- Frank (1/5): Die Hölle von Simirone - Nichts In unzähligen Hotelaufenthalten habe ich noch nie so ein unsauberes und schreckliches Zimmer vorgefunden. Mit drei Sternen ist dieses Haus absolut überbewertet.Geruchsbelästigung von Reinigungsmittel oder Heizöl im Flur und Treppenhaus unerträglich. Bad was den Namen Bad nicht verdient. Geruch,Schmutzig,Winzig......... Und das Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe. Mir ist unverständlich wie dieses Hotel so angepriesen werden kann. Selbst dss Etui für die Schlüsselkarte war dreckig , mehrfach benutzt und schon mit Tesafilm geklebt , man sollte für diese Nacht Schadenersatz bekommen.

- WeepingAngel (7/5): - Das Hotel liegt 33 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Allerdings ist auch 10 m weiter eine Bushaltestelle... so ist man auch schon 7 min später in der Altstadt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und spricht auch etwas Deutsch. Wir hatten im Erdgeschoß ein Zimmer gebucht und es wurde uns zum selben Preis ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den See gegeben. Das Frühstück war italienisch: Toast, Brötchen, Croissant, Gemüse, Kuchen, Saft .... verschiedene Kaffees. Neben dem Hotel ist direkt ein Restaurant bei dem man auch Pizza für Take away bekommen kann. Im Guten und Ganzen haben wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

- Alessandra (2/5): - Bagno terribile con doccia inesistente bisognava farla per terra essendoci solamente il doccino attaccato al muro e nessun box, quindi allagamento del bagno in un secondo. Tutti i sanitari erano attaccati fra loro. Odore di fogna fortissimo proveniente dal bagno. Non si poteva mangiare in camera sennò si riempiva di insetti che erano evidentemente già presenti visto anche il cartello. Molta polvere nei comodini, colazione pessima non era la classica colazione italiana ne tanto meno del giorno, al di là di questo non ci è stato possibile bere il caffè in quanto la ragazza non sapeva sistemarci la macchinetta e dovevamo attendere il titolare mai arrivato. Essendoci un ristorante per rimediare si poteva provvedere a farlo direttamente da lì, ma invece siamo andati al bar. Reception spesso vuota e bisognava cercare il personale per essere accolti. Scale per arrivare alla camera con tappeti pieni di sporcizia. Camera carissima per il pessimo servizio. Non ci torneremo mai più

Beim Frühstück standen zwei Mitarbeiter männlich/weiblich pausenlos mit dem Handy in der Hand da! Tische wurden zwar abgeräumt aber nicht Mal von Brösel usw. gereinigt, Handy spielen war wichtiger. Genervter Gesichtsausdruck, vor allem beim jungen Mann! Lustlose Austrahlung! Es war schon zu viel Arbeit die Kaffeemaschine mit Milch zu versorgen, ständig wurde beim Cappuccino Luft gezogen!

- Elisabeth (5/5): Es wäre ein nettes Hotel wenn es besser gepflegt würde. - Das Frühstück selbst war gut,die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig,die Aufleger des Buffets waren schmutzig,die Tischdecken ebenfalls,Besteck fehlte zum Teil,die Tische waren nicht gedeckt,der Frühstücksraum war wunder schön aber es fehlte eine Person die sich darum kümmerte alles sauber,ordentlich und ansprechend zu presentieren. Von 3 Tagen hatten wir an 2 Tagen kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

L’unica pecca che segnalo è il bagno molto piccolo senza finestre e doccia molto scomoda siccome va acqua in giro per tutto il bagno.
- Gabriel Modesti (4/5): - Camera molto pulita e posizione comoda Appena arrivati il 29 dicembre il riscaldamento in camera non funzionava, la prima giornata abbiamo chiesto per ben 2 volte di aggiustarlo e al nostro ritorno la sera in stanza era ancora freddo. La mattina del secondo giorno abbiamo segnalato nuovamente la cosa e ci è stato detto per la terza volta che l avrebbero risistemato, con tanto di battuta " eh vabbè ma siete giovani" al nostro reclamo sul freddo. Alla fine ci hanno portato una stufa di piccole dimensioni da bagno in quanto non in grado di risolvere il disagio, in conclusione abbiamo passato un giorno e mezzo su 2 al freddo senza riscaldamento. Inoltre il posto auto che dovrebbe essere garantito è "chi prima arriva meglio alloggia", in quanto i parcheggi non sono sufficienti.

- Attanasi (5/5): - Wir wurden vom Empfang ins Zimmer begleitet. Gleich beim Öffnen der Türe lag ein nasses Badetuch am Boden, was wir am Empfang gemeldet haben. Man meinte, es könnte eventuell von der Klimaanlage stammen, die Wasser verliert. Das Badezimmer war leider enttäuschend – die Dusche sehr klein und mit Schimmel. Auch das Frühstück hat uns nicht besonders gefallen.

Needs some TLC and decorating and furniture needs updating. If you are going to have the swimming pool open in the autumn months, then you need to invest in a leaf blower/sucker to remove the detritus from around the pool area.

Quando siamo arrivati non c era posto per l auto (quando prenotato,il parcheggio era gratuito e disponibile), poi abbiamo parcheggiato a 300 mt dall'albergo. Piscina piccola ma carina. Forse doveva essere più pulita (le pulizie sono state fatte la mattina alle 11 quando eravamo lì anche noi), girava il ragazzo con una pulivapor.... Colazione non proprio al top. Doveva esser curata di più.

- Philippine (3/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist leider sehr heruntergekommen und ziemlich veraltet. Das Hotelrestaurant wird überhaupt nicht besucht vlt. weil direkt nebenan, ein gutes Restaurant gibt, was mehr als überlaufen ist. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, daß der Schwimmingpool gereinigt wird,daher habe ich es vermieden dort zu schwimmen. Das Frühstück ist auch nicht ganz wünschenswert. Der Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten ist ungenießbar, man sieht daß die Maschine veraltet ist und nicht gereinigt wird. Der Hauptfaktor warum ich das Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen würde: die Reinigungsmittel die für das Hotelzimmer benutzt wurden, stanken so stark, das ich 1 ganzen Tag keine Luft bekommen habe und zusätzlich auf meinen Lippen 24 Stunden das Reinigungsmittel schmeckte. Laut Chef sind das die angeblichen alten Coronamaßnahmen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, das dieses Hotel lange überleben kann, was mir eigentlich sehr leid tut, den das Personal und der Chef waren sehr freundlich.

Frühstück sehr einfach, unsauber und fast etwas unapetitlich. Brot nicht frisch, und oraktisch kein Obst. Keine heisse Schokokada, Rührei oder dergeichen. Es gab praktisch nur altes Toastbrot und Kuchen, zumdem glaube ich nicht das Fleisch und Käse frisch waren. Sorry, aber das war eines der schlechten Frühstück welches ich ha gesehen habe. Aber im Restaurat vis a vis gibt es frische Sacheb.
