• Rory (8/5): Nice Motel 6 - Room was quiet, clean, and nice. No bugs or pests or anything bothersome. Had an issue with my room key one night and was resolved quickly and kindly. Location is convenient for what I needed, but I'm from town so I suppose I was ready for that. If you're looking for a hotel close to downtown, please consider that Rancho Cordova is a different, independent city from Sacramento. It's really not that far, but you are looking, and possibly booking, at a hotel in Rancho Cordova. Don't knock them points because you aren't looking at a map. Near the freeway, near lightrail/train and bus stop to get around town. Walking distance to a grocery store if needed. Lamps attached to the headboard, either the bulbs were out or the light itself was broken. Not a big inconvenience, all in all. Bed is quite firm.

• Shebria (1/5): It was the worst stay of my life!! - Too many smoking outside cause long problems being loud. The front desk staff are rude. They are very disrespectful towards a woman. They do communicate with their staff. At all. And they call you out of your name the first chance they get. They call the cops on people and lie on them. And the cops also harass you as well.

• Steve (6/5): I suppose we got what we paid for. - The location was not in the best part of town. The office staff was nice. Close to many immunities. Close to the freeway. The location was not in the best part of town. We had a room below us that seemed to have a Tennant living there. Blasting rap music until 11:00 pm.

• Malinda (8/5): - The location, price, and that dogs stay free. The guy that checked us in didnt seem very happy to be there. Didn't even give us tickets for our cars for parking.
• Sharia (10/5): Short, sweet, simple - The property was clean, well maintained and free of loud or obnoxious guests. I was looking forward to have a complimentary cup of coffee in the morning from the front desk but that wasn’t available at that time.

I was left stranded with my minor after booking reservation more than a month in advance. Office person simply said he over sold rooms and was fully booked now

• Robert (8/5): - This Motel 6 has become my go to stay in Rancho Cordova. The price is good and the room is clean, bed is comfortable and most times can park near my door. Many fast food places are an easy walk for lunch or dinner.

• Jose (2/5): Not a good experience - The room was not in good condition, especially what the nightly price was. They were sold out and could not be moved to another room. Had to go to a hotel 40 miles away due to availability
• Ricardo (1/5): HORRIBLE stay!! - Proximity to my destination Broken TV Sink had no water coming out. Shower head broken and spraying everywhere. Also no hot water. Door key failed multiple times. Overall an absolute trash hotel.

If this sort of thing bothers you though, you probably already know it and book accordingly. I could hear everything happening outside even with the window closed and curtains drawn. Aside from that, I highly recommend it if you're looking for a basic motel.

I called ahead of time and ask questions and he never said anything until i got there to check in.. i should be give my money back for the stay when I could have gone somewhere else. With my deposit I should get back. I’ll never go there again

• Erik (8/5): - There were no Do Not Disturb hang-tags available for the door, and despite asking at the front desk twice and being reassured they’d avoid my room, I could not get cleaning staff to stop entering my room during the day, though they desisted from making the beds—replacing towels and such. This was not cool to me, as I don’t like cleaning staff coming through while I am staying. I taped a paper hand-written Please Do Not Disturb sign on the door but it was torn off when I got back to my room. This was disappointing. The bath water didn’t stay hot enough and it seemed the hotel had less capacity for hot water than many other hotels.

• Javier (4/5): Bad experience - The bed wasn't comfy. The place didn't feel safe, the people staying in nearby rooms were extremely loud, shouting at each other outside and or slamming their doors. We didn't sleep well in the 2 nights we stayed. I believe some are living there based on what they were yelling about. Never again will we stay at this Motel 6!

• Amelia (6/5): - The housekeeping staff was great the two ladies that helped me when I came back to on my room to the bathroom ceiling having a water bubble and the whole bathroom covered in who know what kind of water! The front desk however could have cared less he was very nonchalant in a way that was off putting. He informed me there was no maintenance on the grounds and he would see anyone in housekeeping could help me. He did not call back to see if I needed a new room or if any of my property was ruined. I’m not sure but he definitely gave me an ick. Luckily I was checking out the next day.

• Shelley (4/5): - I was in room 117. The TV didn’t work. The bed was horrible. The handheld showerhead had almost no water pressure. I would not have been able to wash my hair even if I wanted to. The past three or four times I have stayed here. The Wi-Fi has never worked.

• Marcia (4/5): A Big Disappointment - The bed was comfortable. There's a list I asked for an early check in and when I showed up the room wasn't ready. The young East Indian gentleman that checked me in acted like I was disturbing him from doing something important and was very short with me. He gave me a key card with the room number sloppily written on it and it took me about 15 minutes to figure out why the key card wouldn't work. One of the people whose door I knocked on came outside with a very odd smell around him and two very large dogs barking their heads off in the room. He tried to read the number and he wasn't sure what it was but he evidently went down to the office and then came back up as I was trying more doors and told me which was the right one. I apologized to him for bothering him and when he went to go back in the room he barely opened the door like he didn't want me to see something in the room, and his room smelled like dog poo. The front desk clerk gave me no information on the room, any activities in the area, or the Wi-Fi password. There were no cards in the room as far as check out time, or what to do in case of emergency. I got into the room and tried to turn on the TV and it would not turn on. I called the front desk and the young man was again very short with me and hung up on me. About 10 minutes later another young East Indian man showed up with a drill in his hand. He couldn't get the remote to work either the TV would not power on so he tried another remote and it wouldn't work I tried talking to him but I finally figured out that he doesn't speak English. At this point I was frustrated as you can imagine, because all I wanted to do was get out of the heat. The room phone rang and the young man gestured for me to pick it up. The manager was on the other end and he said oh your TV is broken. Then silence, at that point I said I don't care.
• ! (1/5): Has cockroaches r - Did not like how I was overcharged for my Stay. We checked in at 3:20 Monday , The checker told us check out was 11 am the next day (Tuesday) so we paid for the room not made aware of the 4am audit. Just to be told our checkout was the same day- only a few hours after check in. It was a total waste of $111 dollars and overall extremely disrespectful!! Staff was undertrained and under managed. Was told they were provided with a spreadsheet for their shift and still failed to give us proper service. Upon further inquiry, it was revealed that I wasn’t the first person they’ve made this mistake on within the couple of days they’ve been hired. I feel for them, I do. But this is absolutely ridiculous! God is good
