• Mac (6/5): Enjoyable time - would stay again. - Breakfast was to order - but we didn't eat there. The hotel is very quiet and in a good location with restaurants nearby. The bathroom was a little outdated and musty. Mostly clean but could do with some updating. Room 122 was in the corner which was nice except there was no breeze and it was too hot to sit on veranda.

• Deborah (8/5): I would stay again I enjoyed my time at Bali court - Great location and a nice small hotel, I had a nice stay at Bali court the staff are lovely and the room was comfortable. Look it could do with a deep clean but wasn’t too bad just noticeable that it would benefit from a good scrub on the floors bathroom etc.

• Carol (1/5): - The location The manager was very rude, no friends allowed to visit, pool needs alot of attention.... Bathrooms need work, linen needs updating... Not too mention that if you don't get your room cleaned your not offered any fresh water or extra toilet paper. We left 3 days before we were meant to and sourced other accommodation elsewhere which was extra money out of our holiday money. Would never recommend
• Ursula (1/5): Terrible - I checked out after 1 night and had paid for 3 nights. Never got any money refunded to me. The owner had igno - The curtains in the room were surprisingly clean. Everything - it was rundown, room was grubby, the bathroom had bad mould in the shower, the water struggled to drain in the shower, the water splutters out the washbasin tap - I assume due to limescale blocking the tap filter. I ended up using the shower water to clean my teeth & wash my face in the morning. The bedspread had stains. The kettle was full of limescale inside and the coffee cups had not been cleaned.

• Sylvano (7/5): Bien pour une étape - Comme d'habitude le personnel est très agréable à 10 minutes à pied de la grande plage de Legian avec location de transat ( pas dernière génération 😆). Pour l'hôtel celui-ci mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. La piscine pas très bien entretenue non plus fond avec des saletés. À proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants très touristiques . Même avec celà l'hôtel est très calme.

We were first in room 208, toilet didn’t flush, the shower was mouldy, we had an ant infestation. Moved to room 204 and it was exactly the same except the ant infestation was WORSE as they were all over our bed!!!!

• Brian (5/5): Great location, but changes need to be made - The location I don’t believe we were given the room we paid for, we were asked to pay cash for late checkout, I refused and paid by credit card, the toilet failed on the first day, I had to fix it myself on the second day, the restaurant was not open for breakfast on arrival until about 5 days later, great location but things need to change before I will stay there again

Friendly staff who were accommodating when there was a room issue Had toilet issue and needed to swap rooms. Staff very accommodating for this. Wasn't aware it was next to a primary school so was woken up by children second day of stay.

• Birch (8/5): A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. - The property was very quiet and suited us older people. The pool was lovely. Very close to everything. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. It’s a lovely place to stay for the price and I would go back for sure. Beds were a little hard and lack of PowerPoints in the room. No restaurant so had to go out each day to eat. No milk provided for our coffee or tea.

Before Covid this hotel was my favourite. I have fond memories of staying there however it needs maintenance to bounce back to it's former glory. Wifi Cafe etc
