Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

James (8/5): - Breakfast was great. Room was great, but was not cleaned spotlessly like I've come to expect. Glass windows were dirty, glass mirrors were streaky, furniture in the room was noticeably stained. Hard water stains on the sink and in the shower, on the soap bottles, etc. Leaves and debri floating in the plunge pool. They need to spend another 20 minutes on the room before turning it over to the guests, and invest in a steam cleaner to get stains out of furniture. Beds were hard but manageable. Bar noise was audible but not really that big of a deal.
Juan (8/5): Gran ubicación y habitaciones lindas. - Me gustó el hotel. Excelente ubicación, pileta grande y linda. Los cuartos son limpios y espaciosos. El desayuno ok, cumple con lo básico, aunque desayunar en la playa suma puntos. A mejorar: El wifi muy inestable, los canales de tv no funcionaban, la cama de poca calidad con resortes poco confortable y la atención de algunos funcionarios era desganada. Pero estuvimos muy cómodos. Ajustando esos puntos podrían subir un nivel.

Orthi (8/5): Beautiful pool and view but meh hotel - Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in and pretty expensive for Thailand but I understand that islands are always a bit more! They don’t warn you but they ask for a 1000 baht deposit in cash, so make sure you bring extra. The pool is lovely but the food and drinks are expensive and the staff are very apathetic. Once they cleaned our room but didn’t replace the bin liner or the toilet paper so I had to go down and get some more! We stayed in the deluxe room which was very nice but I have heard the cheaper rooms are much worse so that is worth considering. Also despite being in the hotel you need to pay extra to use the gym which is ludicrous, and some sunbeds have a minimum 1000 baht spend which is also a little ridiculous - adding tiers to a hotel I’ve already paid to stay in. However overall I felt safe and the location is excellent so worked well for what we needed.

Rooms require significant maintenance and could benefit a lot from more thorough cleaning. The beachfront breakfast is delightful, offering a good range of options.

Mahmood (8/5): - The resort is connected through multiple entrances from the beach or the main street, food was alright, bed is a little bit on the hard side, and can get a little bit load because my room was next to some stairs and guests tend to roll their heavy luggage bags down those stairs so another positive because you'll wake up early for your trips, also didn't have to wait to check in although I arrived 2 hours before check in time which is always nice, thanks PP Princess resort for the hospitality.

Charlotte (6/5): - Property itself was quite disappointing, they charge you 1000thb on arrival to cover deposit (which we did get back). The room was quite worn and clearly needed updating, the bathroom was unpleasant, it is beyond me why anyone would put a urinal in a hotel room! The bed was extremely hard and neither of us were able to sleep. The beach area where you eat breakfast is stunning and a great location. Felt overall it was over priced and I wouldn’t stay there again.
ian (10/5): - The villa with its own pool access was exceptional. The staff and the service were attentive, very effective and allowed for an excellent experience in the hotel and on the island. The "house music" was appeciated and enjoyable. If you want an "in town" experience only minutes from the hub of the centre this is the hotel to stay. If you need anything, ask the hotel team they can get you whatever you need.

Mark (10/5): - I highly recommend that you book a bungalow. They are spacious for a hotel- a separate tv/lounge room, big showers, clean, no pests, very well air conditioned, private, quiet. This place has the best, most Beautiful pool, beach, and a decent breakfast. All in all, for a relatively remote island - pure luxury.

Especially, the sink had a lot of water mold and black stains, which was very unpleasant. And there was a lot of dust in the coffee cups.

Alison (10/5): Perfect Location - The bed, at first, is a little firm but was so comfortable. The facilities were great. Perfect location and good breakfast. Close to the viewpoint, bars, restaurants and pier. Staff were great, very accommodating Fun fire shows on the beach about 100m away were awesome The only negative was, we could hear the bars music down the beach until the early hours of the morning. Certainly didn't keep us awake but could still hear it.

