• Stephanie (9/5): Laid back Palm Springs poolside vibe, large stylish rooms, great location. - Great location and classic Palm Springs vibe. Rooms were huge and comfortable, with stylish design. Pool was nice. Hotel lobby is in a different property across the street, which is slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good (also across the street). Included options had a nice granola/yogurt/fruit option as well as simple pastries. Location is great, close to downtown, and also near trailheads for mountain hiking. Hotel also offers complementary bicycles. While stylish and pleasant, rooms are showing their age a bit, with some potential for cosmetic upgrade.

• Maureen (7/5): We enjoyed our visit to Palm Springs. - Beautiful pool area and great location. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice. Our room was run down and needed some attention. Three things that should be replaced or repaired are: 1. The bathroom window blind was very dirty. 2. The curtains were worn, had holes and did not have all the top hooks to properly close and block out light. 3. The flooring had many holes in and was uneven. (We were in #2.)

Didn’t replace used coffee and cream or pool towels. Bathroom has no vent and window too dirty to open. Very old and remodels are very low quality.

• Zuzana (6/5): Not worth the money. - The location is great ! It's walkable to everything in downtown Palm Spring. Our room was clean and decent size , we like the kitchenette in the rooms with a fridge microwave,plates. The property shows significant wear, especially around the pool area, which has a dated vibe. Of the five pool umbrellas, only three worked, leaving some guests without shade. The pool water was not cleaned during our entire stay, prompting a guest to use a skimmer net to remove debris. Additionally, used pool towels piled up and weren’t collected until late the next morning, leaving us disappointed and unlikely to return

• David (1/5): The worse dump I have ever stayed at in the last 55 years. - The floors were extremely dirty, No toilet paper, no paper products, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, etc. The bed made load noises every time you turned over, which was a lot, due to the bed being uncomfortable. this would wake up my wife all night long. This property was remodeled many years ago and needs another remodel. The floors were poorly installed and missing baseboards. It looked like this room had not been cleaned in the last month. This property is under new management that is not correcting any of the problems. Also, we were told that breakfast was at 7:00 am, but was ready and we had to go out for breakfast. The pool area appeared to be nice, but we didn't really look very close. We moved to another hotel.

The rooms have new curtains. The curtains do not cover the windows, one room we were given had almost a 1 foot gap for everyone to see our bed. They chnaged us rooms because of it, but those curtains didn't cover either. Had to move furniture to cover the windows.

• Larry (7/5): - I the pool, it's usually clean really like the location that's why I pay the the highs and lows one day chicken the next week feathers but I'll be back it meets 50 percent of my needs !!! The lighting I'm sure you have a reason but I don't think there's anybody who likes it especially the women for their makeup !! Everything is getting a little old including me, but your using louvered windows and plastic mini blinds that are bent out of shape.. Little fixes that can be done before a complaint "preventive maintenance" Make your customers happy not sorry they chose your hotel ..
• Kristi (10/5): - We loved the suite - it had so much room and was very comfortable, with the pool just outside our door. We would love to come back here, it was close to everything we wanted to do and the staff was friendly, although we didn't see them much (because we didn't need them). The only thing I'd suggest for the property is to do checks in the rooms for maintenance. Our cabinets in the bathroom were broken, but it wasn't so bad we couldn't enjoy every other part of our trip!

• Leticia (2/5): Night manager has no customer service. - I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and usually had a great experience, but this stay was marred by a poor interaction with the night manager, Luke. When my girlfriend and I had trouble with our key card and couldn’t get into our room, Luke approached us in a very rude manner, suggesting that we were in the wrong room. His approach was dismissive and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable instead of helping us resolve the issue. Luke also mentioned that his employee had put us in the wrong room and that it wasn’t supposed to be our room, pointing out the employee’s mistake as if it was relevant to us. This was uncalled for and didn’t help the situation at all. We were simply trying to get into our room, a room we’ve stayed in before, and had experienced key card issues in the past. Instead of offering a solution, Luke crouched down in front of us and aggressively asked what we wanted him to do or what we wanted out of the situation. This behavior was completely unnecessary and unacceptable for a hotel employee, especially one in a managerial role. Customer service was lacking, and it’s a shame because I’ve always enjoyed staying here. I hope the hotel addresses this situation and provides better training for staff moving forward.
• Rodney (8/5): Be patient and go to the Azucar restaurant in the a Serena Vil to check in if you arrive after 10pm. - Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy with quiet air conditioning. The checkin process didn't work out well for me. You had to checkin at another hotel across the street after 10pm. I arrived at 10pm and the 350 hotel staff weren't available so I proceeded to checkin across the street at the Serena Villa Hotel. I went to three entrances before I found the unlocked main entrance. I was tired from a long day of flying so I was frustrated with this checkin process. The website didn't inform me of the process and I didn't expect it to cause me frustration.

