Swimming pool in the hotel, small but lovely to spend the hottest hours there. Breakfast is good value for its price The shower hose was too short for comfortable washing while standing, the wall thickness between the rooms isn't the best and you can hear your neighbors kids, the bathroom hermetic seals may need renovation.
- Oleg (10/5): Всё хорошо, бронируйте отель, останетесь довольны. - Понравилось всё. Круглосуточный ресепшен, улыбчивый персонал, готовый помочь в любых вопросах. Отель не новый, но не ушатанный, свежий ремонт. Насекомых нет. Уборка каждый день, смена белья и полотенец. Ресторана, как токового нет, только завтраки, но свежие, готовят при тебе. Американский, европейский или азиатский. Бара, то же нет. Но, по улице полно ресторанчиков, которые работают до поздна. Нужен был байк, специалист с ресепшена пригнали через час, по приемлемой цене, на весь срок проживания и предоставили удобное место на парковке отеля. Большие балконы в номере, без кондёров, тихие и удобные. Хорошее расположение отеля. Пешая доступность до пляжа Сурин (200 м) и пляжа Банг Тао (600 м). Рядом большой магазин Tops с большим ассортиментом и Севен Элевен. Торговая улица с колониальными товарами и парой магазинов с лечебной марихуаной. Ориентация здания отеля Север - Юг, поэтому южное, жаркое солнце, не докучает весь день, можно сидеть на балконе, даже днём. Есть бассейн, но народ им пользуется мало, т.к. море рядом. На ресепшене можно заказать такси для поездок по городу. Будет на 20% дешевле, нежели заказывать на улице. Например, доехать до Централ Фестиваль торговый центр, везде 700 - 1000 бат, то в отеле Вам предложат такси за 500 бат. И не тук тук, а Тойота Фортунер с кондишкой, который Вас отвезёт и, по Вашему желанию, подождёт, что бы отвезти Вас обратно. Ожидание в стоимость не входит. Просто платите 500 бат, за обратную дорогу. Очень удобно. Потому, что в час пик: с 17- 18 часов, бывает, у торгового центра, тупо нет такси или ценник подпрыгивает до 1500 бат из за пробок на дороге. Да, на Сурине убрали все лежаки, жральни, массажисток. Обычный пляж с песком и морем. На ресепшене в отеле выдают большие полотенца для, типа, стелить на песок пляжа. при посещении. Удобно, чем покупать подстилку, потом мучится вопросом, взять её домой или выкинуть. В номерах нет стиральной машины, но рядом куча прачечных. 50 бат за 1 кг белья. Постирают и высушат. Единственный дискомфорт - это стройка нового отеля в 300 метрах. Гремят, но днём. По вечерам, более менее тихо. Но, скоро закончат строить.

The beach nearby was delightful to swim, not too crowded. The hotel also recommended the nearby Audy restaurant which was excellent value and excellent food. Nothing 🙂

- Irina (10/5): - Расположение отличное, на карте не очень было понятно, по факту все очень близко, от улицы метров 250, магазин продуктовый с винотекой топс также, кафе, массажный сало ещё ближе, фрукты, мелочевка всякая, круги игрушки, 7/11 тоже чуть дальше, но это все по дороге на пляж, пляж шикарный, короче рекомендую , спасибо за отдых! Все понравилось

- Aleksandra (10/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja hotelu, bardzo blisko do pięknej plaży oraz ulicznych sklepów i marketów, w pokoju hotelowym było względnie czysto, ręczniki wymieniane codziennie, klimatyzacja działająca, basen, ale nikt z niego nie korzystał, woda dostarczana codziennie bardzo przyjazny personel. Polecam obiekt jeśli nie jest ktoś nastawiony na 5 gwiazdek a bardziej na miejsce gdzie można się wyspać i odpocząć a większość dnia spędzi po za hotelem, działające TV, dobre oświetlenie Klimatyzacja głośna i niestety przecieka na środek pokoju, małe mrówki wszędzie, na meblach, sporadycznie na łóżku i polach obok łóżka, przyciąga je jedzenie i słodkie napoje, na całe szczęście mieliśmy środek na owady które je odgonił i unieszkodliwił

Inoltre ma non è colpa dell’hotel , accanto stanno costruendo una mega struttura e dalle sette la mattina alle 20 e’ un super cantiere con super rumore . Mio figlio si è sentito male e purtroppo ha dato di stomaco nel letto , mi hanno fatto pagare la lavanderia . Non è una struttura da 3 stelle e secondo me non ha senso di esistere ( forse ho sbagliato a scegliere)

