• Daniel (1/5): Great place for the price. - I really did enjoy the room. Very clean. Very modern look. My room even has a kitchen which wasn’t expected. Perfect for a quick stop driving up or down the coast. I felt the parking lot was a bit cramp up. But that wouldn’t stop me from booking again here.

• Audrey (10/5): Great value in Santa Barbara! - The property was well-located, near the freeway and close to the beach and downtown. The proprietors were very welcoming and accommodating. The bed was nice and firm; the sheets, towels and room were spotless; the amenities were just right; the room was quiet and spacious. There is ample parking. We will return on our next trip to SB!

All the same pillows, so nothing to choose from. No nightstand lamp. You have to turn overhead lights and wake everyone up at night if you need to use the bathroom. Very strong bleach smell in the room. I understand things have to be sanitised/laundry washed, but there are other things to use besides the bleach.

• Ard (7/5): Good value - Good value and walkable to shops and the iconic Santa Barbara church. Also near bus stop to downtown. The room was comfy and nice. The floor was a bit dusty and the underside of the toilet seat had a little smear, the staff can more attentive when cleaning. AC can be a bit loud. Overall it was a nice stay!

It was quiet enough that I had great rest. And dark enough so light did not penetrate. I appreciated that they had hangers in the room to easily hang up my work clothes. Location is great because it is not on a busy street. I would have wanted the wall with the adjacent room to be more soundproof. I could hear the people moving around in the room as if they were inside my room. Despite this, they were not loud enough to bother us.

• Aly (4/5): - The Indian lady staff was very rude. No customer service care. Her treatment towards a guest is like a homeless peasant. Horrible woman. If you want to visit Santa Barbara, don't come to this low class motel. You will not get the best service unless you are in a low budget. Go to the next motel across the street. The Indian guy is much better in answering question.

• Jessica (2/5): Pay the Extra Fifty for a Better facility - The bed was comfortable. There was no remote for my television, so no TV. Lighting was fluorescent and limited, no lamps. The beds were too big for the room, so I had to side step into the bathroom. No waste basket in the bathroom. Lots of dinge around (see photos). I had to run the shower 5-7 minutes to get warm water. When I checked in the bathroom window was open but the screen was broken. Parking was not easy to get in and out of (at least the spot I had). The patio furniture was a folding chair. There was a man laying on the floor outside of my room eating a banana.

• Jade Bertagnolli (10/5): A quaint little motel with very nice staff - The staff were very friendly and the motel is actually really cute. The beds were fairly comfortable, I slept pretty well. Everything was clean and there were enough towels. The shampoo could be better and the hair dryer stopped working after 2 minutes of use. Minor things that can be fixed though
• Brittany (1/5): Terrible - There was not one thing I did like. Terribly loud neighbors from 9pm to 12am. Finally called the manager at 12am and had to call a total of 3 times and he didn't want to take any responsibility or accountability. We were traveling through on a family vacation with 2 young children. None of us could get to sleep and he wanted us to get even less sleep and call the police. Not something I want to do, or should have to do. I paid $190 for the room for the night, which is not a cheap room. I would expect to be able to sleep there. It's a real disappointment that those being quiet are forced to move in the middle of the night. The room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the pillows and bathroom walls and the outside looked dangerous. Terrible parking. The refund process with booking.com is a joke and I won't be using them in the future.

• Suzanne (1/5): I did not stay because she was not even there for her customers, days or evenings and the kid who took over did not seem - It was a nice room The lady in charge was never available. She lost a lot of money because I wanted to book five more nights but when she was not available two nights in a row and all the kid could say at the counter is “she is not available” or “she is gone”.

The shower head or water pressure both need to be evaluated.

• Bik-San (9/5): Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again if we were in the area. - Very clean. Comfortable new beds. You could tell they had recently renovated the room. It was way better than we had expected given the very affordable price especially for a last minute booking. The room was close to the busy street so it was a bit noisy for my friend but I enjoyed having the white noise cause I suffer from tinnitus.

• Jonathan (8/5): - The mattress, desk area, tv, fridge/microwave/coffee maker were all great. The bathroom renovated looked great. The room being the size it is it fit a lot of things like the fouton and a desk. The thing about the "family suite" to be exact room 202, was how close the next room 201 is. You could hear every conversation they're having so I would feel like my footsteps or even me watching tv were annoying them as they would slam something to make me know they can hear. Also the light outside the desk window was awful if u like to sleep in pitch black, the light was so bright it almost lit up the whole room. Everything else about the room were pros more than cons

• Jonathan (9/5): Room 5 is a solid room if you're looking for comfort - Love room 5's vibe to it, is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Big sink area and bathroom looks renovated. its in the corner of the hallway which is great for people who doent like to be in middle rooms. I didnt like the neighbors next door, would slam the door and purposefully stomp if I made a sound. Which is not the properties fault Also shower head needs a fix but other than that, room is 10/10

Always seen this Inn when im driving finally gave it a chance and its a FIND! - What i liked about the property was the late check in option and how fast it was. Also since it was around 1 am it was nice how the front desk lady didn’t charge me a deposit. The room shocked me on how niceeee it looks and how spacious it was for the price i paid, and for it being an “inn” I definitely would stay, i loved my rooms location too, it was hidden in the upper street level. What i “disliked” was the light coming from under the door but no other complaints. Everything was very nice and comfortable