• Howard (8/5): - I am a frequent visitor to PS and have stayed from luxury to budget. I found the Three Fifth for a last minute trip and did not want to drive anyplayce. The Three Fifty is a small, reasonably priced gem right downtown one block off of Palm Canyon on a quiet street. Yes, it's a renovated and updated 1950's "motel", but done with style giving it a true Palm Springs vibe.

• Zachary (6/5): Just....fine. - We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was a little odd having to check in at the sister hotel, which had a nicer pool, yet we werent allowed to use it. For an advanced heads up, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. First morning we had a maintenance worker whistle his way through the morning from 7am, and the second morning we had some DIY drilling begin at 8am. The fixtures are not practical. One side of the bed had nowhere to charge a phone for example. Honestly the stay was fine. For sure though, prices should be lowered for what we got or else you should know exacrly what youre getting.

Stains toilet seat & sink, broken and mostly missing grout between tile on bathroom floor, inoperable handles in bathroom sink, no shower curtain. Medical tape along bascove. Super gross Staff unhelpful, no one to check in must go to another property to check in…everyone I felt with except the cleaning gal(lovely) were unhappy and felt unwelcoming. Actual eye rolling from staff. Also lots of hammering in suite next to us.

The location is perfect The room needs to be updated! The shower curtain was moldy and there was a streak of blood on the pillow case.. it’s definitely not cheap to stay here. It’s not the most expensive either so it was disappointing. The construction next door was horrible too but that’s not their fault.

Offered champagne and lemonade as refresher, and personally helped with luggages and assessing ev charger on site. The bed, room, surfaces and flooring were all well cleaned. The pool area were attended to and tidied with towels and water. Oh! The 82 degree salt pool was the best for night time hanging outside of room! Landscaping and grounds were also pleasantly maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and pleasantly surprised by the wonderful staffs.

• King (10/5): Perfect location, great price, walking distance to everything downtown! - The staffs customer service was exceptional. We had a few concerns with our room, and they were very quick to offer us a solution. They are very personable and on top of everything. I like how there’s only a small amount of rooms. It was peaceful, and within walking distance to everything downtown. I definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!
• Rosalind (6/5): - The property location was great. It was walkable to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It had a retro-vibe which drew me to booking the hotel. Unfortunately the room is in need of updating. We had a large suite in front of the pool and the vertical blinds were a nightmare. The individual panels kept falling off, which meant we had no privacy. If you ran the ceiling fan, it caused the blinds to make so much noise you couldn't sleep. Also, the bathroom sinks had a trickle of water pressure and zero hot water. The room's tv had no wifi, so you couldn't stream any apps like Netflix. There is a daily resort fee, which I can't tell you what it pays for since there is no resort amenities. Breakfast was included which if there was a breakfast we never saw it. There was a tray of what was supposed to be pastries (all gone by 9:30am), a bowl of dates, and that was it. For what we paid, I expected better. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not.

• Mark (4/5): The room and the hotel in general were run down. - The room was quiet. Breakfast was the absolute minimum -- a bowl of apples and oranges, a jar of granola, a half dozen yogurts in a pool of icy water, coffee from a carafe. The yogurt had separated, suggesting it was not fresh.

