• Javier (6/5): Disappointed - Location The toilet cistern was stucked and couldn’t use it because it was weekend no one could fix it so I had to do it. The shower got flooded as water was not going down

• Salvatore (6/5): Appartamento centralissimo e con spazi molto ampi, peccato per i bagni non all'altezza. - Posizione centralissima in Puerta del Sol, comodamente raggiungibile in metro. Camere ampie e spazi comuni confortevoli e attrezzati. I bagni non sono all'altezza. Uno ha un lavandino eccessivamente piccolo e quasi inutilizzabile, l'altro perde acqua.

• Samuel (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício. Host atencioso. Adoramos. - Localização excelente. Na praça. Praticamente com acesso direto ao metrô. Padarias e um Carrefour ao lado do apartamento. Apartamento amplo e bem equipado. Poderia liberar acesso antecipado pois eventualmente os hóspedes saem antecipadamente e a limpeza é adiantada. Como no nosso caso. Saímos às 9:30 da acomodação. Possivelmente os próximos hóspedes poderiam entrar antes. Para traslado (com malas) é necessário andar um 250 a 300 metros até onde os carros podem chegar.

• EUNJU (5/5): - 위치가 좋았어요. 엘리베이터가 있다고 해서 선택했는데 객실과는 상관 없어서 캐리어를 올리고 내리느라 힘들었다. 그리고 샤워실과 샤워헤드가 수리가 필요한 듯.... 캐리어가 없는 여행객에게 맞는 곳이었다. 처음으로 보증금까지 청구되어서 당황스러웠다.
• Bryan (10/5): Amazing stay for a same day booking due to issues at another location. Would highly recommended staying. - Location is amazing right in the square and easy access to everything. Very clean and had everything we needed to include extra towels, sheets, coffee and even a few water bottles. Not a deal breaker just some things to be aware of there is 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also the bedroom with the two twin beds just had a large curtain for privacy. Worked great for the kids

• Siddharth (9/5): Great choice if you’re visiting Madrid and want to be in the place where action happens. - Location cannot be better than this. The apartment is clean. It was perfect place for 2 couples and 4 kids. Love that it has building security code and apartment security code too. The master bedroom bathroom had a weird stink all throughout even when it was clean. Please be aware that you would need to climb 1 level stair with bags to reach the elevator.
• michela (10/5): Fantastico - Struttura centralissima tanto che abbiamo girato sempre a piedi. Pulita e accogliente e molto grande per ospitare gruppi anche di 8/10 persone senza stare stretti. Cucina super attrezzata anche se non l’abbiamo usata se non per la colazione.

Clean, nicely decorated, in an unbeatable location close to restaurants, shops, and must-see. Communication on point with very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Will stay again! Everything was great.

• Mariana (9/5): Will recommend having in mind the considerations shared before - It was very clean and well equipped They refer to a 4th bedroom which is actually two beds in the dining room. They refer to the existence of an elevator, but this cannot be used to get to the apartment. There is first a long flight of stairs to get to the elevator (1st floor). You can take the elevator but it will take you to the 3rd floor. Since the apartment sits on the 2nd floor, you will need to walk all the way up. The distance between the living room and dining room is very long, maybe around 20 to 25 steps. A tray would help brining things back and from the kitchen. You cannot leave your luggage after checking out. You need to add luggage storage to the cost of your stay if your plane leaves at 23:59 as mine did. Nothing that will ruin the stay, but I believe it is worth knowing these.

• Xingyue (7/5): I’m very satisfied with the location - Location is excellent, cannot best it Our first night one bathroom has no hot water for shower, They fixed it next day but still not as good as the other shower. Our last night the toilet stopped working, gladly we fixed it on the last morning. The building doesn’t have elevator for most of the stairs—-lucky it’s only 2nd floor

• Greg (8/5): Great apartment in a fantastic lication - Location, location, location! Great apartment only slight issue was the hot water seemed to run out really quickly meaning some of the party had to have cold showers but would highly recommend this apartment.
