Guest Reviews
- Lawerence (1/5): Econo-distress - Room was clean and orderly. The lady who came out in person was amazing! From the time I walked into the lobby, i was greeted by a machine, not a person. On this monitor planted on top of the machine was a woman from another country. As if her thick accent wasn't enough to decipher, the connection kept going in and out making it absolutely impossible to understand her. It was no surprise she demanded more money than the booking said. Finally a local customer service rep came out to the desk and checked us in.
While checking in, we couldn't help but witness what looked like a homeless man walking through the hotel parking lot checking doors on vehicles.
Once in the room, the a/c didnt work to cool the room down. Jumped in the shower, and the water only reached a maximum temperature of barely lukewarm.

- Goss (3/5): Next time I would spend the extra $20 to get a better hotel. - It was as not far from the river front which was nice. My room had an odor to it and the microwave was dirty hair in the bathroom and on the sheets and when I took them off the mattress pad was stained. I was not comfortable. The facility was quiet though.
- Brewer (7/5): Friendly staff clean rooms - No breakfast served Coffee
- Gary (7/5): It was ok! - Bed & tv channels were great! Room was kind of bare
- Nancy (10/5): - It was quiet, clean & price was great.
- Angela (6/5): - Friendly and helpful staff The room wasn't as clean as the last time
- Lana (8/5): All in all it was OK. I made a mistake when I booked online and hope my mistake can be refunded. - The room was what was expected. A person to greet you instead of a machine.
- Joseph (6/5): - I felt the room could have been cleaner
- Poindexter-Huseby (1/5): - Nothing Double beds not Queen. They charged me $200 for smoking in room I'm a non- smoker. There was a video chat check in. Couldn't tell us where to park Uhaul didn't know anything about the property. I had to use my credit card for $40 deposit that I also didn't get back. Cost was over $300 for 9 hour stay. Never again.

- Zachary (10/5): Great experience - Very clean Not I thing I didn’t mind
- harold (6/5): - Location Lack of elevator
- Sandra (8/5): Good location and nice room - Nice shower and bathroom The mattress needs to change also because of the bed frame the mattress would slide down every time you sat on it

- Larry (7/5): Above average - The coffee choices was great The ac/heater was very loud causing us to turn up the TV. We did not want to disturb other guests.
- Carazolez (5/5): - Cleanliness No contention food

- Jay (7/5): Good room, comfy and good location. Have never seen a motel with no microwave. - I liked the decor. Neutral but efficient. One plug outlet had no power, so had to unplug the somewhat worthless clock/radio. (You could junk those. Annoying LED light and no one needs them) I brought food to cook. Only electric equipment was a wobbly fridge. No microwave? No microwave in the non existent lobby? No way to prep food. Yes, there was a restaurant next door, but that doesn't meet my needs. We brought food.
- Amber (8/5): I would stay there again. - Comfortable beds. Quiet except for the first morning when someone blasted a radio at 5 AM (it was probably another guest). Our plans changed and we unexpectedly left after two nights; I called and the person who answered the phone was very understanding and kind; we received a refund for the third night! The toilet was way too LOUD when we flushed. The room smelled like chemicals; maybe it was cleaning solutions but regardless it was too strong, like it was trying to cover up some accident.
- Irene (6/5): As above. - Very clean. Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The ice machine was broken. The pool was under repair. There were no muffins left at 7 in the morning.

- Irishcofe913 (7/5): - Conveniently off the freeway. Simple but comfortable. Great for the price.
- Cody (3/5): It could have been so much better - The location was great. The actual in-house staff were amazing and understanding when I brought up our issues. 1. That night time kiosk with the ladies working in the call center. She was talking with someone behind the screen for a solid 10 minutes with us waiting. We basically had to do her job for her that's nuts I don't want to pay to do another persons job I got so frustrated having to repeat what she said to us I was about to storm out and give up to call and ask for a refund due to horrible service.
2. Our room was not in good condition. It looked as though someone was trying to do drugs or something on the table or a small animal got to it. Water damage on the floor in restroom along with another person's hair.
You guys have such a great location there in Idaho Falls if you took out that kiosk hired some workers for nighttime that are local and who actually care and increase the standard for cleanliness on the rooms this would be an amazing stay.
- Lyn (4/5): It was ok for one nite just passing thru. - Good location The bed seemed small and the pillows were Terrible!!

