Julia (10/5): Hostel tranquilo, elegante y acogedor - La habitación era muy agradable, bonita, con un baño increíble, cama cómoda y una sensación de lujo compartido. El hecho de que tuviera spa me sorprendió, es bonito pero no tuve tiempo de usarlo. Todo estuvo muy bien, de verdad que no tengo ninguna queja.

Jan (7/5): - Top Lage, nahe bei der Fähre nach Valletta aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Lecker Bäckerei nebenan. Die Sauberkeit im Küchenbereich war nicht sehr hoch. Das liegt aber eher an den Gästen, als am immer bemühten Reinigungspersonal. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist stark Personalabhängig.
Marjorie (10/5): Très chouette auberge de jeunesse - Très jolie petite auberge de jeunesse avec des chambres confortables, un accès au spa et au sauna à la demande, un accès Wi-Fi. Les prises nécessitent un adaptateur. Emplacement idéal à 200 mètres de la mer et des arrêts de bus. Un Lidl à proximité pour faire ses courses. La cuisine est spacieuse avec une jolie terrasse ombragée. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, vous pouvez demander une serviette propre chaque jour pour votre toilette. Le personnel est très agréable et tout est fait pour le confort des clients. Lorsque vous arrivez, vous pouvez demander un cadenas à prêter, c'est gratuit (c'est bien de le rendre à fin quand même hein ;-) ) Le seul bémol concerne la vaisselle. Les résidents sont censés nettoyer leur vaisselle, mais tout le monde ne joue pas le jeu.

Una geniale trovata artistica dell'archietto che nell'ispirazione avrà dimenticato i più basilari principi di privacy. Unfortunately, this time the experience was completely ruined by the staff. In particular, the woman who wore a black jacket every day was extremely rude and arrogant throughout my stay. I asked for clarification because the amount charged did not match the price I had booked. She claimed it was due to an additional environmental tax imposed by the government. However, the calculation still did not make sense, and when I questioned it again, she responded with an aggressive attitude, saying, “I already told you many times.” Eventually, I contacted Booking.com customer support, and it turned out that the property had actually overcharged the city tax. Even after this was clarified, there was no apology or willingness to admit their mistake, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, during check-in I was asked whether I needed a towel, but because of the payment dispute, I was never given a towel or even a locker key. I had to spend time without them until I asked again myself. The staff’s attitude remained unfriendly and unprofessional until check-out. It is especially disappointing because I had a good impression from my previous stay. This experience completely ruined my memories of Malta, and I will never stay here again. 以前宿泊した際は、施設も清潔で立地も良く、とても満足していたため、今回も再度利用しました。しかし、今回はスタッフ対応があまりにも酷く、非常に残念な滞在になりました。特に、毎日黒いジャケットを着ていた女性スタッフの対応が終始横柄でした。予約時の金額と請求額が異なっていたため説明を求めたところ、「政府の環境税が追加になった」と言われました。しかし計算が合わなかったため再度確認すると、「何回も言ったでしょ？」という高圧的な態度を取られ、とても不快でした。その後、booking.comのカスタマーサポートを通じて確認した結果、実際にはcity taxを過剰請求されていたことが判明しました。それにもかかわらず、自分たちのミスを認める姿勢は一切なく、誠実さを感じませんでした。さらに、チェックイン時に「タオルは必要か」と聞かれたにもかかわらず、料金トラブルの影響なのか、私だけタオルもロッカーキーも渡されませんでした。こちらから確認するまで放置され、最後まで接客業とは思えない対応でした。以前は良い印象を持っていた宿だっただけに、本当に残念です。今回の滞在で、マルタ旅行の思い出まで台無しになりました。もう二度と利用しません。
Thiza Rose (10/5): It is great value for the money. The location is very near the bus and ferry stops. Very walkable and I love the two pil - Two Pillows. Literally. I love having extra pillow. 😊 Also, the staff are friendly and super professional. The outside/other rooms noise but it is expected when booking into hostels. At one point, I got woke. Up from what I thought was an altercation but it was just other guests coming but it was bit loud noises.

And at the same time is not in a nosy area - just a few minutes walk from the busy road. The stuff is really welcoming and ready to help, wether you need an iron or hair dryer, or have problems with your booking. Very well equipped kitchen and towels are included in the price of standard sharing rooms. Just be careful when booking the shared room via booking. It was not mentioned that on booking there are underground floor rooms and they are not good, as well as their bathroom which is used for 3 rooms. Take a standard one.

El lavamanos del baño es muuuuy incómodo, imposible lavarse las manos o los dientes sin derramar agua. La limpieza muy regular, hubo un día en que fueron a hacer las camas, pero no limpiaron el baño y estaba hecho un desastre. Le dije al chico de la recepción que por favor lo limpiara, fue a la habitación pero lo dejó igual. Había muchos zancudos, no había hairdryer, ni control del aire acondicionado.
Lenart (10/5): - Amazing option if you want to stay in a hostel - very nice and quiet, still a bit social. Great price, great location just a short walk down the street to the ferries. I would recommend to anyone on a budget. They do allow to keep your bags after the checkout too, so if you're still exploring, it's very handy. It does have a 24/7 kitchen, and the room I was in had its own bathroom. Theres no curtains on the beds, but because it was so quiet and everyone was very respectful of the night-time it didn't bother me. If there was more people in my room, then it mightve been a problem.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple, la literie est de qualité, la chambre est très propre rien à dire,, salle de bain parfaite on s'est senti très bien dès notre arrivée. Le spa est super ! grand jaccuzi avec sauna douche et sanitaire. L'établissement est propre et bien décoré. Vous avez également accès à une cuisine commune bien équipée et à une terrasse pour vous restaurer en extérieur. Restaurants et magasins à proximité immédiate. Je vous recommande de réserver dans cet établissement pour votre séjour à Malte. Rien, tout était parfait

