lynn (9/5): Very fine - Room and bathroom very clean. TV worked very well and easy to figure out. There were extra chairs and nice flooring. Sheets were soft and felt luxurious. There was some freeway noise as y room was at the back of the property nearest to the I-5 freeway. But that was fine because I arrived 3 hours before check-in, and the nice young male clerk offered the room to me right away as it was ready. It was a huge plus for me.

Julian (4/5): The room (126) did not have heating or cable, clerk told me to write to Booking.com for a partial refund/discount - The property has always been nice to me. I don’t have too much trouble with the location/rooms a the staff are always welcoming. Upon my check in, the clerk informed me that there were problems with the rooms that were available to me. The room I had did not have heating nor cable, which was promised upon booking. She told me to notify Booking.com to see if I could get a discount for my visit

John (1/5): By far the worst hotel experience and felt victimized by the people that work there after I left - My bag was taken from my room by employees after I checked into my room. I did not get my bag back until at least a hour later and it had been combed through with stuff missing. The staff that works at the office was standing outside talking and laughing loud at night and being a noise disturbance when I was trying to sleep.

Rachel (4/5): Not restful, left exhausted - There was not any breakfast available, but we did like the fact it is pet friendly We ended up having a neighbor yelling at his dog and slamming the door directly next to our room at about 4:30 AM. We could hear furniture in three room being moved and banging for at least 30 minutes, but long enough to disrupt our sleep, we left feeling unrested.

We had an issue with our room because my daughter was not comfortable with the room that was given to us. The door had previously been kicked in and the downstairs neighbor was grilling outside and smoking pot. I don’t care that he was smoking pot but the smell was getting into my car. The room also smelled like cigarettes. And I didn’t want my daughter around that. Trista understood and was very accommodating. I was doubled charged. Waiting for a refund. As my daughter and I were leaving, a lady was standing in front of a moving truck yelling, “he’s trying to run me over!” Worst experience ever but Trista was great! Better toilet seat. Better towels. Better plugs for chargers. There was only one plug that was usable.

Myisha (1/5): Horrible - Nothing I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay at Motel 6, 2385 Bechelli Lane, Redding, CA. Room 245 was unsanitary and unsafe. A cockroach crawled onto my chest, making it impossible to sleep or remain in the room. The room was poorly stocked, had stained walls raising sanitation concerns, and the HVAC unit was excessively dirty, blowing dust and debris into the air. These conditions are unacceptable. I expect a full refund and recommend the room be taken out of service immediately.
