• Zsuzsanna (10/5): - Nagyon kényelmes, és szép. Jó a szobák elhelyezkedése. Hárman voltunk de négy főnek is tökéletes. Minden nap takarítottak tiszta törölközőket kaptunk. Az árnál sokkal többet kaptunk. 😋 A reggeli nagy csalódás volt.

• Roberto (4/5): Più che un b&b Direi affittacamere.... - Posizione vicina al centro, struttura in palazzo storico situata al primo piano senza ascensore. Camera quadrupla bella. Più che un b&b direi affittacamere... Premesso che noi non abbiamo scelto di includere la colazione in quanto il palazzo dove si trova il b&b è in centro pertanto nei pressi vi sono pasticcerie varie da provare. Note dolenti: la pulizia della camera avviene dopo 3 giorni così come il cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani (a noi è stato gentilmente concesso solo il primo giorno dopo che ho sollevato la problematica e mi è stato risposto che queste sono le regole del "Hotellerie" . Non ci è MAI capitato in nessuna struttura che le pulizie della camera venissero fatte dopo 3 giorni così come per il cambio degli asciugamani. I contatti con colui che gestisce la struttura sono avvenuti esclusivamente al telefono, non c'è alcun rapporto "interpersonale" con nessuno. In struttura abbiamo visto solo la signora addetta alle pulizie. Un b&b è proprio l'opposto.. il rapporto con l'host è quotidiano, ci si incontra e si chiacchiera incontrando anche gli altri ospiti con cui ci si scambia informazioni sull'esperienza della vacanza.. ecco qui tutto questo non c'è..
• Elżbieta (9/5): Przyjemne miejsce na wypoczynek - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz oraz pozostały personel. Śniadanie również bardzo nam odpowiadało.
• filomena (4/5): - la Colazione seppur compresa era inesistente , nemmeno un caffè in quanto la macchinetta non era funzionante Anche se la struttura è graziosa e ben posizionata, purtroppo durante la notte la temperatura della camera era molto fredda, non funzionavano i riscaldamenti e comunque non è stato agevole poter aumentare la temperatura con il condizionatore.

Bagno troppo piccolo e impossibilità di asciugare i teli da bagno considerando che i termo erano spenti ed i condizionatori, una volta usciti dalla stanza, si spegnevano per mancanza di corrente.

• Bernadette (3/5): Endroit très convenable si vous avez la chance de ne pas vous voir attribuer la chambre nº2 - L’emplacement, l’appartement très bien decoré avec goût Notre « chambre » à l’étage était minuscule ( 1m86 sous plafond) et bruyante ( voisin du dessus déambulant une bonne partie de la nuit ). Comparée aux autres elle ne devrait pas être louée , en tous cas pas pour 105€!!

• Vincenzo (3/5): L'hospitality è altro - La posizione Non abbiamo trovato i voucher per la colazione al nostro arrivo nella struttura, pertanto ci siamo recati a fare colazione al bar, facendo una pessima figura e sentendoci molto a disagio. Abbiamo dovuto attendere che il proprietario del b&b si mettesse in contatto col bar per fare colazione. Decisamente esagerati i 5€ pagati alla struttura per un cappuccino e una brioche (guardando i prezzi del bar, avremmo speso meno senza avere la colazione "inclusa"). Pochi asciugamani, tenendo conto che vengono cambiati OGNI TRE giorni: avremmo gradito almeno più cordialità del guest, alla richiesta di averne (anche pagando) degli altri. Ok il bagno cieco, ma nemmeno l'aspirazione... Da rivedere le regole di base dell'hospitality, non basta fare i lavoretti e due lucine ad un vecchio palazzo per funzionare.

• Pia (5/5): Mediocre - La posizione Dal bagno arrivava cattivo odore. La camera assegnata si trova in mansarda e i tetti sono veramente bassi, in alcuni punti non più alti di 1,75. Il bar indicatoci per la colazione era chiuso per ferie. Ho chiesto informazioni via Wapp e siamo stati indirizzati ad un altro bar sempre lì vicino. Anche Il parcheggio privato indicatoci era chiuso.
• Alessandro (9/5): - Posizione ottima: a 1500 m dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione dei bus. Molto vicina al centro storico. Letto largo e comodo. Camera silenziosa. Condizionatore potente. Il palazzo è antico, ben tenuto e con soffitti alti che aiutano a tenere fresca la stanza. Se tornassi a Catania considererei certamente dí tornare nella struttura. L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di un palazzo antico. Per raggiungere il primo piano ci sono una quarantina di gradini. Non consigliato per chi ha problemi di mobilità. Il bagno è lungo ma un po’ stretto (la doccia è tuttavia più che soddisfacente).