Sobala (9/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja w Sliemie. Bardzo blisko do promenady, przystanków autobusowych oraz promu do Valletty. W pobliżu kawiarnie i dziesiątki restauracji. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój czysty, dobrze wyposażony i wystarczająco przestronny dla 2 osób. Akustyka pokoju mogłaby być lepsza. Trzaskanie drzwiami i hałas z ulicy był wyraźnie słyszalny. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen, to polecam zatyczki do uszu. Trzeba również pamiętać, że w budynku nie ma windy. Dla nas nie był to problem, ale trzeba wliczyć dodatkowe kardio na schodach.

Posizione comodissima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare con le imbarcazioni per andare a La Valletta. Bell'edificio e belle anche le zone comuni. Scale un po' strette se si hanno valige ingombranti.

happy traveller (7/5): - A huge thank you to Stephania for helping me with everything. The hostel is a great place to stay. I really like that the kitchen is open 24/7. The sauna is simply amazing. I had a problem with my things being taken from my room without permission. The administrator thinks my slippers could ruin the mood of everyone using the terrace. For example, it's normal for a man to sleep in dirty shoes on the top bunk, and for a woman to forget three pairs of shoes next to my bed, but my slippers outside the door are unacceptable. I was shocked. I think the accusation was unprofessional, but an apology would have been nicer. She also gave me incorrect checkout information, and I was stressed. I can't wait until 11 a.m. if I have a really early bus.

Kenza (9/5): Fabuleux séjour à Malte - L'emplacement est fabuleux pour découvrir Malte : les ferrys et les bus sont à 2mn à pieds de l'auberge. Elle se situe dans une zone résidentielle tranquille. L'accès y est très simple. Un Lidl se situe juste en haut de l'auberge à quelques minutes à pieds également, ce qui est très pratique pour se ravitailler. Les horaires du spa ne permettent pas d'en profiter après une journée de balade (celui-ci n'ouvre qu'à partir de 10h et est fermé à partir de 19h, ce qui est relativement tôt...) ; il faut également "prévoir" de réserver un créneau en amont pour pouvoir espérer profiter de celui-ci. C'est dommage, je n'ai pas pu en profiter durant mon séjour du coup.

Я прокинулася, і побачила на руках та спині червоні характерні плями від укусів. З цим треба щось зробити. Це вперше мене покусали клопи. А так із звичайного, немає шторки для усамітнення на ліжках. І дивно, що туалет та душ не розділені і знаходяться прямо біля ліжка.

La nostra stanza da 6 aveva solo un bagno esterno (e lo usava chiunque nell’ostello perché non c’era la chiave). Una mattina alle 8.30 circa il lavandino dell’unico bagno che avevamo a disposizione era pieno di vomito e nessuno aveva pulito. Sulle lenzuola c’erano delle macchie. Un soggiorno di 4 notti mi è costato €160, non lo consiglierei. Lo staff non recepisce le critiche e anzi si pone in modo presuntuoso, non hai la sensazione che qualcuno ti voglia aiutare.

Jenny (10/5): Easily the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in. It made my stay! - The location was perfect to access to everywhere on the island. I visited Valetta, st Julian’s, St Paul’s bay all by public transport within 5 minute walk of the hostel. There was lots of shops bars and restaurant nearby. The hostel was incredibly clean, the shower was so hot and like a hotel, and the spa topped it off! The kitchen and relaxation areas were great. Also, a shout out to the lady who worked there on reception. Sorry I’m not sure on her name, but she was so attentive and really helped a lot, a great asset to your team and clearly cared a lot about looking after the guests. The man who worked there was also nice and gave me access to the spa when I arrived too early for check in, but he was more quiet. I wish there were curtains on the beds, that would make the stay perfect. This almost put me off booking the hostel

karen (8/5): Excellent hostel in a great location - Excellent location a few minutes from the Sliema waterfront and ferry terminal. The rooms were super clean with very comfy beds and a nice ensuite with powerful shower. Check-in was very straight forward and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. WiFi was good thought the building. Because this is an old building, the social areas are split between floors with the kitchen feeling a bit crowded at times and only the one communal table to eat at. The living room area is in the basement, so feels very dark during the day - which doesn't encourage you to want to sit and relax. While the small spa is a lovely addition, the water in the jacuzzi could be a few degrees warmer and the floor is quite slippy when wet, so care is needed. These are all small things in comparison to the overall excellent experience.

MARTA (10/5): Fantastic for a weekend out with friends - Beds are extremely confortable. Dorms are big, distance between lower bed and upper bed is big, so there's no feeling of lack of space. Also distance between the bankbeds. Big rooms with lots of space. Friendly personnel. Big kitchen with lots of kitchen utensiles. Our dorm had no toilet and shower inside, so we needed to go out to the corridor.
