Beach Chairs, Fahrräder, Equipment für Tennis und Basketball kostenlos, auch Waschmaschine und Trockner!! Nahe zum Strand und Downtown Gegenüber war die Raucherecke erst lauter zum Einschlafen. Dort wurde nach unserer Mittelung ein Schild aufgehängt und dann war es zum Schlafen ruhig

513chet (10/5): Wonderful quite vacation - The villas are reminiscant of old Florida but have been modernized nicely. They are comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and resposive to any needs that may come up. It is a beautiful location with lots to do, beaches, biking, tennis, shopping the arts, and more. The villas are within walking distance to town, beach, tennis etc. Lots of amenities-bikes, beach spplies, free laundry facilities. We have been coming here annually for the past 6 years and plan to return next year.

The rooms are clean and the facility is overall nicely maintained. The staff is always available when we needed something or had a question; and, they are quite pleasant and kind to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely accessible to stores, restaurants and the beach. A little piece of paradise!

Toilet was way too low. Commercial paper towel and toilet paper holders were tacky. Couch was not comfortable and had no pillows to help. No coffee table to put drinks on.

The Villa is in a beautiful area and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and minutes away from the beach. The staff was friendly and the rooms very clean and sweet. The rates were very reasonable. I will absolutely book another stay. Everything. Nothing disappointed us.

Location was ideal- you could walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach was also walkable but not in this Florida heat. The parking was just a little tight- but you could park in the street if you wanted to.

Location is great, rooms are updated and staff are helpful. Nice amenities like free bicycles with helmets, quality barbecue grills, and a large in-ground pool.

Little things like a very flimsy cheap toilet seat and the smallest possible soap and shampoo samples can be improved on.

Parking can be tricky but as long as everyone follows the pattern, it's fine. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice and well kept. They have everything from bicycles to spare coolers and even beach combing gear for guests to borrow daily. We enjoyed our stay at the Venice Villas very much.

The location couldn’t be better, too. 🌴✨ I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It will always be my go-to whenever I’m in Venice Beach. 🥰

Villa we had (10) lovely and quiet looking onto the pool. Well equipped, clean, option of cooking , comfortable bed and all and more you wish for. Staff very friendly and communication before was fab. Met by Ken, who was friendly and very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. We returned from last year and will have no hesitation in coming back , you will not be disappointed.ample free parking on site.

They even had bikes, beach chairs, laundry, and other items for us to use. We were pleasantly surprised because we didn’t know they would have so many things available when we booked. The pool was very clean, as was every other part of the villas. We loved it and will definitely stay again. It was walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and the beach. Also! They provided a helpful book of important information, things to do, menus from local restaurants etc. that was a great and welcoming touch. Loved it!

The amenities that were available to borrow really made the trip much easier since we didn’t have to buy a bunch of extra beach supplies just for the trip. The villa was very clean, in a great location, plenty of parking and there were free bikes to ride. The ac was really cold! It was also very quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed and there was a nice sized fridge. Walking distance to the beach and historic downtown with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool was a good size.I would definitely stay there again! My only complaint was one gate going into the pool area didn't close and it was wedged open with a brick at all times. Being a swim instructor for children this is very dangerous. A proper pool safety lock should be installed and the gate should never be wedged open. Another umbrella where the pool lounge chairs were.

Less than 5 minute drive to Tamiami Trail, yet quiet all hours of day. I stayed in large comfortable and lovingly decorated studio apartment, but larger rooms were available. They provided lots of beach equipment to borrow. Pool was heated and super clean with an outside shower. Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a beach getaway. Pool was close by, clean and well landscaped. 5 minute walk to downtown Venice Beach, 6 minute drive to Casperian Beach with clean public bathrooms and rinse off shower. Less than 5 minute drive to Tamiami Trail, but quiet. Lots of beach equipment and bikes to borrow. Lovely hosts and staff. Price was right and location perfect. I really hated to leave. I will return. Parking inside court was a little tight, but plenty of street parking right in front.

The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants, bars and shops nearby. If you want to practice sports, there are tennis and basketball courts in front of the property that can be used freely. Honestly, there is nothing negative to mention about our stay in Venice and particularly at Venice Beach Villas
Kari (10/5): Old Florida Gem in center of town - My husband and I stayed for two nights at the lovely Venice Beach Villas this past weekend. We were so impressed with the full size fridge, stove top and micro. We could easily stay here a week comfortably. The Queen bed was comfy, the whole place was very clean and we had two tvs. The bonus was the nice balcony overlooking the pool which was also very clean and well maintained. We walked to downtown restaurants and the beach easily. This is an Old Florida gem that hasn't lost its sparkle. We will be back!

There was very little hot water in bathroom & kitchen, very poor water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower & kitchen sink, slow drain in kitchen sink, broken toilet handle, extremely DARK in all rooms, light bulbs were very low wattage, old menus in welcome binder, broom with bent & damaged bristles with hair & dust in them, rusty & broken beach chairs, no vending machine as stated on website.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the beds are SO comfortable! The location is also perfect in my opinion. Come out of the parking lot, take a right and walk a couple of blocks and you’re in the heart of downtown Venice with great shops and restaurants. Take a left, walk a few blocks and you’re on the sand in beautiful Venice Beach. I highly recommend Venice Beach Villas!
