Als wir zur Ao Nang Beach Road wollten und gerade auf dem Weg ein Hotelangestellter mit dem TukTuk kam hat er uns direkt eingeladen und uns zur Beach Road mitgenommen ohne Gegenleistung. Als die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und nicht am gleichen Tag repariert werden konnte wurde sofort ein Zimmertausch organisiert. Es gab nicht zu beanstanden.

Astrid (4/5): Rapport qualité prix correct au vu des petits déjeuners mais pour le reste c'est pas fou. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel était top. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les petits-déjeuners qui étaient vraiment très bien. Mais venir très tôt sinon vous ne trouvez pas de place. La salle de bain était horrible... on aurait dit qu'il ya avait eu un meurtre et que le sang avait séché !!! Ils ont eu l'idée de peindre des cailloux en rouge ou couleur rouille.... Mais le pire c'était le poulailler au pied de notre chambre...Donc réveil tous les matins à 5h00 Je n'ai pas aimé non plus la dangerosité des escaliers pour monter dans les chambres;

We accepted our losses and booked a different hotel the day of our arrival - checked out the same evening The check-in was uninterested in us at all - but the real issue is how dirty everything was! Stains in the towels and the bed sheets - no way we could stay there. Already on the eaybto our room at 19:30 the chlorinated pool was so present. All floor corners had dirt. Not even starting on the bathroom. Unusable!!!

Un lugar cómodo y cercano a restaurantes, a pocos metros de la playa de donde parten todas las excursiones . Estuvimos conformes con todas las prestaciones. Cuenta con variedad en el menú. Agregaría más tortas dulces y variedad de frutas.

Nadia (3/5): Posizione top, ma soggiorno non gradevole - L'hotel gode di una posizione eccellente sulla via principale di Ao Nang, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è estremamente sbilanciato: a fronte di una tariffa alta, i servizi e l'igiene sono gravemente carenti. Il problema principale è stata la pulizia: lo staff si limitava a sostituire gli asciugamani senza mai igienizzare il bagno, dove era presente della muffa sulla tenda della doccia. Anche la manutenzione della camera lascia a desiderare, dato che solo una delle prese di corrente era funzionante. Nota dolente anche per l'organizzazione e il servizio: i tempi di attesa alla reception sono eccessivi e la gestione della colazione è trascurata, con tavoli lasciati sporchi e nessuno che si occupasse di sparecchiare. Nota positiva è che venivano date 3 bottiglie di acqua ogni giorno, questo lo abbiamo apprezzato. Per gli standard e il prezzo richiesti, però, l'esperienza è stata decisamente insoddisfacente. Non ne vale la pena.

La chambre est conforme à sa description avec une climatisation parfois froide et difficile à régler. L'accueil est agréable et la formule petit déjeuner est variée. Après une grande averse, l'eau s'est infiltrée dans la chambre.

The towels wee dirty and they told us that it is for the pool. They finally provided a clean one after asking two times and waiting. The window doesn't close properly and mosquitoes could sneak in.

La posizione è uno dei suoi punti di forza: comodissima per chi arriva in taxi, e perfetta anche per muoversi a piedi verso le principali vie di interesse della città. In pochi minuti si raggiungono le zone più vivaci e attrattive, il che rende gli spostamenti un vero piacere. La pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni è molto buona: tutto ordinato, curato e accogliente, un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza al rientro dopo una giornata fuori. La colazione è ottima, con prodotti freschi e ben preparati. È vero che la varietà non è amplissima, ma la qualità compensa pienamente e si inizia la giornata con gusto e soddisfazione. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e pratico. Lo consiglierei senza esitazione! Colazione più varia, magari con opzioni anche vegane.
Simona (4/5): Zariadenie by malo byť v názve, že ide o hostel nie resort, aby sa predišlo sklamaniam - Lokalita ubytovania bola výborná, blízko k pláži, hneď v meste, blízko všetkých potrebných služieb Izba nebola dostatočne zariadená. V izbe s manželskou posteľou bol len 1 nočný stolík. Chýbali police na vyloženie oblečenia a iných vecí, bol tam síce priestor na odkladanie šiat na vešiak ale k dispozícii len 3-4 vešiaky. Vlhkosť bola vysoká, čo je normálne v tejto destinácii, čo sa dá riešiť zapnutou klimatizáciu, avšak tá vie byť zapnutá, len ak sa sa v izbe niekto nachádza - karta na zapnutie elektriny na izbe bola na pevno pripevnená na kľúčoch od izby. V izbe chýbal bezpečný priestor, napr. obyčajná zásuvka na doklady, trezor nebol vôbec. Navyše dvere na balkón sa nezatvárali na pevno, vždy tam ostal malý priestor voľný. Upratovanie priebehalo každý deň a pozostávalo z: ustlanie postele, vynesenie smetí a dodávka 2ks pollitrových fliaš s vodou, jemné umytie podlahy a výmena uterákov. Postelné prádlo sa za 10 dnový pobyt menilo jedenkrát! Navyše veľakrát nové vymenené uteráky mali na sebe špinu, či fľak. Kúpeľna je v alarmujúcom stave, občas smrdí od kanalizácie. Sprchový záves bol poriadne opotrebovaný. V kúpeľni neboli háčiky na zavesenie uterákov a osušiek. Nebola tam ani mydelnička na odloženie mydla na ruky. Balkon sa upratoval 2krát za celý pobyt. Riešili sme to tak, že sme išli do obchodu a nakúpili: nový sprchový záves, mýdelničku, vešiaky na oblečenie, háčiky na uteráky, provizone poličky a pod. Raňajky - veľmi slabé, každý deň rovnaký skromný výber a nie vábivé jedlo. Kečup na stoloch na dochucovanie bol evidentne po záruke -> smrdel po liehu. Bazén sme nevyužili ani raz - nepôsobil sterilne. Niekoľkokrát sa nám stalo že upratovačky po uprataní nám nechali odomknutý balkón! Keďže na izbe nie je žiaden trezor, je to nebezpečné.