Запах из с/у (спасло только закрытие отверстий в ванной и постоянное проветривание), жесткие матрас, подушки, спать неудобно. Звукоизоляция ноль, слышно все, что происходит на улице. В 6 утра вас разбудит птичка, мотоциклы и стройка (их там сразу три вокруг). Также кондиционер давно не обслуживали, внутри плесень!
- Zoya (8/5): В целом понравилось. - У нас был люкс в пентхаусе- очень удобно для семьи из 4 человек. Две спальни, два санузла. Просторно, проход во вторую спальню через балкон. Джакузи. Всё необходимое для приготовления пищи. Иногда пользовались кухней. Каждый день уборка . На рецепшен выдают пляжные полотенца и циновки. К сожалению вокруг стройка, это не вина отеля, но конечно , портит вид из панорамных окон. Но салют на Новый год с балкона было хорошо видно. Недостаточная температура горячей воды, не хватало чтобы наполнить джакузи. Было прохладно. По приезду уборка номера была некачественная, пришлось обратиться на рецепшен чтобы вычистили зону мягкой мебели в зале. Диван был застелен жутко пыльной накидкой, коврик из длинного ворса кишел мусором и крошками . Они вообще пылесосом видимо не пользуются. Накидку так и не заменили , но хотя бы вытряхнули. Раковина на кухне не удобная- если что то моешь- кран во все стороны брызгается водой. Когда попросила на двуспальную кровать второе одеяло - мы не любим спать под одним - потребовали за него 200 бат. Разве это нормально? Нас 4 человека, почему всего три одеяла ?

Sieht man vom Balkon aus nach draußen sieht man auf eine riesige Baustelle... wer Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch ansonsten top

Прямо рядом с ним расположен круглосуточный продуктовый магазин, много массажных салонов и ресторанов Отель не новый, нуждается в ремонте. У отеля нет своей территории. Сейчас вокруг отеля со всех сторон стройки (видимо новых отелей)

Offered me another room even when they were fully booked. Helped with the bag and all questions/problems I had ❤️. The rooms are nice, clean, there’s a working conditioner and a set of toiletries. Very beautiful view from the balcony, smoking area right in the hotel property (near the front desk).

- YoloBatura (9/5): Great and calm stay for some beach time - Clean and modern facilities, comfy bed – Looks like the description. I loved that its a calm building and area. Welcoming and helpful staff even beyond the stay! Great location close to a wonderful beach, 24/7 supermarkets. The area is not so interesting, neither for nightlife nor food – just for beach, relaxation and tours outside.

- Sven (4/5): - Also, es war unsere erste Nacht nach einem 13 Stunden Flug und wir wussten, dass das Hotel nur drei Sterne hat, aber es liegt an einem der schönsten Stände Phukets. Surin Beach. Also, gebucht. Vom Flughafen braucht man ca. 45 Minuten. Sehr gut. Dann aber stellte sich die Parkplatzsuche ungewöhnlich schwierig da. Grund, das Hotel liegt, eingebettet von zwei kleinen Gässchen, in dritter Reihe in Surin. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ich ließ mir kurz das Zimmer zeigen. Für zwei Nächte wäre es auch o.k. gewesen, wenn man als Mensch mit wenig Anspruch hingekommen wäre. Leider sagte meine Begleitung, dass das Zimmer "müffelt" und auf den zweiten Blick, war es schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Also entschieden wir uns das Hotel zu wechseln. Die Umbuchung war problemlos und die Mitarbeiter immer noch sehr herzlich. Fazit: für normale Ansprüche vollkommen o.k. Preis: super! Für obere Ansprüche: leider nein. Aber man könnte viel aus dem Hotel rausholen. In die Jahre gekommen.

- shahar (9/5): תמורה מצוינת למחיר בחלק העליון של פוקט - תמורה מצויינת למחיר. לקחנו את הדירה בקומה העליונה. דירה מרווחת, חדרים גדולים, ג'קוזי, נוף ושלוש דקות הליכה לחוף. חנייה ומטבח. הבניין מבחוץ נראה לא טוב. האזור מאוד מתפתח וישי בנייה מסביב שלא הפריעה לנו.

