• leticia (3/5): It was not good. - The location was the inly good thing about the property I started in a room downstairs and there were loud people playing music in the parking lot outside of their room. Then i woke up to i think a flea because i killed it onnthe bed bitting me all over. I called and was changed to a room upstairs and the smoke detector didnt have a battery innit and kept beeping every minute. I gave up because it was like 2 am and i needed sleep. When i woke up i called to get it fixed while i was out for a few hours and it wasnt fixed. I called 5 more times to get it fixed and I was told the person could add a bettery at 2 pm. I came back at midnight and it still wasnt fixed. I called at midnight and they said they could change rooms or just unplug it.

Hello I expect a full refund justifiably speaking, which you should have offered me after all I shared with you.. 1.) Constant cc closed captioning issues 2.) No hot water 3.) Having o pay extra when my reservation states mini fridge and microwave in room 4.) Room not being made up daily 5.) Room being made up with same bedding, no new towels, having to ask for the floor to be swept and mopped and clean linens and towels 6.l broken glass shoved in shower drain cutting my feet 7.) Mo!d in sink and in room All Tod to front desk staff, maintenance etc. Your maids need to be fired the ones doing these things, this is unacceptable as I stated to Josh.

• April (8/5): - The building isn’t anything special. The pool has been filled in with dirt. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking was tight and this particular stay there was a moving truck taking up at the charging stations and a few additional parking spots. There don’t seem to be a lingering homeless population, but lots of warnings not to leave belongs in the your vehicle. Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms at 5pm.

I called staff and they said that that room was. So they double checked and it was booked for me. They I had the housekeeper banging on my door ask us if we paid for the room. They finally the solve the problem. They night checked for got to book the right room. Yes I would like a refund please. It’s was bad they lady next to us had men knocking on her door all night long yelling.!! No sleep at all for us!!

I understand that you get what you pay for but I don’t understand how there can’t be a little better expectation from the owners or management to keep the place CLEAN. Staff was ok but didn’t know where items were (coffee lids, etc.) Room 205 The room (floors, beds, sheets, appliances & appearance) seemed “ok”, BUT the bathroom was UNACCEPTABLE & UNWELCOMING! The shower floor was dirty and had stains around the edge. DEFINITELY used my flip flops. The shower curtain was nasty. Should be washed in hot bleach or replaced. I made sure my body didn’t touch any part of that shower. The paint in the shower floor was chipping exposing the underneath. The sink was missing the drain stop and had water rings from previous glass cups. The paint was dingy. Ceiling edges had stains underneath from previous mold. The walls should be repainted or at minimum wiped down and disinfected thoroughly. The walkway to the room was dirty. Yes I understand that these hotels attract truck drivers or construction workers with muddy boots and we can’t control their boot stomping to clear off the mud but we can control how long it stays there for. The floors had grime stickiness, and nastiness build up from the past. Trash cans full of pizza boxes and camera equipment had dirt & webs. I would hire 1-2 motivated people to do a 100% DEEP CLEAN & DISINFECT of each room, DAILY, year round. 3-5 room details, per day, would make a HUGE difference

The motel clerk did call a motel next door to get permission for my family to use the pool. The request was denied. The property is in sad shape. You get what you pay for. Lots of fast-food/casual options within walking distance.

I also liked that there were restaurants and food establishment nearby the motel to cure my hunger after a long day of driving. But the negatives when I entered my room was the presence of flies and while taking a shower, a small roach snuck out and taunted me. Of course I got rid of it. I had a hard time eating my dinner because I never knew if another roach would show up but the flies sure did. Buzzing around my ear and food. Also there was evidence of housekeeping not sweeping the floors or moppingand even not cleaning towels since some were still dirty. Thankfully there were some that "appeared" clean

The night before I went to the front desk for something, (they see you are standing there) and no one ever came, as they were applying acrylic nails in the back room.

• Steven (8/5): - This was a one night stay while we were on the road home. We had stayed here before. This was a standard Motel 6 room with few amenities besides a bed, a shower/toilet and a tv. We picked this place for travel convenience and the fact that it was clean rather than some great vacation experience. We did find ONE cockroach in the bathroom. Woodland's major industry is farming so this is not unusual so we didn't make a big deal about it (we were there to sleep). I reported this to the manager when we arrived home the next day and she said they would investigate & mitigate.

Room smelled like cigarettes, the floor was dirty, the AC vents were broken off so the cold air blew at the side of the bed so it took forever for the room to cool down. We could hear everything goimg on in the rooms around us. Sketchy dude kept riding his bike through the parking lot around the rooms. Several men standing outside their rooms smoking and checking us out as we unloaded the car. No elevator. There was a gas station very close by but I did not feel safe to walk to it. Had it not been 10pm and we were leaving at 630am I would have left. I highly do not recommend this location.