• Trevor (5/5): Very poor management. - The location was good to the old town and many sites, but the building was old, no elevator, no receptionist for check in or out. The premises is run entirely as a hands off set up. You will never see the landlord for anything. We spent a long time waiting to get into the premises, and only got in because my girlfriend had an EU phone to call the landlord. Repeat: you will never see the landlord! We had no communication from the landlord from the time we booked it, until the time we arrived. No emails with instructions on how to get into the building. No welcome upon arrival. It is clearly run just to put money in the landlords pocket with as little effort as possible for the landlord. The room was very small and in the attic. There were no emails from the landlord to inform us of how to access the building. The landlord expected us to communicate to him, instead of the way a proper b+b operates which is for the company or landlord to communicate to us. And it is not a b+b as advertised. If you want breakfast it is extra. And there is no breakfast area nor anyone there to serve a breakfast. We saw no one in the building ever having a breakfast there while we stayed there. It should not be considered a b+b.

• Cassandra (10/5): Rosso Corallo has a wonderful host who is very accommodating to every need. The staff we encountered were also very kind - Great location! Clean and comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Love the balcony for fresh air. Not one complaint.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Bien pour quelques jours - La chambre est belle et très bien située dans le centre a proximité de l'Alibus. Malheureusement séparée du lobby commun par une grande porte en bois, pas d'insonorisation on entend tous les gens qui passent, téléphonent ou prennent le café. Frais de ménage non mentionnés 18€ pour 5 nuits mais ménage bâclé. Sinon bien dans l'ensemble, hôte toujours réactif sur WhatsApp merci.

• Anna (7/5): Comfortable room in great location - Large, comfortable room in a perfect, central location with dozens of restaurants and cafés around the corner. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, not easy to drag a large suitcase upstairs. Parking is a couple of blocks away, down a hair-raisingly tiny street, which is fairly typical for Sicily.

Ho soggiornato più volte ed ho avuto possibilità di viverne più di una . Il personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni mia richiesta. Avendo problemi di intolleranze alimentari, offrendo la colazione al bar, ho richiesto una soluzione alternativa e mi hanno pienamente aiutata con dei prodotti adatti in camera. In ogni stanza ho trovato asciugacapelli potente, frigorifero, aria condizionata .
• Arūnė (9/5): Nice appartment in a good location - Nice and cozy appartment with high ceilings and fantastic bedroom with stuning view from the balcony. You can definitely feel italian spirit there! Clean and refurbished bathroom is rather small, but it's in oldtown so it's quite common there. Very good location, in a walking distance from the main sightseeing places. Nice place for breakfast just in front of the building! As there are many restaurants on the street, it's quite loud up until the midnight. You should have this in mind, if you are an early sleeper :)

• Mary (10/5): A beautiful and elegant where we were able to see many sites during our short stay - Located near cafes, restaurants,a beautiful park and walking distance to the markets, the fish restaurant area and the great piazza with the famous Duomo. Our room was spacious with three balconies a beautiful large bathroom and lovely furnishings replete with a 20 foot ceiling. Patrizia who cares for the property was helpful and despite her not speaking English had a way of making herself understood and she directed us to the main streets and the narrow streets that are lined with restaurants. She evening walked with us to show us the way. While it was not an issue for us there is no elevator and rooms on second floor. It did not detract from our stay but like a lot of places in Italy in old classic buildings without lifts this can be something to consider . The location and beauty of property and lovely and kind Patrizia who was at property each morning was worth carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The large doors to each terrace blocks out noise from busy street below.

Grazie mille. The only thing you should consider is that there is no elevator if you are traveling with big suitcases, but other than that everything was perfect.

The only person I didn't find very helpful and a bit rude (Maybe due to the language barrier)was the young receptionist. All in all a nice experience.
