It had to be held. There was not great water pressure for the shower. The shower curtain rod was hung too low and the shower curtain laid on the bottom of the shower. This could have been dangerous if someone got tangled in it. There was no shower gel in the dispenser. The room had a really musty odor. The room needed a chair besides the desk chair.
Craig (10/5): - This is a very good property. We have stayed there twice, and found the staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, convenient, and fulfilled our needs. The breakfast had many selections, but was a bit short on protein. Fruits, rolls, donuts, Cereal, waffles, and other bread products were available. We will stay here again.
Paul (8/5): - This property was new, clean, quiet, and in good shape. It is on the level of super 8 or Americinn, that is to say, efficient but almost bare bones. Giving it the name Inn and Suites is an over reach. This could all be understood if the cost was reasonable, however $618 for two nights bordered on robbery. This nightly rate even exceeds the maximum rate listed on the back of the room door

It was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was perfect in the morning. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! I def would stay again.

Verified traveler (6/5): Nice looking but doesn't work - This seemed like a relatively new property. It was very clean, nicely located, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was "small hotel mediocre" and there was more than sufficient seating. However, the first night the fan in the a/c-heater wouldn't turn off, so I asked them to fix it. When I got back the second night, I found that their idea of "fix" was to completely disable it, so it didn't work at all. Then I found out that the TV didn't work. It was pretty late and I didn't want anyone to come into the room, so I just put up with it. I certainly wouldn't go back again.

Mark (4/5): OK in a pinch. The staff was great. - Location was great about 1 miles South of Arnold's Park. Softened water is slimy. The thin quilt in between the two sheets comes up just past my waist so everything about my waist only had two sheets to keep warm. Didn't like the noisy, flimsy flooring noise when people were walking above my room and in the hallway. If you like super sugary sweet waffles, then this is the place. Besides bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal or hard boiled eggs, there was no protein like hot bacon, sausage or any type of cooked eggs, ever. The shampoo and body wash were one in the same which I've never seen before ever.