- Brayan (5/5): -
- Murray (7/5): Was comfortable - Easy to get to off freeway The automated check in kiosk was brutal. The person on it had very poor English was terribly hard to understand.
The additional fee I had to pay over and above my already booking amount had me very mad. But talking to a person on automated machine was useless.
- Eric (6/5): -
- Salvador (10/5): -
- Douglas (5/5): - There is food places within walking distance. And close to the interstate on/off ramp. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The check in and check out was done on a computer I perfer a human.

- Stella (9/5): nice pool after a long drive - nice pool
- Cal (7/5): -
- Violet (10/5): Enjoyable - Amazing service, definitely coming back!
- Len (8/5): Econo - Very clean Bed was like a futon fold out
- Stephen (2/5): Not good. Security, communication, and cleanliness issues - Location, Price Access to office was blocked to cars because of a water pipe break. That’s ok. But in office there was a screen to sign with a woman from Orlando. Very loud, thick Indian accent, hard to understand. . When instructed to put my card in visa machine it fell to the ground dangling by wires. Then it wouldn’t work so the remote worker tried to buzz an on site employee. That was another 10 or so minutes. Then a woman in pajamas in a bad mood charged me $40 for “incidentals “ as is customary. The outside door to get inside wasn’t locked and wouldn’t lock. Poor security. There was black mold in the shower (all tile floor European style shower) Then outside our door at 6:30 AM there were workers (Hispanic migrants) talking loudly with a dog barking too) So, probably the worst stay I and my girlfriend have had. Did not expect this from an Econo Lodge.
- Brenda (5/5): good value but room was a little musty smelling - room was tidy and parking was easy the room had a musty smell
- Frank (2/5): - Charged an extra $100 for what exactly!?!
- Jarri (8/5): A pleasant stay all things considered - Check-in was a little rocky for the 2 guests ahead of me as check-in was being done via a kiosk. When it was my turn, I got a "live person" to talk to snd it went quite smooth. The motel is being remodeled so there were a few inconveniences that I believe will be remedied once construction is complete. No rooms were available on the ground floor due to the construction. No coffee was available when I checked out the next morning. My room was great! Comfy bed. There was a fridge, wifi, and a nice TV. The bathroom was nice. Very clean. Shower only. No tub. The AC worked great. Nice hardwood floors. Even with the inconveniences, I would stay there again. I had no trouble finding the hotel and getting to my room.
- Alice (2/5): No real people service. - Automated check in is a technical nightmare.
Price & comfort good.
- Raymond (8/5): -
- Arturo (10/5): - Clean place and nice staff
- William (6/5): - Stay was only ok. No breakfast of any kind. Very good coffee in lounge, however.
- Joe (10/5): - intrernet ok
- Abella (10/5): - Clean rooms nice staff
- Akshatha (4/5): - This property has decided to use a virtual check-in service which essentially employs an overseas call center. This was the worst experience I have ever had checking into a hotel. The background noise in the call center was ridiculous, and what should’ve been a five minute check-in process turned into at least half an hour. Same with checking out. Two seconds turned into over 10 minutes. I don’t understand why would be that difficult to just staff a person, a real actual Person rather than go through this route.
I would even overlook the fact that the property is clearly experiencing some construction/damage on the exterior if it wasn’t for that check-in service issue
- Isaac (6/5): - They have changed the method for the $40 deposit. It used to just have your card on file and now they're taking $40. I have yet to receive my $40 back. Expect to do so soon otherwise things will turn bad.
- Youngblut (4/5): - The tables and bedframe. There were little bugs all around the place.
- Chris (6/5): - Run of the mill Econo lodge. Clean and courteous
- Pule (2/5): - Checked in to 9 cop cars on the property, no
Staff to ask questions or even check us in, kiosk with a call center in another country was the only way to check in. Was woken up to bugs on my arm!! Not bed begs thankfully. The walls in the room were dirty and when I went to use the folded hand towel in the bathroom it was also DIRTY!
Never again will we stay here
- Tommy (6/5): - Some type of water issue was going on. Couldn’t access lobby very well.
