• Naarah (10/5): Highly recommended and would use again. - Extremely close to Sandown raceway, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet clean and has a tavern to eat at or order to your room. Highly recommend and would use again. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, the staff took empty dishes and drink glasses off the table quickly and quietly. The water temperature was a smidge cold (hot water not quite hot enough)

• Jeffrey (8/5): Pleasent short stay. Convenient location for our travel needs. Comfortable beds. - The room was everything we needed. Very comfortable and close to the restaurant of which we happily used. Awesome playground just down the road for the kids. Close to Chadstonme where we shopped

• Marina (8/5): suprisingly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere with great staff...Ashton was exceptionally helpful - staff...quiet room....nice view Wifi was terrible....after awhile watching a movie it kept cutting in and out and then just looses signal...:( couldnt work out how to get room service and no menu to choose from...didnt want to keep bothering the staff

Nice little sitting area out facing grass and birds. Facilities were fantastic, staff were so lovely. Highly recommended Maybe upgrade mattress

We had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come over to the check in desk. We arrived at 2:15, 15 minutes after our confirmed arrival time, but we were still informed it would be a 20-25 minute wait for our room to be finished being cleaned.

The shower taps didn’t indicate which were hot and which were cold. Maybe this is obvious to others but the taps must have been super cheap to not simply have a red/blue dot on them.

• Simone (10/5): Fantastic! Stay here!! - The staff were very lovely and accommodating. The location is perfect and being able to have meals delivered to my room was excellent. The room is very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The bed is fantastic! Free parking and the option to either have my room serviced or not was very handy. I am very happy and highly recommend staying here! I'm from QLD, and the prices are a bit higher here than home. But that was my only minor negative for this place.

• June (7/5): - room was clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant was opened for lunch all day. Easy to find and was really close to the function we had to attend in the evening. There was a little park near the hotel and people were walking quite close to your room which was uncomfortable. Could have some boxes of tissues in the bathroom.
