• melinda (1/5): spend little more for better room its worth it (some other hotel) - checkout was the best part..i liked leaving that cochroach motel. worried id bring cochroaches home in luggage. homeless people and illegal activity in parking lot. Didnt feel real safe,or secure. offers for drugs were casual and insistent

• Jennifer (5/5): Rough start to vacation - The staff was very friendly Bare bones accommodations. Not sure I've ever stayed in a hotel with no alarm clock....ever. That said, we paid $70 for basically a bed, toilet and shower (leaky). The TV lost reception every 2 minutes so we gave up on it... and the fact the remote had no battery compartment cover, so batteries fell out constantly. To sum it up, don't expect a coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, clock, hair dryer, working TV etc. You get to sleep, that's it...if you can sleep through the drips from the shower. I would've filled out the survey card, but there wasn't even a pen provided.

• Crystal (5/5): Friendly Courteous Service; Extremely wet bathroom floor; Minimal Towels - Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Surroundings were quiet. Not enough towels for 4 people, couldn't get more because front desk said housekeeping had left. The gentleman did have a few floor towels and he gave me those. I appreciated his effort. The shower stall was open with only a curtain so the floor got extremely wet and there was no way to avoid it, which was very uncomfortable. One tiny bar of soap, so be sure to being your own.

• Robert (4/5): Disappointing - Good price had a 2 day stay second day was locked out no res so I checked or stayed checked out but they still charged the 2 days Tv sucked they checked me out and still charged the second day So there is that

• Gabe (2/5): Very forgettable! - The bed was clean & well made. The staff however were very helpful & warmed up my food without a fuss. Thank you. At time of registering, they asked men if I needed a microwave & fridge. Without thinking I declined. So, the room was about as bare as could possibly be. Now the bathroom..another story altogether!! the shower leaked all night . And when you pulled it on, it was a trickle of water at best . Ditto the faucet on the washbasin . The door to the bathroom was wet & pealing paint flakes at the bottom. There is cheap & then there is cheap!! I have stayed at MOTEL-6 all over the country. But this took the cake.! ps: I rarely do reviews, usually it's the good ones! But this one needed "special mention"

• Ronald (3/5): Not good. - Location. Right off the freeway. Our reservation was cancelled without our knowledge and we were not given a reason it was cancelled. The first room we were given was nice but we have cpap machines and no plug ins by bed, so were given another room, but that was a smoking room and it did stink, but we had no other option. We will never use Motel 6 again.

The staff was very helpful, especially when we had one of the customers.At the hotel was trying to fix his vehicle.He was playing his music way too loud at six in the morning.The guy at front desk went out and told him to turn it off or turn it down. The beds were sinking in the middle. Me and my wife was tight. The floor was dirty. But it was cleaned up the next day. Every time we used the air conditioning unit, it smelt of mold. So we had to sleep with the window open.

• Katie (2/5): - Rooms don't have any shampoo or conditioner, and no fridge or microwave. The bed was a spring mattress, which was quite uncomfortable and only 3 very flat pillows. The area seemed a little sketchy and might have long term people living at the hotel. The noise from the freeway is pretty loud. It was a cheap hotel for the night, but next time it'll be worth the extra $20 to stay elsewhere.

• Sheryl (6/5): - I don’t like writing bad reviews….and this isn’t a horrible review but neither is it a great review. When I got to the hotel, the clerk first told me they had to cancel my reservation because a large group had come in and taken the rooms…..(but I had already paid for the room!)……..and then she was finally able to get me into a different room, without the microwave or a fridge…..which at this point I was fine with, because I was so tired. I got to the room and it smelled like cigarettes even tho it was a no smoking room. The door didn’t shut tightly, so you could see light around the door. The walls were so thin you could hear people talking next door. The hot water in the bathroom sink only came out as a trickle and when I went to take a shower, it took forever for the hot water to come out and the water pressure was really low. The mattress was absolutely horrible……the worst one I have ever slept on! The springs were popping up through the mattress and I had to work to find a comfortable position. I don’t usually write these kinds of reviews…..and I was grateful to have a place to lay my head after a long day of driving …..and the folks at the front desk were really nice…..it was just a really bad room. Hopefully their other rooms are in a much better shape. I had slept in a Motel 6 the night before, in Salem, OR and it was a great experience. So I was bummed to have a totally opposite experience this time.
• marjorie (6/5): Friendly staff. That's all. - The people that work here are the best part. Super friendly and professional. Otherwise- it is a motel 6. The rooms are smaller than most other motel 6 locations even. This location is old, and it shows. Out shower felt like it was going to fall through the floor-which is probably why there was so much caulking in it. There was more caulking than for! The beds were lumpy and not very comfy. Never enough blankets, but we know that and brought our own. But super friendly staff!

• John (9/5): It was fine - The facility and staff were good. It’s right next to the Harley Davidson dealership and there is constant loud motorcycle traffic going past or in the parking lot. They should provide earplugs or install better windows. The Harley crowd are good people but they are not good neighbors.

Terrible place. Had to book another hotel 1.5 hours after checking in. Didnt even stay the night