Jorge (6/5): - Property is ok, no issues with it. Service staff is nice. Once you arrive in Phi Phi Don you will realize it is not exactly the island for glamorous hotels and resorts. This one is conveniently located in the middle of the restaurants, bars, and local spots so we definitely enjoyed the location, and yet far enough from the late noise for a good night sleep. The beds as others mentioned are indeed hard. First night was an adjustment and for some reason we were ok the next two nights. But this could be an Issue for some. Breakfast was ok with enough options. Given my experience in the island if I were to return this hotel would probably be top choice given the location and comparison of others.

vivian (4/5): - The hotel is located in the best spot on Phi Phi island. The pool is great and it’s right in front on the beach. Sadly the hotel rooms are not in the best conditions. The bathrooms have a bad smell and they just look dirty. The breakfast included was also very poor and the fried eggs were not even kept in a hot platter so they were cold and rubbery. The pool closes at 7 pm which is very early in a hotel were nothing happens. At least it should be open until 9 pm. This hotel has so much potential and the photos are kind deceiving.

La habitación en perfecto estado, el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso pero nada grave. La piscina genial y con muy buenas vistas. El personal super amable. El desayuno nos enviaron a otro lugar distinto de la estadía anterior (creo que al desayuno del pp charlie), pero era mejor que el anterior, seria bueno que es lo mantengan asi! Volveria sin dudas.

Ryan (4/5): Shame about the place - We stayed at the PP Princess for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon trip to PhiPhi before moving around the island. Firstly, the greeting on arrival was very minimal, got given a packaged wet wipe and carton of water (which is fair enough), then we got shown to our room which was spacious and cool. However THE BED 😶, I’ve seen people mention the beds on many reviews, and wow it’s like sleeping on bricks!!! The room wasn’t the most clean either, smear marks on glass and mirror in bathroom and outdoor balcony furniture with stains all over. This wasn’t a massive deal as we were out of the room most of the time, however for the money you pay (compared to most on PhiPhi) this could have been better. When checking out, the reception staff didn’t once ask how our stay was, which being honest I would have said all of this too them, a bit of a shame. We were meant to originally stay at PP Princess for 4 nights, but we cut this short and headed to SAII Village for the other 2 instead, which is fab btw!
Natasha (6/5): - The hotel area and pool were great but the doors in the rooms didn’t have great seals so mosquitos could sneak in and the bathroom was very dated. The shower spread in 2 different directions so you couldn’t stand underneath the shower head and the toilet water wouldn’t shut off and would just run indefinitely. We had to shut off the toilet water completely before leaving. The breakfast was decent and the view was good!

Maria Pia (8/5): - This hotel is great for its location, beachfront, walking distance from the pier, many restaurants/bars, and the party scene. The pool is great with a beautiful view. The room was good, clean and had good air conditioning. The only issue we saw was that there were a lot of bugs that got inside the room.
Karl (8/5): - Overall - We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel. The property is stunning with very nice rooms/bathrooms, a well set out pool and relax area and also the option to dine/drink on the beach. We did however, come across some small issues. The first was a miscommunication from the baggage handlers who didn't inform me that they would take my baggage in a trolley, go back to the pier and wait for more guests to fill up the trolley before bringing it to our room. This doesn't sound like much but for a few minutes we felt like we had been robbed, only taking me to run to the pier to figure out what was happening. I relayed my issue with the manager who apologised and said she would talk to her colleagues to be more clear about the process. In addition to this, our safe did not work and had to be fixed and our shower was dripping which was difficult to stop. These errors are minor and easily remedied so it doesn't impact our score and feeling for the hotel. It was a nice stay and our issues were taken care of by the friendly staff.

Ramil (8/5): - Resort was fine for what it was. Grounds could use some sprucing up but understanding given hot tropical conditions. The pool Villa were great with 2 floors and a semi-private pool shared amongst the 3 connected villas. Would stay again!

