Wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask if I was a Hilton rewards member or give us any information about the complimentary breakfast. Another receptionist did fix my rewards when I asked later. I want a refund for the extra charges for the two rooms I booked.

• Curious757661 (10/5): Wonderful customer service. - My daughter and I were in town for a concert and stayed at this location. We arrived on August 3 and checked out August 5. Everyone we encountered from the front desk to housekeeping was incredibly kind. We arrived really late one night after the concert and the night agent took the time to check to make sure we were ok. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, water pressure was good. If we ever come back to Greensboro we would select this property again simply for how genuinely courteous everyone was.

• amandaoN7109YO (4/5): Needs a lot of help! - My family are Hilton Gold members- all earned at Home2Suites with the exception of 5 nights at Tru locations. We've stayed in many Home2 locations. This location seems to be relatively new with a lot of kinks to work out. I have never had so many issues at a motel and we were only there one night. Wayne who checked us in at the front desk was professional and very kind. He seemed like he really wanted to make it a welcoming environment. It was well-decorated and clean downstairs. Our room was almost laughable. The table had a broken wheel that was so badly damaged we couldn't even figure out what had happened. We're guessing it arrived damaged and Home2Suites hasn't fixed it. Wayne offered us a different room but we were exhausted from a long day of driving and leaving early the next morning. By the next morning I wished we had taken a different room to see if things would have been better. After eating dinner on our laps because the table was busted, my son went to take a shower. He said the shower was coated in gel. As though someone had covered every surface in gel. Not sure if housekeeping uses a gel cleaner that didn't get cleaned off or what happened. He was in the shower for about an additional 10 minutes just trying to clean off all the gel. The A/C sounded like an engine and the thermostat was 2 degrees off. We hardly got any sleep because it was SO loud. We would try to set it lower and it kept running in spite of being adjusted. Usually Home2Suites are pretty sound proof. I could hear the neighbors TV and the neighbor snoring loudly. Around 2am a ticking sound started in the bathroom. I got up to try to figure out what it was to no avail. Shutting the door seemed to help a bit. Whatever it was, the people upstairs must have heard it too because I heard them walk to the bathroom and back to bed right around when I got up. We went to go swimming and the pool chemicals smelled so bad our noses burned. Home2Suites pool chemicals have never bothered us before and we're a pretty chemically sensitive family. Opted not to swim. The internet went out multiple times and I had to restart my computer and log back in each time. It only worked consistently for maybe 20 minutes. Couldn't get my phone to connect to the WiFi at all. Our TV remote kept going out as well. Finally gave up and turned off the TV and played a board game instead. These all seem like they may be kinks related to this being a newer property. It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here to barely get any sleep and feel like the place was falling apart on us.

There were restaurants and places to shop nearby; I enjoyed a meal at the Cheesecake Factory and also got it in a little bit of shopping at TJ Maxx! I had a nice time in Greensboro even if it was only for a short period of time. I would visit Greensboro again.

• Dannae (6/5): - The property is close to GSO airport, like 10 minutes away. The attendants at the front desk during check-in and checkout were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. My issue was when i booked the room it showed the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport which is one reason i selected it. Upon check-in i inquired about the shuttle times only to be told they haven't had shuttle since covid. So I had to Uber which was not a planned cost, considering the room cost and it took a while to find a driver very early on a Saturday morning. Lyft wanted $68 for a 9 min ride 😬.