• Laura (8/5): Adequate place to stay.would be disappointed at a higher price point - The ability to use facilities at sister hotel were nice. The property pool was decent. Lipstick on a tired place. Kinda grungy. Filled up with color decs. Hit tub felt a little gritty.
• Jan (4/5): Best to Look Elsewhere - The room looked much better in the photos. The vinyl wood type flooring was uneven in certain places in the room. The TV operating instructions with two remotes were confusing and did not actually follow how to operate the TV. The bathroom sink had a slow stream of water that you could not stop. The advertised breakfast that was supposed to be out for guests at 7:30 am was not out. We gave up when it still wasn’t out at 8am and searched for a restaurant nearby. When we complained to the office we were told the general manager would contact us, but we never heard from him.
• Laura (8/5): - We loved out stay at The Three Fifty Hotel. It is a Mid-century hotel conveniently located just a block from main st and wakable to many delicious restaurants and great shops. The pool was amazing! The place was very clean and well appointed. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is because some of the blinds in our room were broken so the window was not covered all the way to offer full privacy. Otherwise everything was excellent! I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

• Natalie (4/5): - Unfortunately, we will not be booking at this hotel again. The fact that it’s a part of the Kirkwood group is deceiving. Everything about this property is an after thought. The rooms are dark and sad, they look like cheap flips. There’s no reception at the hotel, only across the street at their well-kept, high-end sister property. The real kicker was when we discovered our toilet had been leaking when we came home from dinner. The desk person, who was nice, came over to try and fix it. She thought she had fixed it but a 1/2 hour later, it was leaking again. At that point it was past 10pm and I was too tired to deal with it. So we stayed the first night in our room with an unusable toilet. The next morning I had to re-explain what had happed to the new morning desk agent. They asked when they could send the maintenance person over but we didn’t want to have to wait for them to fix it and not have use of our room, so I asked if we could just change rooms. They said that was okay but I was surprised that wasn’t something they offered first. We moved rooms, which seemed comparable? It was hard to tell because they both were ugly. They never offered any consolation for the inconvenience. I don’t expect to get a free night (although an inoperable toilet is a pretty big problem) but at the very least a dining credit? Or just the acknowledgment that this is a major blunder. If they want repeat business they should at least pretend like the want to remedy the situation.
• Mike (7/5): Good place if you're looking for value - might need a refresh - Pool area is nice. It's smaller - under 20 seats around the pool. Well maintained pool and hot tub. Fantastic location. Good parking access. Wifi works well. Plenty of towels, water, etc. The property needs a refresh. Furniture, flooring, etc are starting to show signs of wear and disrepair. All of the windows have vertical blinds and previous guests have really beat them up. Some are missing slats, some slats won't adjust, It's hard to close them enough where people or light won't come through. Bedding needs an upgrade.
• Thomas (6/5): Needs work. - Just stayed one night instead of four. Sweet staff but the room was a bit dated. Floor in bathroom not great and after the maid came in we arrived back to find the shower head dripping and floor was flooded. No hot water. They were aware and I’m sure fixed it but we checked out. Not much of a “free breakfast”. The place has potential but it’s not there yet.

• Mark (8/5): - Check in at La Serena was easy. Property was clean. The unit was just ok: roomy, bed was comfortable, lighting was dim, bathroom cramped and no counter space. Very convenient and walkable to downtown: that's really what you're paying for. Pool and hot tub, chaises very nice and clean. Staff was excellent.

• Tanya (10/5): Would stay again and would recommend it to others. - This was a last minute fire evacuation stay for me and my wife and everything went smooth. The staff was great. The location was great. I forgot the name of the front desk personnel that works the morning shift. She was an African American and she was very helpful and had amazing customer service. Booked a second night with her. The bathroom could have been a lot more cleaner. The cloth shower curtain was dirty. The shower should not have a cloth shower curtain since it is used by others and not in a personal bathroom.