Verified traveler (8/5): A less than average hotel stay. - Negatives: the Bathroom was moldy, both the shower and sink, which was quite off putting. The urinal in the bathroom made it smell like urine. The bed was very firm. Positives: Staff members were nice. They did give you as many water bottles as you would like. The beach access behind hotel was nice, and a had beautiful view. Not the best hotel stay I’ve had, but not the worst. Would give it a 2.5/5. Overall did not think it was worth the price we paid.

Timon (6/5): It's OK but could be so much better - It was chaos check in. No WiFi for the whole duration of our stay. Average breakfast, grubby containers e.g. for the cereal. Lovely breakfast location though. We had one cocktail during our stay, but it was warm, we didn't have another. 1000 baht for sunbed!! Units near slinky bar were noisy, but ok on the other side where we stayed. Nice pool, but the music was too loud at times. The secret pool view good but a little tired.
Andrea (10/5): - The only thing I would have to complain is that I had to pay for the gym extra and the staff wasn’t willing for one hour to put the AC lower per manager. I was training for a marathon, there were many people in the gym and the staff kept opening the doors with 90 degree weather. I understand they are trying to save money but I’m pretty sure an hour wouldn’t make a big difference for them but a big difference in my training when I was almost about to faint.

Also the greenery would be amazing if they would just clean it up a little. Also beware I was there 2 nights and only seen the sea at high tide once for a little bit of daylight. And when it’s low there is no water in front of the resort.

Daniel (2/5): - This is a 3* hotel at best. Rooms are not properly cleaned, I stayed in two different ones - the second even smelt of fish. Staff are unhelpful, don’t speak good English. No clear manager to complain to. Pool bar staff running a scam over charging, trying to charge different members of my group for same items. Asking for 1000bht up front to use the pool bed but not putting it towards our spend. Reception desk not interested in the complaint. I asked to move from the villa that you had to wade through a jungle to get to to an upstairs room, reception showed me the room, I paid for it for an extra night, then when I went to move in, they said it was gone she put me in a downstairs room with view of a construction site. Noise from neighbouring beach club can be heard til 3AM ish.
Nicholas (6/5): Beach bars the best - Hotel is very big, needs a little tlc but room was comfortable very private, the pool was ok but restricted seating. The beach was not good for snorkelling, the bars on the beach were incredible.
Coco (6/5): - Good location just nearby restaurants. However, bed was hard, ac only turns on when you put the key in place and we had cockroaches in our room which is somewhat expected for a room that is in an outdoor setting.
Jodie (2/5): Avoid - If you’re travelling with family avoid this hotel. Very very loud music until 3am. Bed rock hard. Very dirty. Pool area very dirty. My daughter got bit 32 time full of mosquitoes. Worse hotel we have ever staying in
Dia (10/5): - The property allowed us to check in early which I really appreciate since I got pretty sea sick from the ride over to the island. Every staff member we came across were very friendly and helpful if we had a question. Location was probably the biggest pro for me.
Mariangel (10/5): - Was absolutely blown away with the views from this property! The staff, accommodation and food were all great as well! Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend others!
Shannon (8/5): - The resort itself is a nice place, right on the water with a nice pool. But, the bed was the worst. It was so hard and uncomfortable. If you put a yoga mat on the floor and lay on it, that’s what this bed felt like.

Ronald (8/5): - The good: view from the pool is great, location is unbeatable, room size is fair (luxury villa), easy access to the beach and staff @ the pool bar are really cool. The bad: bed is hard really hard, no light @ the pool at night, breakfast it ain't good everyday I went to coffee club, no light between villas so is dark at night, lots of cat I’m allergic to it so everyday on allegra! The ugly: I think that pillows smell might be old so pretty much I sleep with a towel that I bought as a pillow not all pillow but at least the one that I used it did, they need to improve the cleaning in the rooms. I think it is a great property they just need to do some changes starting on the hard beda and pillows.