- Mariana (8/5): Highly recommended! - Lovely, spacious room with views of the hills and a lot of light. Quite firm but comfortable bed. Great to have a fridge, bowls & plates, cups & classes. Close to everything. Only a short walk to the beach. I recommend this place for a mid price hotel. The massage place in the lane offers a special to people who stay in this hotel. The masseuse was very good and experienced. It would have been nice to have some teabags & fresh milk. Also, a ceiling fan would be great for the times that one doesn't want air conditioning.

- Alexandra (9/5): Lovely staff, nice room - The staff were so lovely and welcoming and despite not being the only guest by far, they knew exactly which room I was in. Free beach and pool towels (just sign out and back in when you bring it back) and was able to borrow a big umbrella when it rained. Room was nice and with a balcony and I even had a sliver of unexpected seaview :-) Brekky available at the hotel for a good price (didn't try it out, though) Restaurants and massages as soon as you leave the hotel (not in a bustling way, though) and a 24h convenience store 1min walk away. Beach has so many restaurants and massage places which was awesome (most only open during the day, not for dinner) Shower over the bathtub in the room was a bit tricky to use without flooding the whole bathroom. Water was mainly lukewarm. They tried to fix the temperature but it didn't last (nothing major, though, it wasn't cold cold) Surin Beach itself is a bit of a construction site for at least the next 2 years as they're building a new glass viewing platform between the road and the beach. Also not as many options for dinner as eg Karon. LOTS of traffic (read: traffic breakdown) between Surin and the main road that cuts through Phuket. If you want to go anywhere apart from the beaches on the left or right of Surin, bring patience for traffic.

- Gözde (7/5): 4 days in Am Surin Place - The location is perfect—just one minute to the main road with restaurants and massage places, and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Surin Beach. The hotel staff is very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast they prepare is amazing, and I recommend opting for a room with breakfast included. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is large. We also had a nice balcony. Since the sea is so beautiful, we didn’t use the swimming pool. Their airport transfer service is 700 baht, which is the same price as other airport services. The hotel also offers a 10% discount at the best restaurant on the beach, Audy Restaurant. The food there is excellent, and the prices are affordable. The restaurant also has sunbeds available for the beach. If the sunbeds are fully booked, Am Surin provides a free umbrella, beach towel, and mat. However, apart from the positive aspects, there are a few issues with this place. The furniture is old, which makes the room and hotel appear less clean. The toilet had a sewage smell. The shower curtain was damaged. Even though the room was cleaned every day, it still didn’t look very well-maintained, likely due to neglect. This hotel definitely has great potential, but it needs investment and better upkeep.
- Eleni (8/5): Great choice for couple of days in Surin beach - The room was very good, big clean and modern for Thailand. We had a tv with Netflix, full mini fridge with drinks and beverages and also some snacks. It was very convenient that the hotel offered optional breakfast which was very tasty and good value for money. The location was not the best, we needed to walk on a road which during the evening it was quite dark in order to go to some restaurants and to the beach. The pool is not good, small and not a pleasant area so we didn't use it.

- Chris (7/5): Nice stay overall. - Big room with a large balcony. Quiet. Efficient and capable staff. Beware of the ‚design’ glass screen between bedroom and toilet/bathroom. Zero privacy. Quite upsetting. Fortunately the staff created a working privacy screen from beach towels.

Surin Beach is clean with great waves and Laem Singh beach worth a trip by long tail or jet ski .. one restaurant there on the cliff … beach is beautiful Recommend Tukky massage opposite rear entrance of hotel… best one so far! Bed was rock hard and a shame. No Netflix or other subscriptions if that’s your thing Shower hard to regulate and harder to control but not a big thing There is some construction work on the way to the beach and it’s sandy anyway so a tap outside the hotel to wash your feet / slippers would be nice Breakfast in hotel only average at best so better to head down to beach restaurants

- Gabrielle (7/5): Close to beach, cheap, friendly staff. Good for couples, not for friends sharing a room. - Location was excellent, very close to the beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. Staff were super friendly, and the hotel was very cheap. There is a small pool that was nice to swim in when the beach was too choppy! If you're going with friends, the bathroom is not very private; there is a big glass window between the bathroom and sleeping area, and while there is a curtain, it doesn't completely block the view. There is also no hot water, though we didn't find this to be a problem as the weather was very hot.

Extremely well located for all needs . A pleasant outlook . Wonderful room servicing . Very happy with local and knowledgeable staff . It would be nice to stand on the roof .