• Stegar (3/5): Great location would not recommend at all due to all the issues with the I encounted. - Location to downtown was the reason for the choice. Other than that, nothing was good. While waiting to check in the main lobby, heard many complaints about the facilities from other people staying. First room I had looked nice, but no hangers, broken iron and most outlets not working. (replaced while I was out at dinner) Next morning woke up to no heat. Was given a portable heater while they waited to fix. Had a fall standing next to that heater, that resulted in Trauma ER Visit and two staples in my head. Wasn't sure I'd get a new room until I showed the staples. New bigger room, but still not too good. Only a ceiling fan light in the main room, the TV's were a nightmare to work. Took a full minute to get a cup of water from the sink. While the other room had a fridge, this one only had a hole in the cabinetry where one went. And the morning breakfast in the little lobby consisted of coffee, yogurt and muffins.
• Priya (4/5): Depressing, understaffed, worn hotel - We are Palm Springs aficionados and have stayed at the Del Marcos several times over the years, including Christmas. This time around, Del Marcos was price prohibitive so we chose The Three Fifty, which is under the same management and next door to Del Marcos. What we realized is when a corporation takes over, the quality SIGNIFICANTLY deteriorates. We wish the Kirkwood Collection execs would stay in our room, PAY FOR IT, and experience what we experienced: a run-down, overpriced, understaffed hotel. The rooms weren't horrible, but everything was incredibly worn, the plaster was broken, the paint was chipped, the pillows were flat. We told them we wanted our room cleaned, it was not. When we went to get towels that evening, we could tell the sweet boys at the desk were overworked. They had to check-in all three hotels, including Del Marcos. Now we know NOT to stay at Del Marcos - which was priced at $600 a night that week. Since there is no staff at the hotel itself - it just felt abandoned, cheerless and depressing. The empty room that housed the coffee and muffins in the morning was extremely depressing. I didn't even know that was where to go, because there was no sign that said it was the lobby. It house unused desks, and was completely lackluster. The kitchenette was efficient - they gave us utensils, bowls and paper towels which was useful. This is what happens when a corporation takes over, they just don't care. We should have read the other reviews.

• Chris (2/5): - The room was not ready for us when we checked in. We were given the keys to the room and found it dirty. We then had to go back across the street and let the front desk know. We were then given a new room in a different location.
• Karla (9/5): Great location. Easy walk to main downtown area. - Nostalgic decor.
• Evelyn (7/5): Convenient hotel for a few days. - The location is great for walking around the downtown area. The suite was spacious and clean and although we did not use the pool it was sparkling clean. Complimentary coffee and muffins available in the morning at reception. The lack of a sink in the kitchen area. We should have drilled down into the photos to get a better understanding of the kitchen facilities (or lack of).
• Thomas (4/5): - There was no heating so my room got very cold overnight. The blinds did not fully close, so anyone walking by could see in and I did not have privacy. There was mold in the bathroom, and the floorboards next to the tub were lifting up from water exposure. The bed moved around a lot and was very noisy, even just turning over in bed. The walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors snoring all night and tossing and turning on their noisy beds. I would not stay here again.

There is a kitchenette in the rooms with a fridge microwave and a hot plate Could use some updates on flooring and chipped vanities
• Thomas (6/5): Disappointed stay - The location was great within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was also very accessible. We have stayed here several times due to the location. Our room did not meet our standards. The blinds were missing slats, the furniture drawers were scratched and hard to open, the toilet seat was not attached properly, the caulking in the bathroom was cracked and falling off and the shower head flow was very weak. I am hoping they are in the process of remodeling their rooms.

• Raymund (6/5): - Pros: Convenient location in Downtown Palm Springs. Our room was spacious (Deluxe Suite) and the staff was friendly. The pool looked nice with lounge chairs surrounding. Parking included. Cons: Outdated and not well maintained. Parking was easy but no parking pass was provided; didn’t know if they were even checking or not who parked in their spaces. Broken glass bottle found in the fridge when we checked in. Several of the light bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. Towels were worn out. Bed frame SQUEAKED! Hot tub heater was broken during our stay. Though I had gotten this location on a last minute booking (same day in the area), I would not stay at this property again.
• Coastal19166946323 (2/5): AWFUL waste of money. What a SCAM! - What a dump. They had no curtains, no heaters, limited blankets, and a bed that felt like you were sleeping on the floor. I can’t believe this place has such good ratings. Are they serious? I was charged $1200 for 3 nights for this place. Motel 6 has better rooms. What a joke.
