and a great location across from the sea. Perfect for a family of 5. Loved having two full bathrooms, one bedroom with a partial view of the sea. And a washing machine with an outdoor line with clothes pegs. Supermarket close by. A children's park across the street. Maiori itself is the perfect spot on the Amalfi coast. Away from crowded Amalfi and Positano, both overpriced tourist locales, which you can still get to by boat or bus on day trips. Clear communication with the host at all times. It would have been helpful to have more basic kitchen necessities, like a cutting board and knife, dish towel, spatula, and more cooking utensils.

• Andrea (8/5): Ár-érték arányban teljesen megfelelő tágas apartman. - A városka -Maiori csodálatos. Tiszta utcák, parkok, kültéri szobrok, csodás növények és virágok a sétányon. Az apartman a tenger mellett található közvetlenül, közel a boltokhoz, szabad strandhoz. Garázs plusz díjért ugyan, de a ház alatt bérelhető. Hajóval utaztunk Positanoba, varázslatos látvány a tenger felől. A konyha felszereltsége kicsit hiányos volt. Üvegpohárból lehetne több, és vágódeszka, konyharuha jól jött volna. Nem lenne nagy dolog pótolni, de megoldottuk a problémát.
• Babak (7/5): All in all, a good place to stay - Good location at the beach front and close to bars and restaurants. Cool rooftop restaurant which was perfect for a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. We got free welcome drinks. The apartment was very bare. The bed frames were in such a desolate condition that we had to complain to the manager (we got free breakfasts for 4 as compensation). Some level of street noise .

We stayed there several days and nobody cleaned our flat on that period. Also there is no place to put wet clothes after the beach…. Also our flat was located on the groud floor and view out of the window was terrible and sounds didnt let us sleep all night!

• Helga (1/5): Never Again – The Definition of Bad Hospitality - It’s a good location if you want to visit Maiori By far the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Check in and check out are not even on-site. You have to walk 400–500 meters to Hotel Panorama, where Rosa Maria at reception was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. For someone working in hospitality, she showed zero courtesy or service. The final insult came at checkout when they demanded we record a video of the room to prove how we left it. This was never mentioned at booking and not written in the deposit agreement. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional. The property itself is falling apart. The beds are run down, everything feels neglected, and it needs serious maintenance. Not even to my worst enemy would I recommend staying here.
• Silvia (7/5): - L'appartamento vale esclusivamente per la posizione, si attraversa la strada e sei con i piedi in acqua Mi dispiace sempre dover scrivere recensioni negative ma avevo prenotato per una famiglia con 2 bambini piccoli di cui un neonato di 20 giorni e mi hanno assegnato un'appartamento con una pompa di calore sotto la finestra che non mi interessa di giorno ma di notte quando attaccava non era l'ideale, senza una zanzariera e non ho mai potuto aprire le finestre perché pieno di zanzare, casa trascurata e infine tavoletta del wc ingiallita.

• Ana (7/5): Relação preço-qualidade desproporcional - Boa localização, embora complicado para estacionar. Camas com colchões não tão confortáveis. As comodidades precisam de up grade, nomeadamente as janelas que não isolam o barulho da rua. Não gostei de deixar caução de 100 eur, o que nos obrigou a tirar fotos de tudo o que estava já danificado, para não haver problemas no momento da sua devolução. Não foi agradável. Relação preço-qualidade desproporcional.

Broken furniture and doors, lack of utensils. No sitting area. Was expensive compared to a much better place we stayed in the previous nights in the same area.

• Nina (10/5): Love Maiori - The location was perfect. You can take a ferry from Maiori to Positano and Amalfi. The host was very accommodating and informative.
• Maxi (1/5): Never again! - - First of all I got 2 Mails everyday for about 2 weeks for the online check-in (which was also annoying because you had to type the number of every passport for every person). And for the check-in we had to go somewhere else, which is probably no problem by car but we came by feet which means about 500m more (after 20km not funny). The check-in itself took like forever and we had to leave 100 Euros (what would have been a nice information in de 100 Emails I got before). It was not possible to put that as a deposit on the credit card - for what reason a credit card actually should be. Then we were told that we have to phone someone the next day to come and check if the room is still ok but STILL have to come back to the othet Hotel to give the key back. But we can also make a video? After we found out that we have only 3 towels for 4 persons. We tried to contact per Whatsapp, per phone (4 min in „please hold“), per mail and saw later that also one guy showed other persons how to come to their room - but we didn’t get one more towel. Next day we went to give back the key and showed the video which the guy didn‘t actually watch. And for all of that it was really expensive! Worst stay so far! (and we booked around 10 different rooms here in the area, so we really have comparison).
• Anoop (9/5): Superb - Top location and good facilities. Very helpful staff and excellent stay overall. The apartments were a tad bit dated but very clean and everything was as described, so no complaints at all. Highly recommended for a stay on the Amalfi coast.