Matthew (6/5): Average hotel let down by cleaning. - Tired Hotel. Location is great for central area, but cleaning needs to be addressed. Windows had hearts and lines drawn by previous guests fingers that had not been cleaned. The TV had no stations and a poor aerial that we raised with the staff who informed us that this had been corrected. There was also dust on the shelf above the bed. The pool area was great and staff are attentive. If they could just pay a bit more attention to cleaning and run checks that equipment is working, that would be great. Sea view that we were promised is questionable, it is, at best a part-sea view.

David (2/5): Terrible- Avoid - PP Princess is Not recommend unless your looking for a not cheap night and little sleep. As it’s location is next to the night club / bar beach area, very noisy until at least 3am. We paid extra for an enhanced beach view room with private pool. The room was in poor condition, items ether hanging off or missing from walls, the bed linen had holes in it. The bar only had single use paper cups, except for some plastic cocktail glasses. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast (go for the freshly made omelette) unfortunately all the hot food choices were poor as all stone cold. Need either 2000Bat deposit or a passport as will not accept credit card for it. Hence needed to pay at time for drinks at bars. After the night club/bars closed the supposed security staff we’re not effective as there were people in the private pools and having sex.
Verified traveler (6/5): Pretty average but so is the whole Island - This place was ok. Our sliding balcony door wasn’t lockable which made us paranoid for the duration of our stay, luckily we were on the first floor and not the ground floor. The hotel is quite old and the shower didn’t drain properly. House keeping came but forgot to leave essentials like toilet paper and clean glasses which was inconvenient. I’d probably not stay there again or Phi Pho really. The location of the hotel was good though and did have a stunning view over the pool to the sea.

Michael (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, right in the middle of the shops on one end, and then facing directly onto the beach at the other end. The pool is great, with huge day beds as well as deck chairs to use. Breakfast was good enough. I think a lot of the property isn’t currently being used, probably due to covid reducing demand, as there were a few empty buildings - e.g on-site restaurant and some other outdoor areas that were a bit neglected. That didn’t matter to us though. Overall was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

HILA (4/5): Will not come back. - Cold water in the shower and poor stream, the shower isnt comfortable. Mattress too hard, broke my back. Only good thing is position and the pool. Breakfast boring really basic. Service in breakfast is terrible no one smiling. Cleaning in 16 pm... exactly when you come back from a day trip...

Katrelle (10/5): Money well spent! - The Hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property was very clean as well as the pool having a nice view of the ocean. I was not expecting so many cats but they do not bother anyone so that was okay. The staff was amazing and their breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, i would honestly book again.

Verified traveler (8/5): - If you plan on zero time inside the room then this hotel is ok! The Good: Pool is amazing with plenty of shade and the most incredible view of the beach with good bar service! The Bad: The room in general is not impressive it's very minimal. It has a terribly hard bed that hurt my back, thin walls so you can hear your neighbors all night, No english channels to speak of on the TV and the breakfast is quite poor. However if all this doesn't bother you because this place is just for sleeping and Phi Phi island is such an amazing place I would still recommend the hotel because the staff is nice and location very good!

Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel in the heart of the Pi Pi action. Predictably younger crow (felt a bit out of place at 29). Check-in was a bit awkward, but other than that the staff were welcoming. Villa room with shared private pool was nice, but could use better AC. Surrounding area is terrific and you are so incredibly close to it when staying at PP Princess. Great pool for lounging during the day and decent food/drink prices. Would come back if I ever make it to PP again.
Verified traveler (10/5): - The private pool villa is outstanding I would return to phi phi just to stay there. It was a highlight of our whole thailand trip. I was less impressed by service. The way they try to nickel and dime you at checkout is absurd. They tried to withhold my deposit for disposable slippers and shampoo bottles. Like are they seriously recycling slippers and charging me to use their shampoo and conditioner for a $300/night villa??
